It's easy to use, the price is fair, you only pay once (no subscription), and the number of passwords is not limited (as far as I know).

Cons

A small bug: Whenever I enter new passwords, a message appears that this exact password has already been used once (which is not true). But this is negligible.

I Like Password Depot because of its ability to capture, securely store, and auto fill password conveniently when I want to access a certain website I has accessed in the past. This means that I don't have to keep a record of passwords, which could be accessed and used by criminals. It updates passwords easily upon successful login to a website.

Cons

Although it keeps passwords safe, I always wonder what measures Password Depot has put in place to prevent security issues from their end. Just like someone can access a list of passwords stored in a computer, can the stored passwords be accessed by cybercriminals at some point? However, we have used Password Depot for a long time without any issues.

Nothing! Actually, there is nothing that really needs to be improved except for the documents.

Stores your passwords and user ids. Creates passwords that are nearly impossible to break. You can have unique passwords for every site. You only need to remember the password for accessing the program. Makes logging into each site simple. Synchs password files from multiple devices. Can be installed on a thumb drive.

Icons could use some work. There are some web sites that do not allow you to copy and paste a password so you have to type it in and it can be difficult to read the created passwords.

Enter and store new passwords are really simple with the passwort add-on for the web browsers. The programm reacts on new Websites and also finds allready entered sites with fast choice.

Intuitive interface. Import and Export feature is very helpful at times. The Open Websites directly from the interface is a very simple but useful feature that I did not find in the other passwords manager I used.

Das einfügen von TOTP klappt nicht immer automatisch und muss dann, manuell vorgenommen werden. Aber selbst wenn es nicht automatisch klappt bin ich mit Password Depot schneller als mit einer anderen Lösung.

- alle sind immer auf dem aktuellen Stand
- auch mobil mit dem Smartphone inkl. Fingerprint
- jeder ist in der Lage Passwörter zu aktualisieren
- Speicherort der Passwörter auf meinem eigenen Server

Cons

die Berechtigungssteuerung, Updates und verwalten von persönlichen Passwörtern ist etwas umständlich. Oder ich habe den guten, einfachen Weg noch nicht gefunden.

Die Hilfe-Seiten sind zwar im großen und ganzen gut beschrieben. Wir würden uns jedoch Beispiele bzw. Screenshots wünschen (z.B. sind wir kürzlich bei der Suche nach Passwörtern innerhalb der Datenbank zwar auf die Anleitung gestoßen, benötigten aber dennoch kurz Support um diese auch anwenden zu können)
