Worth Investment

This integration platform is at affordable cost with efficiency.

Pros

Once configured and set up correctly. It would run on its own without maintenance.

Cons

The most difficult part was to get setting and configuration correctly according to business needs which took a while to achieve.

Seamless integration that works flawlessly

APPSeCONNECT exceeded our expectations in quality, performance and execution of the deliverables. The service has been working flawlessly and you get what you pay for. Excellent support team who are very experienced in setting up the flows exactly how you need them and can quickly implement any changes.

Pros

It is a high quality application that works seamlessly between platforms. You also have the ability to edit the logic flows yourself (if required), and have full visibility of what is going on with the synchronization, plus daily reports that provide any status issues. Support team was excellent.

Cons

The costs can mount up considerably, even if you have just a few platforms that need synchronizing, which can be prohibitive when considering wider utilization throughout the business.

Pricing lacks an all-in-one package where you could make efficient use of the application for all sorts of required connections, which would provide a greater return on investment and enable businesses to make full use of the software without fear of spiraling costs.

Reference Letter for APPSeCONNECT support

After implementation, first two years we faced a lot of issues.

Not long as ago, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (Customer Support ) and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (Technical support ) they were handling our account for the past year we didn't face much issues and they are quick responsible for the urgent issues.

Especially from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] he will make sure that will close the ticket end of the day and reply his findings to my stake holders so there wont be any escalations.

Recently we have bought new server, APPSeCONNECT team helped us to move there services to our new server without any disruption based on the timeline. There maintenance and support is good.

As team i strongly recommend there services. it was be pleasant and delightful working with them. I wish all the very best for the future and upcoming projects.

Pros

I am writing to recommend the AppseCONNECT service of SAP b1 integration with salesforce. we were been working since 2017 to until now.

This software flexible to use and they have few features where we can monitor syncing process lively between the two systems. There is an every tracking report to monitor the touch points and errors.

Cons

Initially when we started this project we faced lot of issues as we are integrating two systems.

As we have some customization we got more errors and was not handled properly in the first phase.

AppseConnect - Great Service and Great Support

A good experience and great completion to the final results.

Pros

The support and setup team are great people who are immediately there to help. The program is top tier and worth every penny!

Cons

The complexity of our system and the difficulty to setup for our environment... Technically nothing to do with AppseConnect and more so the complexity of our environment.

Excellent Customer Service for Our Essential Platforms Integrations

Pros

[sensitive content hidden], who handled our project, was an incredible professional. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. In his hands we went from feeling intimidated by the integration, to feeling confident in it.
The software works as we need it to, most importantly. We went live a month ago and everything has performed as expected, with no major issues. We are using it to connect our Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system with our new Shopify site, syncing product data, inventory, orders, customers, transactions, etc. Though the pre-built connector APPSeCONNECT had for our ERP was pretty rudimentary, the APPSeCONNECT team was very happy and able to customize the connection to work for us. They were able to include all necessary business processes in the integration!

Cons

Initial startup of the project dragged a bit, and it was hard to understand what was needed for things to get moving. In the first few weeks communication was slow, and a bit incomplete. However once we started work in earnest, communication improved completely.
The email notifications from the AeC platform aren’t very helpful, as you can’t click into them to identify the cause of any errors. All they really do is make me anxious.

Good experience with deployment team

We utilize APPSeCONNECT to pass sales orders from Shopify to SAP B1. Our dedicated deployment agent has been great to work with. We've had to make subsequent customization changes; things we did not realize our prior system just "did" that were unknowingly not part of initial connection. So, my advice is to really think about literally every aspect of your current process (assuming you're converting from something existing) and make sure every little detail is discussed during implementation planning. It's difficult to catch every little thing when you're just used to certain things working a certain way, but know if you don't and things suddenly function differently when you turn it on, they'll be change requests thereafter. But other than design hiccups, the product works, the team is responsive, and there are customization options.

Pros

- Relatively easy to use once you get the hang of back end admin
- Has additional bi-directional feeds we hope to use in future
- Working with deployment team has been positive experience

Cons

- Error codes not descriptive - get the same error (which is not particularly instructive) whether customer or product issue and no way to interpret without applying basic system knowledge and assumptions
- Working with dramatic time zone difference is ok for me as I'm up early, but may not be ideal for others; team at AEC is pretty accommodating given the vast difference though
- Pretty basic out of the box capabilities; minor tweaks require customization

Very efficient and pleasant business partner

She is very good at her job and we highly appreciate her. She is always very accommodating and didn't drop the ball on our project.

The team we had the privilege and pleasure of working with was extremely efficient, met all of our needs - whether big or small- and were very fast at implementing what we asked for.

Great partners for a reliable implementation

The beginning was rough, with a miscommunication probably caused by us but ultimately resolved it with further reviews and adjustments. Good experience overall and the product came out great.

Pros

They actively work with us and 3rd party consultants to implement our E-Commerce product. Even though we often came to them with additional change requests, everything was considered and worked around for an ideal outcome

Affordable and Flexble API Connector

Very good. The team was responsive to customization and changes. Changes can be executed within a few days.

Pros

The app can be used to integrate information flow between some of the most popular e-commerce software. Integration can be automated or manually executed. The interface is clean. It is affordable to deploy for most medium to large companies.

Cons

Excellent tool to transfer information between SAP B1 and Zoho CRM!!!

In general terms, an excellent tool, allowing us to quickly automate the transfer of records between SAPB1 and Zoho CRM.

Pros

Easy to execute, it allows us to clearly review the synchronized and non-synchronized records.Ease of configuration of execution times

Good solution for a complex problem

We had to create a very complex connection between our MMS and WooCommerce. This took time and there was often confusion on both sides because requirements were formulated unclearly or tasks were marked as finished even though they were not yet finally running. So it was not an easy process, but in the end we are now very happy with the finished product.

Pros

AppseConnect handles the connection between our MMS and the website. After the test phase, the process runs completely automatically, without any need to take care of it. The team is very friendly and took care of our 1000 small and big customisations.

Cons

Personally, I am not yet a fan of the new online portal, as it is not very user-friendly compared to its predecessor. After the GoLive, however, it is only rarely necessary to use it, so that will no longer be a problem in the future.

Great Affordable Solution for E-commerce Intergration

We are a multi - unit, multi channel Tile retailer. This software allows us to publish our stock by physical location on our Magento 2 website and update prices, inventory and other attributes quickly and easily. It makes for a great customer experience and has saved us alot of money while helping to grow our business. The integration itself was a breeze - the team at Apps EConnect seem to be available 24-7 to fix any problems or issues we might have. Having had a bad experience with another provider I have nothing but good things to say about this company and product. I would highly recommend it.

Pros

This software works out of the box and the team at Apps E-Connect are on hand any time if a problem arises or if further customisation is required. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
