The Studs Sports Bar & Grill
[sensitive content hidden] has provided us with such excellent training, which we could never have imagined. Whenever I needed help, he was always there to assist me and resolve my problems. Even on the day of his daughter's function, he prioritized helping me and solved my issue without hesitation. There were many instances where he resolved my concerns even late at night.
He has also trained my Bangalore and Ranchi outlet staff exceptionally well, encouraging them to call him directly at extension number 43 for any issues, promising to resolve them. Both my Bangalore and Ranchi outlet staff and managers have appreciated his dedication and efforts.

Reporting options in posist is really good. Menu management feature is also good.
Cons
Reporting facility is good but it would be superb if we can get multiple reports in single format or email.

Pros
POSist has a good feature in the POS like ( CRM , Reporting , Stock) and it is very easy to understand and use. provides good segregation in admin and user permissions which keeps our data secure
Also online features are much good.
Cons
As of now nothing to share in least, but one suggestion please remove the dependency from browser.

East to use and operate, best part is that is it cloud based application.
Easy to handle from IT point of view.
Cons
Item master takes a lot time to add new items and we c=have to go through the entire BFCD process to add/ edit items.

A very detailed application and approachable support.
We are using the application to generate daily and weekly reports and it helps us to manage our reporting efficiently.
We can also track data by Tab, by user and by server also.
Overall a great applictaion to use.
Pros
It has helped me in reducing the load as the reporting is very easy now.
I am using daily sales report, weekly sales report and few others for reporting purpose.
Being on cloud helps us to run the system smoothly without dependency on local hardware.
The best advantage to use posist is Academy as it helps to understand the system at our own pace, no other application has anything like academy platform.
Vishal was very helpful always available everytime that we had troubleshoot.
Cons
Font style and size should be more bigger on the screen so that it can help in order placing. Some unneccesary things from the order punching should be removed.
Posist lite app is not working for now.
UI customisation so that we can set it up as per our requirement.

Billing order punching task is defined and also all the addons and comments we can mapped and completed as per process.

Easy and simple application for ground level staff and complete process,
They have the process for predefined comments which helps us to save the server time while puncing the orders.
Team staff is calm while handing the server queries
This application is basicly for server, helps them with various featues.

Open Item Food is a problem here they are not allowing to punch the open food with open price price item at billing

We have this application for almost 6 years and in our all the Romeolane and Birch outlets.
We have very positive experince with restroworks and with their team.
With their enterprise panel we can manage the menu of all the running outlets and also we can check the real time sale with their cockpit App

Restroworks provide the centralized menu management option that helps to manage the operations verify efficiently. Also, Online integration is very smoothly working. CRM And Reporting also, very good.

Currently price update option is not available in one cluster for multiple outlets. All over is working very perfect right now.

Best billiing software for operations
Restroworks or Posist pos is helping us in lot of ways we can check our sales from phone app.
we can also modify the menu very easily.
customer support is also very helpful and easily reachable by phone call and email.
Pros
Posist has been a wonderfull software to use for our daily operations as it makes our lives very easy.
We always got great support b the team if we face any issue with printing or pricing etc.
Extensive availabliy of reports make it very easy to get the most selling items, peak sales hour, top selling category etc.
Cons
We should have an option to update the covers if a bill is settled with wrog covers by mistake, currently it's not available.

Restroworks implementation at Roche and Kyo in Bahrain
We are using the application for order punching, using QR ordering so that customer can place the orders, we are alos using the software for reporting purpose.
Pros
Billing screen in very user friendly and easy to operate, users find it very easy to learn.
Backend setup from IT perspective is also very simple, things can be done very quickly.
We are also using QR Ordering which allows customers to place orders directly using their phones while sitting on the table.
We are working with Vishal from implementation team for implementing our 3 restaurants, Kyo, Roche and L Atleir.
Cons
All is good, nothing to dislike.
It works properly without any issues.
