Microsoft Outlook, Looking out for ME
Pros
Microsoft Outlook is my storage archive for all things projects, productivity, and follow up. I receive hundreds if not thousands of emails each week and with all of the tools that are included with Outlook, I am able to quickly see which are the most important, and filter out those that can be looked at later, or those that I may not even need to open. This is a massive time saver for me and helps me to more productive work.
Cons
I don't love the directory to add peoples' calendars to your view in outlook. It feels outdated and I feel it could be much cleaner and a bit easier to use. In particular, I don't like that you have to double click on the individual that you are choosing. Half of the time I find that this feature does not work the first time and I have to try again.

Way better than google!!
Overall a great email and way better for organization than gmail or yahoo. I use it all the time for my business and got to say , it’s what’s it needs to be for work emails.
Pros
I like that you can sort your email and categorize them for incoming emails. It can be separate according to who you get emails from and falls into that specific folder you created to receive their those clients. Very well with organization
Cons
I don’t like when it updates the look of it and you can’t switch back to where you were and was comfortable being.

Email, simplified to the point of complication
It is INCREDIBLE for all things microsoft, and HORRIBLE for anything outside.
Pros
It makes using a microsoft account a breeze and further incorporates your office 365 subscription into your daily business and work life.
Cons
It it horrible for managing other email providers and I firmly believe you are better of using the provider's app/website.

Integrated email services with Windows operating system and Microsoft 365
For organizations, corporate and even industry it's a must have. It works for outside communication as well as inter company correspondence. Meanwhile it's data security and privacy is reliable.
Pros
The most appealing feature of Microsoft outlook is it's adaptability to let other email services synchronised simultaneous on a single page. Secondly file sharing track recoding of attachments and archive feature is highly collaborative. It works across all Microsoft 365 apps like word, excel and power point etc with which multi-tasking and multi dimensions office assignments are made easy.
Cons
With the recent update the size of the outlook software has become a bit heavier on computer hardware resources which suggest should be re worked to make it lite as web browser level.

Best Email service for Business
Fantastic overall experience, makes my work life so much easier and it really is built specifically to help you do a better job at your profession the way it is organized...etc. Best email service for an organization. So far above other tools.
Pros
The ability to create folders and save your emails and organize them very well, as well as the ability to mark them read VS not and how CLEARLY you can see whether or not they have been read or not. Easy integration with teams and setting up meetings directly in the email...etc.
Cons
I wish there was a setting when I deleted something to automatically mark it as "Read" in my deleted items, I hate seeing unread messages even in my deleted items. Also the ability to better scan out and make some emails notified as junk.

App Keeps getting every Year
Overall, I still love the app.
Pros
What I love about the software is the ability to add different email addresses. This saves my computer a ton of ram because I don't need to have those email opened on my browser.
I also love the ability how SharePoint and outlook are all connected, thus allowing me to use Power Query on a spreadsheet to view certain data I want to see or evaluate.
Cons
I don't like how the app still includes certain features on the web version that it isn't available on the app itself.
Web Outlook allows you to create a "Microsoft To Do Task" by just highlighting any text inside the body of your mail, meanwhile outlook as an app is unable to do so.
Also, I don't like that Outlook takes Storage away from my computer per every email I setup, so for those who´s got a laptop of 128GB or less. I don't personally recommend having too many accounts.
I manage 4 email and I had to keep one away because that mail was eating too much GB from my computer storage.

Great Product, but could be more stable
Outlook is a great product and becoming more so all the time. It is the productivity application that our business can't live without. The feature updates in Outlook tend to introduce issues unfortunately. The Shared Mailbox experience could be improved, it is common to see Outlook become non-responsive when switching between shared mailboxes, even on high end computers and gigabit internet. The features and ease of use are really what make Outlook great.
Pros
* Constantly Evolving Powerhouse of features and functionality
* Dark Theme = love
* Focused Mailbox
* AI Driven daily summary driven by Cortana
* Hundreds of App integrations via Marketplace or 3rd party
* Robust Rule and Tagging/categorization ability
* Quick Steps help apply multiple actions to messages
* Scheduling of messages
* Devloper and customize templates
* Visual Basic advanced development
* Shared Mailboxes
* Group Mailboxes (Channels) that allow team collaboration and follow up
* Favorite your inbox and often accessed folders
* Team, Planner, and Personal Calendar all in a single overlayed view
* Scheduling and Meeting assistance
* Tasks, Contacts, and Sticky notes
* Search emails using filters and key phrases
Cons
* Microsoft's new release and development schedule is great for the addition of new and useful tools but is causing stability issues. It is common to have to repair Outlook and Office applications after a feature update.
* Adding shared mailboxes often causes Outlook to run slowly.
* Some serious optimizations are needed in the sync process to prevent Outlook hanging. I have to disable Downloading of Shared mailboxes, which is enable by default, on every computer Outlook is installed on

Review for outlook
It is not a program that I can use for my personal e-mails. It can be used in more workplaces.
Pros
I'm using this through the company. It works for large-scale companies for users to interact with each other. It is an ideal program with its ability to access information quickly in parts such as the address book, signature operations and many features. It allows to categorize mails by giving colors.
Cons
It needs to be updated and developed for macos software. Also, mails are sent later to the desktop application. This pushes people to use online. It can be made faster. I am not looking for the efficiency I want in the filtering part either. When I type in the search button, it has trouble finding an exact match.

Best email service
It is the best email service to use. With many options to help with productivity like focused inbox and how easy it is to use, you just have to love it. It is everything you except from Microsoft.
Pros
Outlook is one of my favourite email services. It is easy to use and the design is really nice and also customisable. It gives more free storage than you would normally need and I haven’t had the need to buy extra storage. Has the option to create custom domains for your company. Focused inbox makes it easy to only see the important emails and not get distracted by unimportant ones. The read my emails helps me stay updated even when driving.
Cons
I have nothing bad to say about outlook, I have really enjoyed using it and can see myself using it in the future.

Outlook the app we all wanted to stay the same
I use and manage Outlook for several clients and MS changes it the interface way too often and clients cannot find buttons that used to be in the same place for years but someone at MS decides to move it - leave it alone please!
Pros
It is a decent email app in that it lets you receive and send emails
Cons
Now way to save your customizations and everyone has their own setup - would be great if this was something that could be saved and imported when a new profile is needed to be created because the old one corrupted!

Microsoft Outlook - My daily activity blueprint
My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook is highly positive. It allows me to stay in touch when I need to regardless of where I am or what device I am using at that moment. The automated response allows me to let people know when I am travelling or out on personal time and offer alternative contacts for immediate response. The ability to integrate with other platforms I use each day allows me to streamline my processes and optimize my time. And the Outlook calendar helps me remember all tasks great and small.
Pros
There are several things that I use Microsoft Outlook for on a daily basis. First, being able to easily sync to all devices and be able to respond to emails as quickly as possible helps me stand apart from my competition. The ability to create folders helps me keep communication with clients and prospects in an orderly fashion and makes them easy to find. I use HubSpot as my CRM and find that being able to integrate that with Outlook makes tracking opens of the emails I send very easy to do. Last, I don't know how lost I might be most days without getting my calendar reminders of things to do.
Cons
There are two things I would like to see be improved. I often have a bit of difficulty searching for a reminder on my calendar to confirm when I set that reminder for. I generally do not get any search results. The other thing I would like to see improved is not having to go in every so often and reset integrations that I have set up. As an example, I have to reset the email integration between Outlook and HubSpot. At times, this is quick and seamless, while other times it takes a bit of doing to reestablish the connection.

Truly an enterprise level communications solution, much more than just emails!
Overall, it is a great product packed with capabilities and is constantly improving by the day. It forms the foundation for any successful work environment and the parent company Microsoft is very good about listening to their users feedback and offering solutions in a timely manner as well.
Pros
I'm going to begin with the ease of use and how there is virtually no connectivity issues. Some of my favorite features are the integrations with other tools in the Microsoft Suite like Teams, SharePoint, Delve, Analytics, Stream, OneDrive etc. I love the calendar capabilities and scheduling assistant that quickly helps me find available times. The search bar is excellent and returns valuable and accurate results. Some of the analytics offered by outlook is also very helpful as it tells me how long on average I spend writing/reading emails, in meetings etc. vs how much focus time I actually have to work. Automation is another huge area that adds a lot of value. Being able to set automatic replies and make it custom as needed. Outlook also allows to create generic groups and inboxes and listservs very easily.
Cons
Grouping emails is still pretty difficult and manual. If outlook would create themes or containers based on the content in the email or the subject line, it would make it more easier for me to prioritize. Also which emails need my attention immediately vs the ones that can wait a bit longer. I've had a lot of trouble with rescheduling meetings and that sending the right timely updates to the invitees. Sometimes it is delayed and sometimes never goes out and Outlook sometimes does have some syncing issues as well. Creating signatures for different purposes was also slightly difficult. No way to unsend an email still and that would be helpful.

The email software enhanced by the MS Office suite
Pros
Emails and contacts are synced seamlessly across my devices. Integration with other video collaboration and to-do programs is readily there. The price is also reasonable, given that I got it as part of my MS Office subscription.
Cons
Searching is not always exhaustive (this can sometimes be solved by trying a different keyword or weirdly enough, switching to the web version). Sent notification is pretty obscure. Very rarely, I send an email, believing that it has already been sent, only to discover the next time I check that it's still in my outbox.

Critical software for daily work, opportunities for improvement or implementing work arounds
Pros
The features that are most important and impactful for daily work include email management and communication. At its core, Outlook is able to achieve this and is considered a critical software for my role and our organization. I am able to send, reply, forward, and overall communication via email. I am also able to manage my inbox and subfolders.Outlook is relatively easy to use but there are some nuances that a new beginner would not be familiar with. Additionally, there are newer features that require more learning.Outlook integrates well with existing business processes and systems.
Cons
The search functionality could be significantly improved. I've never had good experience when trying to go back and search for a previous email. Typically, the default search shows way too much, including things that aren't relevant. And then when filtering down within the search, it does not show enough to aid in finding what I was looking for.I utilize the delay sending feature and it has been difficult to use. I've experienced some issues previously. It will not release emails related to appointment responses, which results in confusion and additional manual steps.

With Microsoft Outlook we receive our emails safely and professionally
My favorite feature of this program is the ability to automatically send meeting invitations to recently deleted folders and then retrieve them if necessary. I like this function since the inbox folder can only hold critical emails, and they aren't being forwarded to that folder. I enjoy being able to check other people's schedules so I can set up meetings and, if necessary, communicate with them directly. I enjoy the ease with which folders and emails can be established and organized.

Since there are so many features and connections, it might be a bit overwhelming to find out what each one does. You'll ultimately get the hang of it with a little tinkering. I'm still prone to accidentally archiving or deleting an email because of a few erroneous typos. Because of this, I've learned to pay attention to the buttons I press when in my Inbox.

MS Outlook
I feel MS Office is the best choice for a business. It is more secure than having a Google email account for your business and looks more professional.
Pros
MS Apps, along with a central calendar and a user-friendly email system, make this program worth the cost. The options to sort emails, the notification process, the ability to add tasks, as well as other apps from the MS family, makes it easier to handle your standard business needs.
Cons
Rules management is one of the most difficult items to use in MS Outlook. Once everything was set up, I thought the respective emails would automatically move to the folder created for them, but I guess I missed something in the setup. I don't know how to fix it and the help options really didn't answer my questions on this one.

Microsoft Outlook Review
With Outlook, you can use different devices and still be able to access your email with functional compatibility across platforms. There is also seamless integration with Office Suite, so you can attach files of various filetypes, and share them. Switching between different email accounts is also possible within Outlook, and you can set email signatures for each account. The web client is data secure, compact and relatively simple to run once the main setup configurations have been done.
Pros
Migration and configuration of several different email accounts on one platform.
Great email client for adding appointments to Calendar, with automated reminders of upcoming events to attend.
These calendars, as well as emails, meetings, reminders and follow-ups can be synced and shared to multiple staff members for efficiency and collaboration.
One can group emails deemed important or flagged, emails that they would want to keep. Setting rules and Out-of-Office functions are also great and useful features.
Cons
Initial setup can be tricky for new users. One has to be a bit knowledgeable for the initial setup, with regards to POP/MAC, SMTP, etc. settings.
The mailbox client can be quite "heavy" when running, execution can be slow at times, especially on machines with limited RAM or older operating systems.

Easy interface, reliable and our company's email system used for private healthcare communicati...
As mentioned, Outlook is our main line of communication for our whole agency that is 5,000 plus employees and thats not counting the numerous outside providers we communicate with, with confidence that our communications are secure and private, there are many features we use in combination with this program. It has been sufficient and reliable for our entire agency.
Pros
Outlook is the trusted software our agency uses to communicate very sensitive information about our individuals and their care, knowing it is safe and private. There are many features of Microsoft software that we use such as Teams, Calendar, SharePoint, One Drive to coordinate meetings and care for our individuals served as well as share many documents agency wide in one place for all to access. The interface is easy to navigate and learn, there are many little features to customize your profile, emails etc.
Cons
On some occasions we have had little difficulty setting our automatic response messaging when going on vacation or will be out of the office, it will say that the feature is on but when you send a test email from a co-worker's email it doesn't always work. Probably a glitch as it doesn't always happen, just on occasion. Other than that I have had no other difficulties using Outlook.
