False Advertising
I am quite sure I said it all above but I hope to provide lots of advertising for Housecall Pro going forward!
Pros
They have good sales people who do not know the limitations of what they are selling.
Cons
They did not perform and waisted a lot of our time trying to make it work with our needs and did not offer to refund our money when they could not perform as they claimed they could during the sale!!

They keep spamming me
So frustrated with this company. They keep calling even after they assure me that I will no longer be on their call list, even last time I demanded that they remove me from their database and they didn't.

I think it worked when I used it, but it wasn't for me. Now they won't stop calling me no matter what I do

I am obsessed!
We came running back to HCP after using another software for a year. Our breaking point with that software was the price book being outrageously difficult to utilize. With the new DOE changes for 2023, ALL hvac major equipment has been changed and we needed to do update that accordingly. The price book in HCP is smart, helpful, calculated, and still very easy to figure out and utilize.
Pros
We used HCP for years when we decided to move to another software. After a year on that other software, we came RUNNING back to HCP for many reasons. The biggest reasons? Ease of use, amazing features, customer service, and price points.
Cons
Auto pricing for Maintenance Plan Agreements. It is technically there but having it more in depth would be great. Example: Our Gold Level get $0 service call fee-10% off materials-$50 off new system. HCP provides that 10% off though so still an absolutely amazing feature!

Good, Bad & Ugly
There are many really good thing in the basic scheduling, estimates, service plans, jobs and such. But, my level of frustration with the administrative side of this program is equivalent to how good the dispatch and job creation side.

The payroll is so full of bugs it needs several cans of Raid to try to wrangle some of then into the corral. The whole money section is full of blue pigs. I can't even corral those hogs for nothin. And the reports leave a lot to be desired as well. Frustrated...

Was ok but now is a mess.
went from good to Ok to just been a mess. they get your deposit and keep the money for few daysto play with your money and 2 weeks later you get your payment when customer pay them same day.customer service the worse in the country,Mobile devices are not good with this application because you don't get full menu.super complicated to invoice when you try to collect a deposit and them copy that estimate to a job the deposit won't transfer and that create a mess, and yes it never accurate with QuickBooks. always gives errors. price gone way up and now is not worthy. all customer service now is a bot.

worse customer service ever. plus a mess now,after 3 years I give up trying to synchronize my QuickBooks. since they open new office in Colorado this turn to a mess.it is impossible to talk to a real person if you are a customer already.only talk to a real person if you trying to sing on with them.

Absolutely unfriendly, unprofessional and unreasonable company!
They blocked a credit card payment options for my account for the reason that my customer(foreign citizen) paid by his own foreign credit card my invoice which sent with Housecall Pro provided form. After they said- you have a chance for review after 6 months. After 6 months I’ll been using another app.

It was useful, but later they made big mistake!

Based on their investigations they sometimes do deny payments and other times require more info before being able to approve. Housecall Pro does not have access to the investigation that Stripe makes, but we do have to honor their decision. Time saver software for HVAC Service Calls
Service our tenants on time is our motto and using this software is helping us achieve this.
Pros
It is helping us in assigning techs to the HVAC service calls as per priority. The software has great tools to close work orders on time.
Cons
The reporting, report generation, and accounting sections can be enhanced otherwise all other functions are good.

Field Service management App
It has all the best features for a home service business in one and it also has access to the Housecall consumer booking app.
Pros
It has good features like Job Scheduling with a GPS tracking system, payment processing, automated receipts and invoice etc.
Cons
There is no chance to use HCP to create contacts that are legally binding.
