I am new to Thermogrid and still in the training phase. Whenever I have a question, the team is quick to respond to jump on a call to help me with my doubts. [sensitive content hidden]

has been very helpful too. I love the features so far. Even though I haven't started using all the features, but I love that almost everything I need for my business is available as a feature and will help my work get so much more efficient.
Cons
Nothing so far except maybe the fact that the learning curve is a bit high due to multiple features. But that is a good problem to have, it means I can move all my business needs to Thermogrid. Finally one platform for all my needs instead of having to use multiple different softwares.

Not well rounded
If it was not for [sensitive content hidden]
at TG and the amount of time invested in making this software work for us. We would not still be using this software.
Pros
The ability to be anywhere and run the business. Scheduling, Dispatching, Calendar, Texting jobs to Techs and when we are arriving to customers. It works really great on the front end and for the techs in the field.
Cons
TG does not integrates with desktop as claimed! It was such a nightmare we had to convert to QBO. TG doesn't offer true progress billing for contractors/subcontractors. It also does have the ability to correctly categorize a customer deposit without a lot of manual work on the QBO side or a workaround. Reporting to tie out to QBO is terrible. I have not found a single report in TG that ties out to any financial report in QBO. It needs a lot more work invested in the development of the backend/reporting end. Customer service takes too long to get back to you. When they do finally get back to you their answers are unhelpful and you end up understanding the software better than they do.

Thermogrid Review
TG is the first dispatching system that I have worked with, I am not sure how it compares or what benefit I see. What I appreciate most is that willingness to take feedback and make adjustments.
Pros
payment integration that allows the client, the tech and the admin to complete payment transactions from the invoice. development team is open to suggestions on improving the system
Cons
Job documents are not integrated to be electronically signed and do not auto save, so the info can be easily lost if it is not saved properly prior to changing screens. We are now having to use a secondary app to complete safety documents and inspections so that they can be signed by technicians for accountability and to meet SECOR standards.Clients can only pay using VISA or Mastercard through the payment link.TG only tracks GPS for clock-in and out, we would like to track "downtime" between calls for technician accountability.calling the support line used to automatically connect me with a support tech, now I have to submit a ticket and wait to hear back.

It’s been fairly easy to learn and maneuver through when their are no glitches and good service area

It works great when you have service it is easy to use and learn even if your not a computer tech person

Drop boxes disappear and are under laying
When you go back in calendar two weeks it doesn’t stay there after you exit out of a call

A decent software that works well once ALL of your company data is entered CORRECTLY!
There is definitely a higher learning curve for employees to get over. When people are in a rush it is easy to make simple errors and those simple errors slow down the efficiency of our workflow. I'm very happy with the approach the company has taken to customize the platform to fit the needs of our company AND our customers.
Pros
ThermoGRID is perfect for our short-term needs. We love the fact that staff finds it simple to use. However, paying attention to the fine details when data is put into our software library is an ongoing struggle. It is definitely a time-saver for us because it has the capability of carrying out complex tasks and has enabled us to be completely paperless.
Cons
We are still adjusting to the set-up, none at this time.

Pros
Dispatching calendar Joe history and email invoices quickly [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful in explaining the new workflow management for each user and how we can start customizing our roles within in the company.
Cons
The Syncing to QB online is quite bad - I don't know if it's QB or Thermogrid but our apostrophe's don't get transferred right and QB creates numbers behind every customer and every customer is a parent and their address is a sub customer - it just seems like too much of the same data. It doesn't sync very clean. Also I don't like that a Company name shows "No Client" because there is no first or last name in the account lines. Seems weird to be and then it syncs to QB and doesn't include the Company Name

Please take a hard look.
They did provide extra training but did not fix the issue. They created extra steps. There are no invoice numbers on the original invoices for our commercial customers. We are 80% commercial and they knew this when they signed up.
Pros
We really liked the software when we demoed it. We liked that it had job costing. We liked you could enter model and serial number of units.
Cons
Well there is not a lot of customer support. BEWARE if you have Quick Books Desktop. It is NOT compatible. The company new this and will not let us out of our one year contract. We do not even use this and we pay almost 700 a month. There are no invoice numbers if you are going to bill from the office. This is a residential or in the office software.

I would recommend ThermoGrid, it's easy to use, covers all aspects of the HVAC industry, strives to improve processes weekly with updates and truly care about your success!
Pros
Everything! The software has streamlined our processes which saves us time. The double entry before ThermoGrid was monotonous! We have found the customer service to be just as described from their customer referrals. Change is always hard for anyone, but the benefits outweigh the beginning learning curve. I know our team would not want to go back to our old processes!
Cons
We were not as organized as we had hoped to be at the launch of ThermoGrid. We had a bumpy road on our end with providing the proper information to get everything in place, but ThermoGrid's team persevered and got us through many obstacles with great, and reassuring customer service.

The things I like the most about Thermogrid, besides support. The amount of information at my fingertips on every aspect of my business! 5++ stars on value!! I'm paying less and getting so much more than with my previous HVAC field-software. Complete customization to fit my business specific needs. Designed with everything in mind to grow your business. When they say a new feature is coming it actually does in a timely manner. The best customer service support! I can't stress this enough. When I need help or have a question, I know I'm going to receive the support I need quickly and thoroughly.

I'm a new to Thermogrid and there's a learning curve. So, right now that's what I like the least.

Pricing made simple
Pros
Before we had to do our pricing the old way. Look up the price in a book, add labor and margins, then hand write a bid for the customer. This software makes pricing, billing and even scheduling easy.
Cons
It was overwhelming at first but with the training provided by the support group, it was easy to figure out!

Initial setup
During the setup process CSRs have been super helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. Implementing a new system is never fun, but they have made the process very easy so far.

No option for AIA billing on larger bid / spec projects

The best support you could ask for!
Time Saving and Communication with techs and Customers.
Pros
The best on boarding experience as well as ease of use for our technicians in the field. You can build tickets or quotes in a few clicks instead of typing everything. It also connects our install team with everyone involved in the job. Communication has most improved using Thermogrid.

This software is great once all of your company data is entered correctly and the user(s) become proficient with the processes. Mastering the service catalog is critical to the successful implementation of this software
