MS Teams, evolving to be a market leader, still on a journey for perfection
Overall i enjoy using Microsoft teams, it is effective for the way in which i need to use it. It can be expanded for additional features and offers productivity gains. Some further integrations and usability would be a benefit.
Pros
The responsive nature of the software, configurable to ensure users can communicate with relevant people. Lots of available plug ins to add additional features and link in with other software
Cons
The search feature could be improved, quite often i know i have had a conversation with someone around a specific topic however when using the search it does not come up. Also when searching for recent conversations, trying to get to group chats or similar the history of chats isnt that long and sometimes i need to resort to searching all messages to find one from the group chat, to then get access to the group chat.

Join My Teams
I have been using Teams for 2+ years through my company, and it has helped in the quickest ways! I have a question that I don't need to send an email for. I have a meeting and our other software's aren't working. Teams is where it all happens!
Pros
The quick and easy access. I am able to chat my team members promptly, or I can zoom call a team member from another site!
Cons
I have no cons to this product. It works smoothly, and very efficiently.

Reliable product with all the power of Microsoft behind it
My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been good. It is a reliable product with good customer support. As silly as it sounds I also like the color scheme that is used and it is also customizable.
Pros
What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how fast, efficient, and reliable it is.
Cons
I actually prefer Google products to Microsoft because I think the functionality is more intuitive in Google. Microsoft has the same functionality but the way their products are set up seems to require me to poke around more for the information/function I am looking for.

Power of Cross-Functional Collaboration in Microsoft Teams
I have been using Microsoft Teams for quite long and it has been tremendously helping me to manage and organize my meetings, calendars. The interface is simple and easily understandable. Person with lower hand on technical knowledge can also explore and use it comfortably. It is widely used application which offers great support to users.

I liked the product due to various reasons as below It's easy to use. It is a great mode of communication. It supports cross functional teams collaboration. Data organization It can be easily implemented and integrated in the production. Application loads faster and has user friendly functions and customizations. It has got best support from Microsfot if anything needed
Cons
It's free to use so sometimes it could be misused by people outside the organizations. It requires strong connectivity to prevent communication. there are few glitches due to which a message is not sent or sent twice.

Embrace and Enhance
My Canadian buddy, [sensitive content hidden], thinks it's "meh" but I think it will get the job done. I know it was really inexpensive for the company to license, so why would we even consider any alternative? There really isn't competition in the pricepoint...
Pros
The developers if this App worked very hard. I wouldn't call them slackers. It's become stable and reliable and very functional. The integrations are getting better.
Cons
It helps out a lot for developers and IT workers, but it isn't a salesforce.

Best Team Communication Tool
Overall a great experience. Microsoft Teams is very easy to use and it has multiple components that are used on daily basis in our company. The User Interface is very friendly and minimal training needed to be provided to onboard new employees to the system.
Pros
One thing I liked about MS Teams is that it is a comprehensive tool for team communication. It has multiple components that made it widely used and reduce the need of other systems. Its an all in one system for everything related to communication.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike as the system is very comprehensive and meet most of the business needs related to team communication.

A critical component of the M365 environment
Over the past few years, Microsoft has taken Teams from a glitchy initial product to a solid messaging/conferencing client which has lots of integration options with other apps.
Pros
Excellent chat client and very good meetings client.
Cons
Multiple versions of Teams can make system configuration confusing.

Microsoft Teams for developers
Pros
Best way to have quick meetings and you can incorporate AI to get a summary of the meeting in short text.
Cons
Sometimes the blue border doesn't show up when someone is speaking and it automatically mutes you when there are more than 4 people in the meeting.

Exploring Teams - Instant Messaging & Scheduling meetings
Since we are using most of the Microsoft products, Teams integrates well with our ERP, CRM, & all our Microsoft products. I love using teams for internal communication & also to schedule meetings. I get notifications before the meeting, which is a good thing to have.
Pros
Messaging to my peers & scheduling meetings with clients, which I like in Microsoft Teams.
Cons
During file sharing with colleagues, Teams doesn't allow large files to be shared.

Workplace efficiency has never been better!
Pros
By far, the best part about Teams is the ability to communicate with people at all times and how easy it has made collaborative work no matter where each employee is located. The ease of sharing files, holding calls, and sending messages is a leg above the competition. It has combined into one platform what I used to have three apps to perform. And I love that it fully integrates with Office 365!
Cons
It does not impact me directly, but I could see how needing a Microsoft account to log in could be a deterrent.

IN-person meetings with a Hybrid Mode
Overall, the experience has been great. The MSFT Teams is really dynamic when it comes to customer experience & collaboration especially with most of orgs's hybrid structure. The new background effects to make everyone give a feel of being under the same roof is also something I love about this tool. It just keeps getting more advance and up the notch every time.
Pros
The new Teams is really wonderful with the different meeting options. The audio quality and video quality seems to be pretty stable so far. Love the new update with enhance stability and collaborative space.
Cons
I do bump into instances after the new update where I can't open attachments received or sent before I have to kill the application and open it again. Have submitted tickets to root cause to my IT teams but were not able to resolve it internally.

Great for Teamwork, but Takes Some Getting Used To
My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been quite good. The platform is really excellent in bringing all the principal tools for collaboration—whether it be chat, video conferencing, or document sharing—under one roof. This has made working in a team much easier, more so when working remotely. I will appreciate how Teams accommodated structured and informal communication, where it was easy to move from scheduled meetings to quick chats without leaving the platform. Although I appreciate most of its inclusive features, there have been moments when I felt that the interface was cluttered and that learning how to make one's way around the options takes time. Beyond these minor difficulties, Teams took productivity and communication in my team to a different level, making it a platform where everyone logs in daily for collaboration.
Pros
What I like most about Microsoft Teams is the seamless way in which it can be integrated with the entire Microsoft 365 suite. This helps in collaborating on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations super easily right within the platform. Having all your tools—chats, video calls, sharing of files—all in one place reduces the switching time from one app to another, hence saving time and making the workflow more efficient. Aside from that, the versatility of supporting scheduled meetings and impromptu conversations can serve different working styles, whether it's a formal project discussion or a quick informal check-in with somebody. Another key differentiator is its reliable video and audio quality, even in large meetings, further refining the remote collaboration experience.
Cons
What I like least about Microsoft Teams is that sometimes it feels quite overwhelming, be it a new user or someone not so much into technology. Though powerful with as many features and options as it comes, it creates a pretty steep learning curve and sometimes may confuse people where certain tools or settings are located. Moreover, the platform can be a bit resource-intensive; on older devices, or when many resource-demanding applications are working, it might cause occasional slowdowns or lag. By and large, performing well, these minor misbehaviours are inclined to disturb the smooth experience slightly.

Teams: One Program to Rule Them All
I am an administrator and also work within it to manage my department's daily activities, chats, project management.
Pros
I like how much capability the program offers. The features offered give you the ability to excel in team collaboration, communication, management and so much more, instead of needing multiple other programs that do the same thing.
Cons
It has some limitations of using other microsoft programs like excel and PowerPoint as stand alone programs since their features work best that way, but Teams gets you mostly there.

An Amazing Software To Allow Remote Integration Of Users
Pros
Teams allowed our users to interact in a way not possible before, which was integral at the start of the Pandemic.
We went from users having little to no access to other users and the environment outside of work, to a full blown remote workplace.
Without Teams, we never could have completed this as fast and seamlessly. It was an integral part of the ongoing transition, even with more people back in the office more regularly.
Cons
Issues with some of the versions caused confusion amongst users.
Sometimes crashes or freezing depending on the machine.

Ms. Teams as a new communication tool.
Microsoft Teams is very useful in terms of for meeting, keeping file and recordings, also for the calls.
Pros
Microsoft Teams is light enough to be installed in our phone. Makes business meetings or call on the go so much easier. The feature to share files and keep meetings recordings are also very helpful. The forwarding call feature is very useful.
Cons
I have two versions in my laptop, one said the latest one, but I don't know why both old and new versions popped up at the same time when my laptop is turned on.

Great Message Center!
My overall experience with Microsoft Teams has been great. I like that I can easily contact coworkers quickly while also helping students when they have questions outside of class.
Pros
Microsoft Teams is a great tool for teachers and staff. At my school, we use Teams to communicate with other teachers. I like that you can have Teams automatically open when you sign into your computer. This helps incase you forgot to turn it on. I use it all the time to ask other teachers questions or to contact the front office. It will give you a notification popup whenever you receive a message. During Covid, our school used Microsoft Teams for virtual classes. It was very easy to set up my classes and have my students logged in. My web camera was easily connected so students could view the whiteboard.
Cons
One con about Microsoft Teams is there seem to be a couple of different versions of Teams. When I sign into my PC, once in a while it will sign into the wrong account so I won't see messages sent to me. I have to physically go into teams, sign out, and sign back into the right account. I have not figured out how to fix this yet.

Microsoft Teams Review - Steve Rob Music
Overall, we like Microsoft Teams as we also have the ability to use 3rd party applications such as JIRA cloud, which we use for service tickets and requests.
Pros
I enjoy Microsoft Teams mostly for their well designed layout, its easy to find recent chats as well as searching key terms in the search bar to find or go to an exact message (e.g, when searching up "terms", it will look up all of the chats, messages, that have "terms"
Cons
I wish there were a way to clear the entire call log history at once. It's so frustrating to delete each call individually.

A must need for companies to Use.
Overall I think this is great platform for any company to excel in with any business related information.
Pros
I like that this is an universal service with use from anyone in any field can connect and communicate efficiently. Teams holds up Information and are able to exchange it through different fields of the hospital. From nurses to doctors to hospital staff, Teams is great benefit to a company role in bettering patient care.
Cons
The design seems a bit outdated. it is simple but once a certain amount of information in stored the systems seems a bit messy even when combined with other tabs within the software.

Daily Teams user
MS Teams is an integral part of our company's daily operations.
Pros
Our company uses MS Teams for much of our collaborative work. It syncs well with Outlook, SharePoint, and Planner allowing us schedule meetings, share work, manage projects, and store files. The screen share function is particularly usuell in combination with Planner and SharePoint.
Cons
The interface for files copy/move is cumbersome. It suggests recent of favorite locations but does not provide a means to look up a location that is not suggested. A simple file explorer like navigation would easily resolve this.
