It caters for a multitude of businesses that I run so that was a huge bonus for me. I have to say that the support I got from the Benchmark team was beneficial to such an extent, that I became way more confident with my ability to use the software in a short span of time. The whole software is a blackbox where you don't know how/why it does certain things, and some features will be locked for no reason.
