> **Cons**: I think their integration with FCS is on the right track but would like to see that relationship flourish. Everyone hates double entry. It's getting better, but think about how you can make it seamless, or close to seamless. Our workflow starts in Followup, then progresses into FCS. We use the Quickbid feature in our service department daily, how can you integrate that?

> **Cons**: Reports still don't work properly for us; promised of integration with ProCore, but after a year, still not integrating, especially to the bid board; no app for android, app for iphone doesn't work well and interface is hard to use on the phone; email integrations spin and then force the program or email to close. Be ware, 60 days are needed for cancellation or they autocharge for the full amount with no refund.

> The initial setup and follow ups from \[sensitiive content hidden\] and any questions I had were answered with him. The integrations, and tech part of the software is mediocre. For the amount of money we paid, and what we were sold on and hoped it would come true, it wasn't worth it.
