Taskade: The All-in-One Task Management and Collaboration Tool for Your Life and Business
Overall I have a pleasant time using Taskade with my team and clients. It's easy to use, navigate, and the Taskade AI was a game changer for me.
Pros
Taskade is a versatile web-based and mobile application that helps you increase my team's productivity, collaborate with others, and organise our tasks/projects effectively. Its wide range of features makes it easy to create to-do lists, take notes, and manage projects efficiently. One of the app's standout characteristics is its simplicity. I don't need advanced technology skills or read lengthy documentation to navigate Taskade's minimalist design like a pro. Creating new tasks, setting deadlines, and assigning them are just a few clicks away. Moreover, Taskade promotes collaboration by allowing you to share tasks and projects with team members effortlessly. Its real-time communication feature lets us leave comments, and attach files while working together effectively from anywhere globally. I can make video calls with my team - all within the app itself.Another advantage of using Taskade is its customizable templates, such as meeting agendas, and project plans that users can tailor according to their requirements. This functionality helps individuals who need help with task management strategies. It also has the built-in Countdown (promodoro) to track time easily. In conclusion, whether you're a business owner or freelancer looking for an app for personal or professional use, Taskade caters to everyone's needs by providing a simple yet effective collaborative task management solution with unlimited possibilities!
Cons
I wish they would add a similar feature for note-taking and share it publically as Notion or Nimbus Note does. If this comes around, it's the one tool to rule them all. Taskade offers customizable templates. However, it is not as flexible as Notion regarding customizability. Notion provides users with the ability to create custom databases, tables, and pages that are tailored to their individual needs. This level of customization allows users to create a personalized workflow that meets the specific needs of their work.

Amazing for its lane, and amazing for cleaning up all the other PKM leftovers too
Love it. Love that it had a lifetime pass, and sadly I missed it, but love that they were willing to do that, and assist students and researchers with that function. I also enjoy how swift and responsive the developer is, and amazing care for both the clients who use it and the ecosystem at large, and that shines through.
Pros
Love how many functions it has and how any template or thought you can try to develop, it will have for you. Unlike Pagico or other apps that promise templates and never seem to deliver or provide, Taskade hit the ground running to make sure we were well prepared.
Cons
It can be overwhelming and cluttered which makes workflow slower. It has a little bit of a learning curve that is not so easy for new students or people who just get into it. Unlike confluence or other things, that really is somewhat of a weakness because those apps tailor to a specific type of client. From what I see, Taskade is for the PKM, Product and Content and Project development and management phase, so hopefully they have more options to turn off functions and streamline views and things to make it easier to understand how to integrate each of the amazing features together into one system. Maybe have more people on Youtube present how they would use the app to accomplish different things would be of great help. There are some, but most admit that they did this before Taskade really hit their stride (AND THEY HAVE). It is an awesome app now, but just needs a little temperament to show people how to utilize it, I think.

Good for keeping organized, just be careful if you do a lot of article uploading
Pros
Simple system, easy to organize your content and keep track of what is and isn't done
Cons
As you upload more documents to tasks, it gets progressively slower, and can be really difficult to move tasks between sections. Also, you'll sometimes need to refresh the page as some newly created tasks won't update with attached files and who it's assigned to.

Taskade is a simple but effective to-do app and project management tool
My overall experience with Taskade has been great. I haven't had any issues. I have fun playing with the templates and creating workflows and to-do lists for myself.
Pros
I like the simplicity of the tool. I love the range of templates that are available for use that can be edited to meet personal needs or even to get ideas from about what the tool can be used to help with. If I was working with a team the collaboration features would be fantastic.
Cons
Sometimes it feels pretty basic but it does the job fine. I think the team are working on improvements all the time which is great too.

An honest review
Pros
I like the deal and amount of features I received.
Cons
My only gripe is that the gpt 4 has weird defaults that tend to only give high pevel overviews or summaries and snippets. Whenever I try and get something useful and tangible it fights with me or refuses. This is a major issue. Taskade is an idea I had years ago now made manifest. Where the philosopher(user) meets engineer(ai). But if it cant do or perform as I need ultimately its only useful for surface level creativity or tasks whixh saddens me terrible. Unlock the gpt 4 on your platform. Stop limiting responses to surface level fluff. Let users really benefit and this platform will soar in the clouds.

Simple, but reliable
We use Taskade to working and tracking our daily progress with my team. We track each other task progress and their completion percent and estimating when the task will be fully complete. This process let us to effectively planning for our monthly project and set the time frame for each project.
Pros
Taskade has a sleek and clean user interface for its dashboard, and all the tools and menus are placed strategically that i have no problem to navigate and find the tools that i need. Managing and organizing shared task with my team is easy, they are many tool that has a feature that help us to do work together and tracking the task progress.
Cons
Taskade is lacking tools to storing file and document to cloud storage. We have to integrate and using other cloud storage service to store the document, then grabbing the link to share the document with my team. It is so much hassle and slowing me down when trying to finishing my task. Other than that, it is quite helpful software.

Elevating Productivity and Collaboration in My Workday
Pros
Taskade's simplicity and intuitive interface instantly caught my attention. Being able to create multiple projects and tasks within a single workspace helps me stay organized and efficiently tackle my to-do lists. I love the real time collaboration capability of this software. The ability to work on tasks simultaneously, leave comments, and have discussions in real-time fosters efficient teamwork and keeps everyone on the same page.
Cons
While Taskade offers a rich collection of templates to kickstart my productivity, I sometimes wish for more customization options. While the existing templates cover a wide range of needs, having the ability to create fully custom templates or modify existing ones to suit my unique workflows would be a welcome addition.

Taskade works well today. The team listens and is making ongoing improvements.
Pros
Taskade provides a central hub to capture/share information and tasks. It works well for individuals, families, businesses and nonprofits. The price is excellent for the capabilities.
Cons
There isn't an easy way to arrange a 1:1 meeting for support and the online help isn't enough.

Great application for task collaborating
Pros
The most impactful tools or features for this software is the task tagging as it allows me to tagging my team mates for the task that belong to them, which is very critical for the collaborating process. All the task objective has its own template and making it easier to construct the project.
Cons
Some of the project methodologies is not available here, like the Gantt chart or the waterfall method. It is still usable as a task or project manager, but managing more complex project is not very reliable with this software because of the restriction.

A real gem
Satisfied, I had a problem and needed to contact the support team, and before I knew it it was resolved, extremely pleasant experience.
Pros
I love the simple UI, as well the ease of use, it does quite a moderate learning curve, but overall it's not really a big deal.Project management as well as team communication hub, I particularly enjoy the team chat functionality, that I don't have to pay for another application, it's all there.I also love the large selection of templates, which is continuously updated based on feedback, and a very active community, the app is also constantly updated based on community requests.
Cons
I have nothing but praise, it exceeded all my expectations and became a necessity to run any project.

Fast and Easy Customisation Options for Task Management
Pros
For certain tasks I want to highlight certain words rather than having the whole text of the task as same. Taskade is perfect for such formatting requirements. It improves my speed of work as I can read among the list of tasks faster if the important text pops out.
For my social media marketing work, I liked their Content Strategy Checklist vey much. There are many small tasks listed well where it is easy to time myself with the timer feature at the right of each task and not get lost in social media.
I prefer to work in Dark mode and Taskade UI looks the best in dark theme.
Overall very impressed with its speed of customisation and formatting options.
Cons
I don’t like that to mention people in tasks when I use @ the usernames show up and it becomes confusing. If the mentions option is by Name then it would be easy to recognise and not mistakenly tag/mention someone else due to username confusion. Also the mobile app is noticeably slower as compared to their Web App.

UX, options, and the ease of categorizing
Very good. Encouraged me to also use it for daily personal to-dos besides academic purposes.
Pros
supports all OSs including Ubuntu which is great, it syncs to everything you could wish for, has several templates, and the best part is how the UI is perfect and eye soothing. It gives you the option to take an overall look at your tasks in multiple views which is just the best thing for someone with an obsessive mind like mine.
Cons
very few AI credits monthly, which goes to waste if the results are undesired

Taskade is not exactly, Trello!
Pros
There! I said it. Taskade is not exactly Trello and in that I mean Taskade is definitely neater and more than Trello in a way. Taskade has its own style of solving our project management workflow problems.
When I first got into Taskade, I admit, it was kind of confusing. But with some tinkering around, it was all a cake walk. Their pricing is spot on - not expensive, at just $5 per month, per member for their Unlimited plan at the time of writing this review. Not to forget their free plan comes with unlimited tasks and projects too! Also, their different views are a feast to the eyes! I love their mindmap and Org chart views.
Lastly, don't miss their huge list of Templates. There is a template for every kind of work situation.
Cons
Taskade sometimes feels clunky but that could be just me. Their hierarchical structure too could seem confusing at times but with regular usage you may overcome that. It's just my pet peeve.

the best alternative to Notion
Pros
I loved how you can just have a lifetime deal and not have to pay monthly for a subscription. I don't like being dependent on subscriptions and I'd just rather purchase a software and just own it. Taskade does (almost) everything Notion does as it allows me to schedule and plan tasks, tracking their advancement and updating them on multiple platforms at once so that I always have all under control
Cons
One negative side is that it does not work offline, meaning that on a two hour flight where I wanted to work not only was it not accessible for modifications and updates but it wasn't available for consultation either making it completely useless and preventing me from working on the same projects on different software

Solid and Complete Collaboration Tool
In my opinion, Taskade is kind of like Notion on steroids for project management with team collaboration. Do not get me wrong, but Notion is the best for its flexibility in an unstructured way with database and such. Taskade is just as easy to use as Notion and is great for to-do lists, PM and team collaboration. The mobile and desktop apps for Android are solid and stable. Using Taskade on mobile does not feel hindered at all. So I can work on the go without any issues.
Pros
UI/ UX is very pleasant to use and very intuitive. Everything is well thought out to make our jobs easier. What I really love is that Taskade is well structured for multiple workspaces/projects and collaboration. We can create multiple workspaces, and each workspace can have multiple sub-workspaces as you like. Underneath that, there can then be projects. The great thing about this is that if you have a lot of team members, instead of gathering them all into one workspace, you can assign certain members only certain sub-workspaces or even only "project" access. Members can comment, chat or make video calls within the platform. The android app works really well also on mobile.
Cons
I cannot drag and drop projects to different workspaces, and the recurring task is not possible yet. Also, automation integrations with Zapier and the alternatives are missing.

One of the Best Productivity and Task Management - Project Management Apps
110% – it gives you happiness and more than the primary satisfaction. Overall, if you are seeing yourself on some higher stages, then this app would surely trigger that progress in a much faster and efficient way. Just try it out!
Pros
Upon using this app, I could successfully achieve 1 major responsibility in our institution. The Collaboration feature and Workspace are wonderful. I strongly recommended this app to everyone in my contacts. Reminders, Task-Tagging do pretty nice jobs there!
Cons
I think, the location-based reminders should be included in future versions and the number of pre-reminder alerts should be increased.

Colorful diary or to do list
I tried it cause i want to know if it is worthy, and altough is quite easygoing and ease to use, and you have a lot of colors and emojis, I feel that is not catching my attention on my task day... I prefer other softwares, It has not "get" me on the point to use it daily, and that is a pity. Maybe you have better addiction to it. :)
Pros
Colorfull, cheerfull, you have a white sheet to write your task and memories, add icons, emojis and use it with chrome. Add different tabs and make a little mess at your desktop.
Cons
I do not like that if you add the chrome pluggin all the time you open a new window you get your list... there are sometimes when you prefer not to see it!!

Amazing and Simplistic Task Management Tool
Great experience for myself, my business team and even some family members for managing their personal tasks, including college students
Pros
I use Taskade for business and personal tasks. I like how simple and easy is to open Taskade and create a new project and tasks in literally two clicks. I think Taskade team is doing a great job, this app is doing what is supposed to do: Organize projects, tasks and ideas, without adding nonsense features.
Cons
So far, I enjoy Taskade and I haven't found any cons or something I don't like about it.
