> **Cons**: Lack of visibility into number of opens and clicks on email sequences, as well as timestamps. Also, no ability to automate follow-up emails based on email clicks/opens. It's my understanding that this data is already tracked, so why not make available to the user?
> 
> Overall, good experience and perfect for small/mid-sized companies that aren't looking to customize every little aspect of a CRM. Out of the box solution works well, but really wish there was more visibility into number and timestamps of email opens/clicks and the ability to automate emails based on this information.
