Efficient software
The whole process from the beginning of the candidate to the end of the contract is agile and in a very tight way because I can see how the whole process of the candidate goes or in what stage of the process he stayed and I have to get another candidate
Pros
The search for candidates could be a long and confusing process but with the help of Zoho Recruit the process has been easier and more orderly to carry from the search of the candidates, a follow-up of each process, the scheduling of the interviews and the final stage of hiring
With the reports of Zoho Recruit I can have a detailed list of all the candidates who have registered on the company's employment page to see their profiles and thus be informed of each one's experience and be able to choose the best option for fill the vacancy
The configuration of the account is quite simple to perform as everything else of the platform that is very easy and agile that provides support to the recruitment area and can take the order of each candidate
Cons
The filtering for each candidate is not complete for example the age that is so important to know there is no way to look for it and sometimes the candidate is good but age does not apply and I can see it until I enter the curriculum but not by search

Overall a Good Product
Good overall experience. Pricing and features could be a little better but its a good product.
Pros
Powerful features and support is available and quick to respond when needed. There's a clear roadmap for new features.
Cons
Most of the features you need are in the enterprise package. There's a lot of features limited according to the package chosen. Interface could be overwhelming for non tech people.

Terrible Software
These guys have totally missed the point here. It’s the most difficult software to navigate - maybe it would have been easier to use the free version, but I have the full version and it’s impossible to navigate, the jargon used, pointless pipelines.
I cannot find documents , assessments, it’s absolutely useless and I wouldn’t recommend it as all.
All other Zoho software apps at least make a bit of sense to beginners, but this is down right frustrating.
Pros
Nothing. If I HAD to choose then possibly the fact that it publishes job opening on multiple boards.
Cons
Not at all user friendly. At all. And most of the job boards it posts to aren’t in South Africa.

Cost friendly platform thats easy to use.
We transitioned from Bullhorn to Zoho, and it's a world of difference. Bullhorn was very slow and not easy to set up and modify, versus Zoho, which is very fast, has tons of job board extensions, and is easy on the eyes.
Pros
I like the platform design. It's very easy to manage, and you can set it up on your own.
Cons
Sales process is a bit confusing - they will quote you one price then quote you another then say its month to month but encourage an annual commitment.

Decent ATS for recruitment
Pros
It's ease of use. Off it's easy to navigate your way round and I like how customizable the options are. The UI is easy on the eye and allows quick options for viewing cvs notes and uploading documents into the file
Cons
Although the user interface is nice and easy it does feel a little outdated compared to other systems i've used. In terms of functionality but just perhaps be a little more pretty on the eye

Nice start Zoho!
I'm new to this but so far everything seems intuitive. I excited by the low price so I can spend money on the job boards but coordinate everything from Zoho Recruit.
Pros
I like the Access to the free job boards. I also like the career page option. I can use that to source candidates more organically.
Cons
There are too many limitations on the free trial which make it hard to fully evaluate.

Recruiting with Zoho Recruit is great
Pros
We've been liking Zoho Recruit for our hiring needs! It's made filling 8 positions a breeze. The workflow builder is fantastic, and having email integrated at every stage is a game-changer. Zoho Recruit has really helped us stay organized and efficient throughout the entire recruitment process!
Cons
We've noticed a few shortcomings. The performance, especially loading times, could be improved. Additionally, the interface feels a bit outdated. Another issue is that the publishing marketplace didn't quite meet our needs for the German market. These areas could use some attention for a smoother user experience overall.

Great Choice for HR
Overall, Zoho Recruit has been a valuable tool for streamlining and managing our hiring process. The platform provides a wide range of customizable features that make it easy to adapt to our specific recruitment needs, from candidate tracking to automated workflows. The integration with other Zoho apps has been a big plus, allowing data to flow effortlessly across platforms, saving time and minimizing manual data entry.
While there are areas for improvement, such as refining the AI features and enhancing resume parsing, the overall experience has been positive. Zoho Recruit has contributed to a more organized recruitment process, better communication with candidates, and improved hiring efficiency. For anyone looking for a versatile recruitment solution with extensive customization options, Zoho Recruit is a strong choice.
Pros
Zoho Recruit offers a streamlined, user-friendly interface that makes tracking candidates and managing hiring stages easy and efficient. The integration with other Zoho applications is seamless, enabling smooth data flow and simplifying tasks such as tracking candidate profiles, resumes, and job postings. The customizable workflows and automated tools are particularly valuable, allowing us to tailor the recruitment process to fit our company’s unique needs. Additionally, Zoho Recruit’s analytics and reporting features are fantastic for keeping track of hiring metrics, which helps in making informed decisions and optimizing recruitment strategies. It’s an all-in-one solution that has made recruitment far more organized and efficient for our team.
Cons
The resume parsing feature could benefit from some refinement to improve accuracy and consistency, as it doesn’t always work as seamlessly as expected. Additionally, the AI-powered features show potential but could use further development to reach optimal functionality.

A Solid Choice for Small Business Recruitment
Zoho Recruit has proven to be an excellent choice for our small business recruitment needs, offering a comprehensive and affordable all-in-one solution. The platform's wide range of features and customization options have significantly streamlined our hiring process, saving us valuable time and effort.
The ability to customize the software to our specific needs and the AI-powered tools have been incredibly helpful in identifying and evaluating qualified candidates quickly. Zoho Recruit has largely met our expectations, although the user interface could use some face-lift. It has proven to be a reliable and efficient recruitment solution
Pros
What I appreciated most about Zoho Recruit was its intuitive and customizable platform, which allowed us to tailor the software to our specific recruitment needs. The AI-powered candidate matching and time-saving resume parsing features were also standout aspects, helping us quickly identify and process the most qualified applicants.
Cons
The user interface could benefit from a more modern design refresh, and the mobile app experience needs improvement in terms of stability and ease of editing.

Zoho for Start up agencies
Overall great ATS but it would be great if the import process could be improved to ensure the data is mapped accurately to the right places.
Pros
The user interface and user experience are intuitive, making it easy to navigate and learn quickly. I appreciate how user-friendly it is—I was able to figure out the features and get a good feel for the platform without any steep learning curve. One of the standout benefits for me is the ability to explore and use the platform without needing to pay for a subscription right away.
Cons
I’ve encountered some issues with importing data from spreadsheets. The data doesn’t always upload to the correct fields, which can be frustrating and time-consuming to fix.
