Efficient Workforce Management with Celayix
Celayix is an outstanding workforce management software. After we have implemented this, we were able to automate most of the painful and manual processes regarding payroll, attendance management, employee scheduling etc. I can say this has saved a lot of time and money by implementing.
Pros
Celayix's solutions are designed to automate manual processes, reduce paperwork, and improve overall efficiency in managing workforce-related tasks. Its user-friendly interface is intuitive making it easier for me and other employees to easily navigate.
Cons
There is nothing much that I least like about Celayix. For me that I felt was integration with multiple vendors is very limited. But most of the important integrations are in place as of now like Quickbooks, MS Dynamics etc. But it should have a broader integration that fits all the needs of different companies across the globe.

Efficiency in workforce performance by maximising scheduling
Overall keeping track of employee time sheet is made easy with Celayix. You can easily track & calculate all sorts of employee off-time, vacations, sick leaves, personal day off's etc. Reports generated become hleps with payroll and increases overall communication within team.
Pros
What I like best is Celayix helps in employee scheduling, helping us manage workforce effectively. It also helps in eliminating overtime. Their monitoring systems enable employees to check-in/out on the web, or mobile too. Reporting data to payroll system is easy
Cons
For large teams, there is always resistance when new systems are enforced, specially where there is a bit of a learning curve involved, employees sometimes resist this change. The overall UI of the app need a lot of improvement, specially if you are using mobile, & their time-sheet function could be done better.

So Far So Good!

Great So Far!
Excellent experience from the start. Any issues or questions that we have had have been answered very quickly.

Easy, Simple, Dependable
Celayix has dramatically increased the efficiency in daily scheduling for our homecare department. Staff are able to review of medically pertinent information right from the visits assigned to their app. Staff report simplicity in charting, checking in and out, and ability to write additional notes. Google maps is available within one click of a button within the app which tell our staff the location of their next visit. App updates in real time. Ability to review staff actions in real time as well as geofencing has dramatically improved staff accountability.

Our EMR does not currently accept Celayix as an interface. Sometimes saving visits freezes and needs to be refreshed losing all work unsaved.

This software product has been a wonderful, cost effective program for my staffing company to capture employee time and attendance, generate billing for these hours worked, and compile several statistical reports needed for my industry. It is very user friendly and Celayix worked hard to develop my program to meet all my specific needs. If I have a question, their continued support is always quick, efficient, warm and friendly.

6 Star Option Missing!
What more can I say about eTime xPress? It's the backbone of our business and allows us to schedule 10,000+ hour events in under 5 minutes. If you aren't using this software for scheduling you are doing your business a disservice. The Celayix customer support team is second to none and I've never had to wait in a long queue to speak to somebody. Great team, great product.

Helps manage my staff's schedule
I manage over thirty people in ten locations. Scheduling is very important to keep our locations open and serving the public. I produce monthly schedules and Celayix eTime express helps me put the schedule together and know we are covered at all locations. My staff appreciates knowing when they are working and keeping the schedule published a few weeks out. It is easy for them to use on Webx to check schedules and request time off. I get good feedback from the staff which helps avoid problems with scheduling.
