Easy to use for staff!
We needed a new solution for timekeeping and Buddy Punch came through! Onboarding and integration was so easy. Once I figured out all the setting options, it's really easy to customize to exactly what you need. Employees love using it because it's so straight forward to use.
Pros
The system is user friendly and all my staff say its so easy to use. They love it! Which is a huge improvement from our last solution. I like that time off requests can also be handled within the same system.
Cons
There are a couple reports that I would like to see a bit more detail or formatted a little differently, but that's a wish not a need. It's very functional, just a couple things that could be nice to make it even more efficient.

Easy to use and gets the job done
Using buddy punch has been very easy to use and does 90% of what we were looking for.
Pros
Ease of use and user friendly for everyone.
Cons
Would be nice to have a feature that can email you the timesheets weekly one a certain day in nice format like on buddy punch not in excel spread sheet where you have to make sure to autofit the columns to see all the info.

ACTING PROGRAM Manager
10 being excellent and 1 being poor. I would give a 9.0. Almost there on a scale of 1 to 10.
Pros
Easy to access on my mobile, laptop and PC. HIGHLY convenient and effective.
Cons
When it is time to print out my staff time sheets is a minute problem and ineffective. I like to save paper and time. One staff may have one side of the time sheet because of less punches than another staff has two pages. I have more than 21 staff. Literally, i have to pause and customized my printing pages 5 to 6 times, so I don't print a staff time sheets on a back of another staff's one page timesheet.

BuddyPunch: Time Tracking made easy
BuddyPunch has been very helpful and I am glad my organization made the switch from our previous tracker to BuddyPunch. As mentioned earlier, the ease of use of BuddyPunch is what separates it from a lot of competitors.
Pros
BuddyPunch makes employee time tracking very easy. Employees just need to be within a geofence (if one is set up) log in and punch in/punch out. They don't have to jump through endless steps for something that should be straightforward. The user interface is also very user friendly.
Cons
When integrating hours from BuddyPunch to QBO, it'll sometimes error out and you'll have to go back in a submit the hours that it did submit the initial time. It does not happen a lot, but when it does you just need to be sure to catch it to ensure all hours are submitted accurately.

Buddy Punch - a value added tool for our small business
Delighted! As a trucking company and having resources starting their shifts at different times and in different locations it was "effort" in tying this all together to ensure everyone was being paid for correct times - doing payroll was a chore in calling and requesting and then finally imposing deadlines or you don't get paid which pushes other things back in processing payroll... Week one of deployment -> all those issues disappeared!!! Well done Buddy Punch!!!!

Because of it's simplicity, I overcomplicated it for our trial period and had everyone in the organization trying it. To launch, we decided to recreate our site and started running with only the team members that are required to punch in and out

My Buddy Punch
I can say that except for that aspect previously described, my overall experience with Buddy Punch has been pretty good, it's a practical and a great office tool, I'm a remote worker for my company so it really helps keep track of my working time. And I like its name, too, by the way! It really sounds cool!
Pros
It's practical and friendly to use. It's also accurate and you can see your present week's hours in an easy way.
Cons
Something that needs to be improved , at least in my personal experience, it's that it frequently throws an error message and does not allow to punch in or do anything (just logging in and out) until an administrator fixes it. That has happened to me several times in 3 months that I have been using it, without changing PC nor moving to a different work space which is why it might happen sometimes, but it was not my case.

Great New System for Hourly Employees
We have been using BP since Jan of this year and all the employees seem to like it and it keeps track of PTO, as well so we all know how many hours we have left and what our payroll hours will be.
Pros
Very precise on time and calculates the hours for you.

Nothing so far, all the features are easy to understand and very practical

The alarms that it gives everyday regarding shift timings and location
Cons
Sometimes, location properties doesn't work properly, but good after turnoff and on the location settings

Great Little Time Card App
Over all its a great little time card app

I love the convenience of being able to check my time cards when ever i need to.
Cons
Still has a few glitches. I don't like i can't get my checks stubs from buddy punch. It's almost prefect, but not quite yet.
