The CRM I've been looking for for years...
Outstanding! I recommend this for all those who want a purpose build tool that does what it says it will do and gives you the flexibility to choose other best-of-breed tools and integrate with them.
Pros
It doesnt try to be anything it's not.
That is why it's not annoying.
Excellent support and done by humans!
Simple billing and affordable.
It has an easy API for integrations.
Great value for money.
Cons
If you're coming from one of the many other CRMs it takes you a little while to get your head around opportunities/deals pipelines and viewing your sales funnel.
Reasons for Choosing Less Annoying CRM
I needed a product that was purpose-built for CRM and even though I went from a free to a paid product, I'm happy I made the move. I wanted to and still want to be able to choose best of breed tools and integrate them thus customizing to our needs.Switched From

The Best CRM for Most Startups
Using it to track customers, pilots, and even some investors. Quick, simple, all the things I need in a CRM and none of the overwrought complexity that other systems have.
Pros
Very streamlined product, basically every feature I need for running a small startup, and super simple setup.
Cons
The lack of customizable reports. There is good existing reporting, but sometimes I'd like to be able to see/pivot my data without having to export to .csv.

Nice Starter CRM for Small Businesses
This was a great CRM to start with as a small business. As our business grew, we noticed there were more features and services we needed that LessAnnoyingCRM couldn't provide.
Pros
Very simple system to learn and teach to sales reps.
Cons
System was too simplistic, didn't provide robust categorization, reporting and overall organizing leads, contacts, deals, etc.

The perfect CRM
My overall experience has been 10/10. The CRM is simple to use, it does exactly what I need, and the more I use it the more useful things I find.
The customer service support has been brilliant even with the time difference (I'm in the UK) everyone has been really helpful.
Pros
The best thing about Less Annoying CRM for me is how simple it is to use. I'm not very tech savvy and I looked at loads of different CRM's before finding this one. The others were so complex I was put off before even starting but this one is fantastic, it does exactly what we need it to.
Cons
I don't really have any cons. Maybe just a couple of niggles but nothing that really bothers me.

Pros
simple, straigth forward , short learning curve

pipeline is rudimentary and could be improved to allow a history to see changes over time in a graphical way (dates, estimates, who changed the estimates)

The best CRM in the world
The best CRM for small businesses. I have been looking for a long time and testing various CRMs a lot and I am glad that I have finally found the perfect CRM
Pros
Very intuitive and dedicated to solo entrepreneurs
Cons
It would be nice if it was possible to add personal notes in an independent area, but I know that the company constantly listens to its customers and is working on further improvements

It Really Is Less Annoying...
This was the perfect CRM program for me to start my business with. If you are a solo personal brand entrepreneur this is an ideal CRM platform to use based on what you get for what you pay.
Pros
I first heard about Less Annoying CRM from a colleague at a seminar. I am a personal brand entrepreneur and did not need the expense of or complication of a huge CRM program. After trying it, I was very impressed on how simple and effective LACRM was to use. Also, the customer service is AMAZING.
Cons
I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It took me awhile to learn how to navigate some of the features, but with anything it gets easier use.

A great CRM for a small-start up or solo practitioner!
Extremely positive experience with Less Annoying CRM. As their same suggests, this CRM is truly "less annoying" to learn and navigate. It's easy to learn and use, reasonably priced, and not overly engineered. It's a great CRM for a small start-up or solo practitioner.
Pros
Easy to use. Not overly engineered. Great for a small start-up or solo practitioner. Reasonably priced.
Cons
As our small start-up grew, we needed additional track features and file management. We had to move on to another CRM.

Cost effective and easy to use. The CRM for SMEs
Simply this, It works and is easy to use.
Pros
Easy to use. Cost effective. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the well known and ultra expensive market leaders, but these bells and whistles are hardly ever used, so who cares!
Cons
Perhaps the user interface could be a bit more intuitive.

Easiest CRM to setup I've seen
It's been great. Pretty much everything we've ever asked for has eventually made it into LACRM, or they have had a viable work around that we were able to implement. We're about to try working with the API and getting LACRM to talk to our tracking software which DOES do pricing. We had hoped to only pay for one subscription to "do it all", but LACRM is inexpensive on a per person basis and the tracking software we use is only slightly more expensive.
Pros
At a previous employer we used LACRM. I had only ever used Salesforce and ACT prior to that point. Salesforce is far too structured and ACT hasn't changed much since the DOS days. The support from the people at LARCM is beyond exceptional.
Cons
WELL, lists have just been enabled in beta so that's no longer on the list. I'd love to be able to put pricing in there but at this point LACRM won't manage things like pricing for product and services. It would be great if a customer could look at a form and select "transfer data from an old computer to a new one" which we charge $250 to do plus tax at 8.25% and they would know what it was going to cost before they even came in.

Great, low-cost product for contact tracking, calendaring, client notes
It's been very reliable. It's one of only two programs I use for my contacts and notes. (the other is my email.)
Pros
I like that it doesn't try to connect me to any other programs (except gmail for the calendaring), it's inexpensive, and the customer service has been really responsive and nice.
Cons
I hate gmail. It bothers me that I can't use the calendar without gmail.

Why I chose Less Annoying CRM
I have all my contacts & their individual information in one easily accessible place.I can create groups for the purposes of email drops. It integrates well with Mailchimp. This has saved me a considerable amount of time not only in terms of creating newsletters and target email drops but also in accessing specific information quickly.I can also access purchase histories & and track quotations and work in progress. It has features that the business will 'grow' into.Overall I have found it a pleasure to use.LACRM does exactly what it says on the box!
Pros
I was originally sceptical about how useful any CRM would be to our business, but that may have been because we were in the middle of huge changes and another change involving more technology felt like a step too far. I really liked the fact that when I trialled it, it was very user friendly.I learn best by actually doing something. I did look at the training videos but dropped in and out of them as I needed to - this was extremely easy to do and best of all the videos were not patronising and did not assume a level of knowledge but explained everything in a straight forward way. That encouraged me to start making trial entires and then deleting them just to see how everything worked The more that I experimented the more I enjoyed LACRM and could see its benefits. I also found the backup support to be excellent. Obviously there can be a time delay as I am in the UK, but the support that I received was given timeously (taking time zones into account) and in a straight forward and easy to understand manner.
Cons
I am being honest when I say that to date I have not found anything that I do not like. However, I am aware that I am not currently using LACRM to its full potential and indeed may never do so, so perhaps that has to be taken into consideration.

Great value, awesome support
We're a income tax services company, providing both income tax preparation and problem resolution. Keeping track of 1,500 clients can be daunting, especially during tax filing season, and LACRM lets us keep track of all that and pass tasks between team members.
Pros
LACRM allowed me ample customization without imposing too many restrictions on how I wanted to set up and use my CRM. When I launched my own company, I knew I needed a flexible CRM that wouldn't get in my way or be too onerous to keep up to date. LACRM doesn't try to do too much and has minimal preconceived notions of how it should be used. Customer support team is very friendly, very responsive, and super helpful. Integrations with Zapier and Mailchimp are very useful.
Cons
I have minor quibbles only. Zapier support is great but could be stronger; I've had to resort to some workarounds to achieve what I've wanted. Cosmetically, LACRM is focused on B2B use, grouping clients into Companies. As my client base is primarily individuals and families, I've used Companies as Households. Task (To Do) management is acceptable, but it's easier than I'd like for work items to fall off the radar so it sometimes takes manual effort on my part to keep things in focus. I'd like to see more integration between pipelines, tasks, and calendar items. I also wish there were native phone apps for mobile use; accessing on the mobile web is doable but slow.

one of the best CRMS
I would highly recommend it for any company, from real estate to pest control, there are all types of scenarios where Less Annoying can be helpful
Pros
It is easy to navigate and enter information. I market several different products and this allows me to stay up to date with everything
Cons
Haven't used it long enough, however, I am not sure that I like how my information is exported but it could be user error and not the CRM

Pros
I love how all of my client's information is at my fingertips. The ability to set up reminders for important dates, follow-ups, and deadlines is very important to the success of my business!
Cons

Amazing vfm and great customer service
Great to have a free trial. The onboarding process and speed and quality of customer service are excellent.
Pros
The task reminders keep me on track and, although I am a total newbie to CRM, it is pretty easy to use
The team are lovely and so helpful
Cons
The fact that I can't do bulk tasks i.e. apply a task to multiple contacts
I have to use Zapier which I dont like to integrate with Flodesk
