I like Lean DNA as it is an easy platform to work from, I also work in Exostar on BOOTS but Lean Dna is more efficient to work with, It has a lot of simularities to the ROP platform as well.

Cons

On the Analytics the Last Months Performance could be a lot clearer as it just skims the surface.

Is really helpful when we need to take immediate actions for improve solutions that will satisfy our supply - demand without affect our budget.

Line of balance is the most important tool but we need to receive waterfall demand variations report that I already created a ticket for this improvement and will helps to understand any variation why happened

Reasons for Switching to LeanDNA

Pros

The ease of use; the simple nature of the dashboards and reporting. The tool is very easy to train other users and get them up and running very quickly. The knowledge base is excellent with its articles and trainings, etc.

Cons

Would like to be able to utilize an attachment feature for some reports/items. The ability to create my own dashboards from scratch would be good.

Pros

The ease of navigating through the site. The customization of how reports, graphs, and data are generated and viewed. The ability to asynchronously share updates and information between various sites for increased visibility and faster turnaround/production.

The sheer number of options/customizations can be overwhelming for beginners to the platform.

Pros

LeanDNA is a very user friendly tool, easy to navigate. It's awesome that you can select the widgets that are the most meaningful to your organization. The measurement tools within LeanDNA are great to see trends and know that the actions you are taking are resulting in improved performance.

I wish there were more features around Make/Build Items besides Clear to Build.

Pros

Compiling ERP data in one area with easy to use/export reports. Also, the ability to have inventory optimization suggestions as far as PO actions and safety stock numbers. Supplier Workbench has also saved tons of time with communicated needs and receiving commit dates from vendors.

If it could refresh data more often than once a day would be nice, but not always completely necessary depending on the business.

Pros

One feature I most took advantage of during my time using it was exporting various reports to use for company KPI meetings, staying on targets and working toward goals, and managing incoming orders from vendors. The dashboards that we were able to produce using the metrics made available on the LeanDNA website enhanced our reporting procedures and did not require extensive training on how to use the software due to its clean interface.

Cons

One thing that I wish LeanDNA had (and if it is an option, maybe an easier way to do it) is the ability to use PowerBI to create live dashboards that could be made based on the data cycling through LeanDNA that would automatically refresh when new data was updated through the backend. This way, a live dashboard could be presented to internal or external stakeholders and would not require you to log into LeanDNA or export a new report.

I like that I can see a a snap shot everyday of issues that can help me reduce my inventory and be able to see if I need to order something at a glance.

Navigating around sometimes gets me confused

Dashboard provides a very good idea where we are and where we need to get actions in place.

Clear to build has some opportunities in order to filter and to provide clear understanding of what is needed.

It takes the raw data from our ERP system and puts it in a more user-friendly format, tracks trends over time and is constantly being enhanced with more functionality.

It would be helpful if changes and requests for enhancements be acted upon more quickly. In the past few years it appears that the response and completion times have extended out instead of becoming shorter.

I seriously love that we can search and create reports easier than before so it can be downloaded to use for analyze important information and take decisions.

LeanDNA is a great tool for supply planning, collaboration with the suppliers and within the Supply Chain teams but what is missing is the link with the Demand planning

Fuera de equipo de soporte, me gustaria que hubiera un apartado en español. Por ejemplo en al libreria se encuentra informacion de los calculos, pero me es dificil seguirlo porque usa palabras tecnicas en ingles que en lo personal desconozco.
No me gusta que no se pueda agregar mas Task a un numero de parte.
