Zoho for Expense Tracking
I use Zoho for expense tracking and recording. It has been very easy to use and I do enjoy logging into it every time I need to create a new expense.
Pros
The ease of use and the GUI. All items are easy to see and use. The expense approval process is also very straight forward.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I have not had any issues with Zoho.

Great Tool - Great Support!
Zoho expense is a great tool and comes with great support.
Pros
Their tool seems very intuitive for users and admins.
I really appreciate how they have multiple ways to send expenses to the system (email, auto-scan, and manual upload)
They also have extremely fast support response time!
Cons
The only downsides I've seen so far is that they had a feature for Point to Point Mileage tracking by putting in your start and end points to determine miles, but I was told by support that this feature only exists on iOS (this should be disclosed somewhere on their site, but it is not).

Excellent! I am terrible at keeping up with mileage on my own. Zoho Expense helped me tremendously with all the professional features at a great price!

Pros
Very easy to use and navigate. Easy to import csv files from credit cards to make expense reporting easier.
Cons
Takes a while to figure out how to import credit card csv files. Not as clear as expensify on that end. But in all other aspects, much simpler than expensify.

Pretty happy right now. As we continue using it and understanding everything that it can do, I think it will help the company stay on budget!

Helpful for the whole team
There was definitely a learning curve, but after running our team through the process, it seems to be a very easy way for everyone to submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Pros
Easy for my team to submit reimbursement requests, regardless of their technical background.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve when navigating "trips" vs "reports" vs "expenses"

Zoho Expenses is a must have product!
Pros
Its been extremely easy to move from excel to Zoho Expenses. The time involved in training staff has been minimal and the process of uploading receipts and updating them has been extremely smooth.
The auto scan feature in the platform is a must use! It saves so much time in uploading receipt details.
Cons
I think they work towards improving vendor detection, especially during auto scan. I have several vendors with slightly different variations in name created during auto scan, when in fact all the receipts are from the same vendor. I think a simple (Create new vendor) option is sufficient after scanning the receipt.

Great Program for SMB like me!
I have had great experiences using Zoho Expense. Ive tried other programs and they were clunky, messy, hard to use. I was on the phone with the help desk all the time. With Zoho Expense - I did it all by myself in a few hours. Now I am set up to run my business much better!
Pros
Easy to set up! Easy to use! Easy to see what needs ot be done. Maybe they should be called ZO-EASY Expense! I was up and running in no time. Imported changes from my corporate credit card, set up personal and business expenses. This made the separation so easy! Tax time will be so much better in 2024 !
Cons
There aren't any CONs as the product fit exactly what I needed. I do like how I can add new apps to integrate with Expense if I need it in the future. The seamlessness of that is worth $$$!

Transform Bill Management with precision
can put my overall experience in a couple of words as it is a user-friendly platform. I am a big fan of their feature to upload bills to Zoho and the amazing thing about it is that it scans each and everything from the bill, very clearly like the transaction number, amount, name of the payer, date and time etcetera. So, I can say that it is one of the best expense management tools
Pros
There are a lot of features in Zoho Expense however, the most liked feature of Zoho Expense is Zoho Extension which allows you to take screenshots from emails or messages and those screenshots get directly uploaded to zoho. It's also a feature that can exclude a personal transaction, automatically remember the expense, and remove it automatically. Travel expenses can be added based on mileage and per diem
Cons
I like everything in Zoho expenses except the reporting part which is not very customizable. It's user-friendly, however, for someone new who could get confused by the interface because it could be complex for beginners. mobile is not properly synced with the tool.

Zoho Expense is Worth Trying
In the limited time I have had with Zoho Expense, I have found it to be immensely helpful in tracking expenses and being able to keep them organized. Moreover, I have used Zoho to save time and headache when it comes to tracking expenses across multiple categories and periods of time.
Pros
This software makes for easy uploading and compiling of receipts, as well as generation of expense reports. In addition, it allows for easy expense tracking, especially over specified business periods. When expenses start to add up and fall into different facets, the app makes it easier to separate into categories. Producing reports makes it much easier to file taxes.
Cons
With uploading/linking a specific card, it takes a long time and can be difficult to sift through credit card statements to find pertinent expenses. At times, the portal takes a long time and can produce error or timing out.

Great way to stay on top of expenses.
Excellent experience so far. Very pleased to have everything integrated with a single provider.
Pros
Integration with banking and other Zoho apps makes a huge improvement in managing and monitoring expenses. If using Zoho CRM there is no reason to look elsewhere for expense management.
Cons
I wish that the receipts were auto-analyzed better but this technology is similarly employed elsewhere.

Expense Organising For Dummies
The easy to use interface makes it exceptionally easy and quick to learn your way around it.
Pros
It's the best expense tool I've used to date. For our church organisation, it's straightforward to use. We're still building up our tech savviness and this app is generally straightforward to use.
Cons
No Cons other than it not picking up our local currency from time to time. But I can always go in and change that.
