Really easy to use

My experience was really positive. I have used another similar system called despegar but for corporate travel , I really prefer Travelperk because it allows to have expense control of the travels.

Pros

Travelperk is an user friendly site. I received my username from a colleague without instructions. I started looking for a travel itinerary, created the traveler and did the purchase correctly.

Cons

I liked all the features. I am really pleased. As long as your company puts the correct project or cost centre, everything should be fine.

We love it!

Pros

We love the tool.Value for money is good.Implementation was fast & easy.It is super easy to use by everyone!

Cons

Need to add a more complex approval workflow -we would like to have more than one approver & decide which workflow to use based on more parameters.

Company is dishonest and lacks transparency in its fees

I had a trip of 2 flights and 2 train tickets. In the return, I decided to not use the train, then I cancelled the ticket one day before in order to get the refund.
The price of the train ticket was 21.70 euros.

At no moment I received any kind of warning about any fees regarding this cancellation.
Then I cancelled. Only later, I saw in the platform that a 39 euros FlexiPerk fee was charged and I wasn't not warned anytime.
That's absurd for a platform to have such shady behavior.
In what world a person would pay 39 euros to have a refund of 21?
The platform lacks honesty and clarity with its users.
I talked through the chat and they said it's part of their policies and nothing could be done.
So they should review their policies or at least be transparent warning the users if they really want to pay to cancel anything on an order.

Pros

The platform is simple and intuitive, easy to search.

Cons

The dishonesty in its policies and the lack of transparency.

TravelPerk makes business travel seamless and simple

I've used TravelPerk for at least 4 or more international business trips. The whole experience was completely seamless and there was no worries about connecting flights, trains or any ticketing issues, it was all sorted within the platform.

Pros

Searching for different modes of transport, including trains, planes, etc all in one seamless platform. It also reduces back and forth internal messaging for approval, and reduces manual expense reporting, plus means I can book travel and hotels using company accounts without needing direct approval or a company card.

Cons

I can't really think of anything – it's a genuinely brilliant platform.

Not the best user experience, can be quite frustrating

It's a good tool for managing travel expenses for bigger teams, it saves a lot of time for HR/Finance teams but at the same time the experience for users is not the greatest as the platform has issues.

Pros

Good selection of hotels/travel options, easy to access all relevant information (price, description, details).

Cons

Platform has a few glitches when it comes to the actual booking and that can be quite frustrating as an user.

A perfect program for a business trip

Pros

Personally, I used this program very useful when I went on a business trip.
I used transportation well without any problems with my schedule.

Cons

Personally, it was a really good program when I went on a business trip, but when the number of people was added, the complexity increased a little and it was a pity that individuals could not be set.
Except for this, it was a perfect program.

Misleading lying sales.

Extremely disappointing. A very untrust worthy Company

Nothing Their salesperson ([sensitive content hidden]) lied about how long certificates and membership would last

Lies and then when certificates were about to run out of date having the cheek to ask for more money to keep them.

Fabulous travel software

It is a fabulous software as it helps save time and also on expenses as you are able to see the different options available.
It also helps to improve on planning and at the same time ensures that employees are within the company policy

Pros

Customer service and how they reach out to you in instances of travel emergency eg theft of passport, missing flight etc
Quick response to travel updates that need quick adjustments
Clear information on each step taken on the platform and also the stage of the request in the company approval process

Cons

if there could be mobile phone alerts it would be advantageous

Simple and intuitive management system for business trips

I can only describe my work-related experience to book my trains or hotels during the year. I had no issues in bookings, receiving communication via email or even asking for further help when needed. Very good software product.

Pros

The software is user-friendly and it gives all the information needed. Also, the customer service for this product is the best.

Cons

I can not find anything wrong with the software.

Happy end user

Pros

Finally a software that works

I booked my first trip 2 weeks ago. It was simple, user friendly and efficient. It was also well priced. I had one small issue in which I reached out to the support team. They replied quickly and resolved my issue with the airline.

Pros

Ease of use and speed of booking. It was a pleasure to see my choices and options on the screen and be able to select what i needed to use.

Cons

hotel look up function. It is always so difficult to locate the hotel on a map and map the distance to an event or location.

Great product for large teams

We mainly use TravelPerk because it allows us to use the points we acquire through using the credit card system, Divvy.

Pros

Working with everyone at TravelPerk has been great. From answering initials questions, through implementation, and during use. I think their biggest strength is their team. Having another group to help with logistics and answer questions is fantastic. They're great at helping answer questions, and make adjustments as needed. It takes a lot of worry out of the process.

Cons

Visually it's not as intuitive as I would like. And sometimes after we book flights, it's hard to share all of the details with other team members.

Outstanding Travel Management Tool

I very much enjoy the ease of travel management using TravelPerk. With a couple of clicks, my whole trip is settled, and I don't have to pay for it - my company does it for me directly.

Pros

The greatest thing about TravelPerk for me is that I don't need to pay for my business trips on my own and then get reimbursed. I also enjoy the option to use Concierge when a TravelPerk team member books a trip for me using my Airbnb account as a third party. It's great that I don't need to do anything really - just check-in and enjoy my stay.

Cons

Sometimes the prices shown on the Map search do not match the actual prices shown further on the hotel tab.

When I've got an issue, the solution was immediate

My experience is really good! I've never had issues with any reservation despite of travelling very often. Customer service reacted immediately when I was left on ground in Belgium by airline cancellation. Even it was at 1 am in the morning, they booked a hotel for me and make the situation less stressful.
Very satisfied with Travelperk!

Pros

It's very easy to use to build the trips, the addition of hotel reward cards was a plus

Cons

Some hotels availabilty, not easy to find roundtrips with 2 airlines. Also not being able to make some changes but having to make an entire new booking.

Misinformation and told me to book my own travel it's easier

Rediculous never use them

Pros

Nothing these guys pretend to help but it's easier to just use Skyscanner and deal with airlines direct

Cons

They cost me thousands of dollars giving misinformation about testing requirements and basically accepted no accountability then told me the only way to solve it was to book my own travel and they can't work fast enough to service me

A helpful tool for efficient administration

Pros

Since I work in a flat organization where we breathe automation and digitalization both in the way we work internally and in the way we develop our product, it's a no-brainer to use tools that help our daily work in the same spirit. I manage a lot of our events, and this convenient service helps me to work much more efficiently.

Cons

I'd love to see more quick and easy ways to contact support if a complex problem occurs, which can be a hassle with slow email threads or by bouncing around in support by phone. A small pop-up chat could be helpful!
