I like Zoho; that's why we have the full version. The good part is that I don't need any other third-party apps to manage my business.

A Decent Option for the Beginning to Intermediate Business
It's a B- overall. It offers everything a beginning to intermediate user needs to handle the automation of social posts. There are extras and add-ins that make it more confusing than it needs to be.

Zoho Social is a fairly straightforward program that allows for automated posting of your content for social channels. It's easy to understand and use.
Cons
It is just fairly vanilla. The interface is simple, but not always informative in the way that you need. There are extras and add-ins that make it more confusing than it needs to be. Selections should be grayed out if they require additional credits. Additionally, why charge for AI Assist when it can be found for free in many other places? It makes it not worth using for the additional hassle.

Zoho Social is the Best!
Our experience has been great. We would even go so far as to say that we like it better than Hootsuite. It is less of a hassle and more reasonably priced.

So far, there is nothing that we like least about the service.

I manage multiple clients, I will never use another platform! Zoho for life.
Pros
I started using zoho social through a company I worked for a few years ago -- when I branched off on my own and found myself taking on more and more marketing clients, I tried so many different social media management apps. I literally tried no less than 8, Zoho was so awesome when I used it before that I assumed it was the most expensive option and never explored it -- turns out it is hands down the best value and price if you are managing more than 3 or 4 brands! Silly me, I assumed because it was the best it was gonna be out of my price range! Using it now and never looking back, I manage 6 brands by myself right now and they make it so easy.
Cons
Only have two issues really, 1. that I cannot seem to tag individuals in a post so when, for example, I am wishing an employee a happy birthday for a client -- I cannot tag that employee through zoho (only businesses).
2. I have a client who is a radio station -- they have 6 Facebook pages for all of their different radio hosts but I can only add one channel per brand (1 FB, 1 Insta, etc) which means I have to count each of their channels as a new brand. That slows me down a bit but in the grand scheme of things, it is not the end of the world.

My overa ll experience is best as comparing to sitting doing manually and in times we can't do, we can automate, this is best experience.

All the pros are good, but should be improved a lot comparing the new apps those coming now with AI and stories

We can't post or automate Instagram stories which is a big draw back.
And facebook groups always keep disconnecting every minute.

Zoho Socials keeps all my social media channels really busy. It makes work so much easier on when it comes to putting business content out there. I am also able to see how my brand out there. What a good thing to be able to do all these things in a single place

Apart from being an employee at The Brain Initiative, I also run a mental wellness center as an independent therapist. I often use Zoho Social to manage my business social media pages. It is an easy tool to setup and implement since it fits flawlessly with existing tools in my workspace. It's simplistic and beautifully designed UI gives me an incredible user experience where Iam able to easily use it to gain maximum benefits through it. One thing I love about Zoho Socials is that Iam able to schedule my posts publishing time to when the audience is usually active on media platforms. Also I can monitor every single post on all my socials from Facebook, X , TikTok, YouTube and Instagram from a dashboard on realtime and engage with audience by replying to their dms. With pre-built reports or I can even create new ones Iam able to analyse performance of my posts from where I now understand my audience and how we engage.
