Awesome All-In-One Software
The experience has been great so far. A free trial is offered, and that really gives you change to get a good feel of the software.

Cons
The only con I have is the free trial does not allow you a chance to preview the custom client portal or custom notifications. It would be nice if that was included.

Boosting Productivity
I recently started using Financial Cents and have had a good experience. The task templates save time by allowing easy duplication and minor adjustments for different clients. Adding tasks is seamless, with new lines created automatically as I type, and the time-tracking tool helps monitor project efficiency.
I also appreciate its integration with QuickBooks Online, allowing for categorization of transactions and syncing updates. Features like SMS reminders and integrations with Calendly further enhance productivity.
While it lacks a client mobile app and text scheduling and has an onboarding fee, Financial Cents offers excellent tools that make managing client work easier and more efficient.

It integrates QBO Uncategorized transactions, allowing for the categorization in FC and syncs to QBO.
Uncategorized Transactions can be sent to clients through FC.
It offers a "Magic Link" for Client Tasks.
Clients can receive SMS reminders for pending tasks.
It integrates with Calendly, QBO and other software.
It has a built-in proposals feature.
Cons
They do not have a mobile app for clients.
The proposal feature is still being worked on.
We cannot schedule text messages through FC.
There is an onboarding fee.
You have to pay for E-Signature through Adobe.

Everything I needed
Amazing experience I love everything from the support to the new features that are being added. I just got FC a few weeks ago and I already upgraded to the second tier plan and possibly will go ahead and get the scale plan. Awesome awesome software!

An Honest Bookkeeper's Review
I am less than 30 days in - I love it, my staff loves it. I took the leap, it is pricier than I would have liked - but I see it as an investment on our future. If this helps us get/stay organized then we can grow. Who does not like growth?
Pros
I love that it too little to no effort to understand, all of the intro videos were so helpful. They got me started on the right path.
I love that it is like taking my brain and putting it into order. It helps me get/stay organized.
Cons
Price - It was a little steep for me. But I am taking a leap of faith that I will use this - as well as my team.

Best Workflow Software Out There
So far amazing. The product works beautifully. No bugs. It's fast and reliable.
Pros
Love the speed of this cloud based product. It is so fast, it makes managing products really easy and prevents the build up of neglected project tasks being used. I also love the ease of use and it's very bug free. I rarely have issues.
Cons
No ability to invoice yet. I hear it's in development for 2024.

Simple Practice Management with Quick Implementation
A quick easy-to-use practice management software at a competitive price point to help get your accounting firm organized and the documents you need from your clients.
Pros
It has a really simple interface, with a low price point. A good place to start with accounting practice management that will keep you organized without paying for extra features. Because of this I found it very user friendly and quick to implement with a short learning curve, especially when using the existing templates. As a firm they seem to be very committed to the development of firm owners offering practice management webinars with industry leaders that are very valuable as a small business owner.
Cons
I wish that Financial Cents had stronger customer support as talking through my problems with a service representative can often help me understand the product and how it should be used. At the same time, I think the customer support is on par with the competitive price point. I also ran into an issue that prevented me from getting some marketing/webinar notifications when I changed my email address. While the issue ultimately couldn't be resolved, the [sensitive content hidden] did look into it and provide a satisfactory solution.

Amazing Product
I happen upon Financial Cents by accident, and I am extremely happy I did. The system is very easy to use and presents the information in such a useful way.

I love how your list of projects can be by due date. Also, being able to set your time capacity and see what your effective hourly rate is.

Bookkeeping Efficiency Unlocked

Making the swap over from Asana.
Really excited to have an all-in-one solution specific to bookkeeping. FinancialCents will combine multiple software we currently use (asana, boomerang, lastpass, etc). We are always looking for ways to efficiently get our work done, FinancialCents was the obvious next step.
The AI emails is extremely helpful, along with auto email sending once a task is completed. Automation is key.
Cons
FinancialCents is continuously making changes based on feedback from it's users. At this point I have no complaints.

Love it!
Pros
It is easy to use and navigate around different pages. I love the timer. It in a great location that is hard to miss and helps you use it! The tasks are amazing! So helpful and you can assign tasks to different people! Projects are wonderful as well! Being able to change an email into a project is a game changer! Projects just makes the flow easier and consistent. I also love having a link to family members and businesses accounts.
Cons
It would be nice if the save button / cancel button were consistently in the same spot. Sometimes it is on the the save button is first and then cancel button and others the cancel button is first and then the save button. I don't like how you can uncheck a task that has been completed so easily. A second step would be helpful. Also name, date and time stamp of who completed task or when task was marked uncompleted would be helpful.

Accounting Project Management
So far I really like it. It has allowed me to stop keeping a paper checklist to be able to see where clients are during weekly or monthly processing
Pros
I love the birds-eye view of the projects where you can see the status (what % complete the project is and who's next on the task list)
Cons
I wish tasks were a bit more flexible - and I wish the client communication was more robust to be able to get rid a secondary client communication portal
