Fortay brings a people-first approach leading with DEIB, neuroscience, and organizational effectiveness that is evident in the robust suite of solutions to build diverse teams and healthy, high-performing cultures at scale. Fortay integrates various aspects of the employee experience, from hiring to engagement and leadership development, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Cons
There have been some minor glitches but the Fortay team has a very fast response time to resolve these.

Great product rooted in knowledge and science
Working with Fortay was a great experience. They are highly attentive to each customer, knowledgeable, rooted in science and focused on driving impact for organizations. Fortay was a great thought partner on a number of things in the talent/DEI world and the product delivered very useful insights for us.
Pros
Fortay has a quick, easy to use experience for candidates and an easy to use interface for viewing results. It is highly customizable and I think the focus on values in hugely impactful for an organization.
Cons
It did not impact the value Fortay brings but if I had to choose something, it would be the aesthetics of the platform.

The product is easy to useThe survey question library is extensive! Fortay provides surveys that could support all functions under the people & culture umbrellaFortay helped with data analysis and made presenting findings to our leadership team quick, clear, and efficient
Cons
Fortay is iterating and further developing their tool so there were occasional bugs related to sending out the survey, slack integrations, etc. Any bugs that we flagged received prompt and personalized attention from the Fortay team

More than just a survey tool
Overall it has been a very positive experience with Fortay. They continually add new products and features. They are very responsive to customer requests and questions
Pros
Fortay has a large product suite that covers everything from Recruitment to Employee Engagement and DEI. The tool is customizable and the customer service is excellent
Cons
Sometimes the log in as an admin can be glitchy

A Rare and Highly Needed DEI Tool!
Pros
As a DEI professional, it has been difficult to find properly validated inclusive leadership assessments - until now! With the use of Fortay, I have been able to assess where leaders are, empower them to move to action themselves, and simultaneously develop customized learning based on their strengths and opportunities. I love that I can easily customize the content and their personalized recommendations are much more detailed than other assessments by outlining a number of suggested actions with instructions, the potential impacts, and links to additional resources. Fortay has been an invaluable tool in helping me support organizations on their DEI journeys!
Cons
I have used numerous assessment and survey platforms in the past. Fortay is incredibly user friendly! The results are displayed in very simple and easy to understand terms. The only con is if administrators wanted more ways to display/analyze the data (e.g., word clouds, heat maps, export to PowerPoint or excel). However, Fortay is actively working on adding more features. Bonus - they already implemented items that I requested to help me better serve my learners!

I can't think of anything in particular. They are always asking for feedback to improve and progress the platform - and deliver! Their people analytics, leadership development, and ERG effectiveness provide significant value to us, our culture, and our internal HR and DEI teams.

We use Fortay to prescreen job applicants and also monthly to measure our teams engagement.
Pre screening for culture fit with new job applicants as well as engagement monitoring for our current team
Pros
The Engagement tool is great for us to keep a pulse on how the team is feeling and how engagement changes over time and through our companies changes. We also love the open ended comments, as we get insight that we may not otherwise get.
Cons
There are often bugs (which is par for the course with any start up) but this is always immediately remedied by the team at Fortay. Customer Success is very important to them!

Our main goal at the company is to maintain a culture that thrives on our values. The employee voice pulse helps us to do so by weeding out any areas of concerns in order to increase productivity/ morale amongst other values.
Pros
The simplistic layout of the dashboard and headings. The vibrant colors are not overwhelming but encourages me to follow up on the pulse within the company. I loved the flexibility of the surveys that could be customized and the fact that sample questions were included. Being able to view past results of workplace engagement helped me to see if the improvements that I had implemented were effective or not.
Cons
With regards to this specific area, there was not a thing that I did not like.

Value Add
The experience has been good. It provides us with a means to understand what our current employees want in a corporate culture which in turn helps us find talent that "fits".
Pros
The data is presented in a way that is easy to understand.
Cons
It would be nice if it integrated better into our existing recruiting platform. Meaning, not having to create job postings in Fortay, but instead our postings being able to filter in to Fortay.

Pros
One of the strongest data driven people tools I've seen, delivering statistically valid pulses to employees that can be directly overlaid with candidates in the hiring pipeline.
Cons
Would love to see new features that articulate gaps or areas a candidate may not succeed in based on company and individual cultural profiles.
