Easy, stable and with a great customer service
I was looking for a new software to design, sell and manage our itineraries and I ended up finding We Travel. [sensitive content hidden] was the first person I spoke to (it was a festivity but he gave me availability anyway as we were in a hurry) and then [sensitive content hidden] helped us set up our account. Coming from a software that provided very poor customer service this truly made the difference.
The software is well made, easy to use and with plenty of features. I am sure they will get even better in the future (possibly on the graphic aspect of it) but overall it is a very good and competitive product.

Almost perfect
You guys do your job well. You're responsive to problems when they occur, which is rare. Any movement on the invoice front? I'm a broken record here but I'm gonna keep skipping until it's fixed.
Pros
Great job keeping track of our booking forms. One improvement I'd like to see since you keep track of people's email, is to remember the data that they entered on the booking form which changes little from booking to rebooking.
This way upon re-booking most fields will be pre-propagated like their passport number, their birthdate, their phone number, of course they have an opportunity to update anything as needed.
Cons
Invoices, invoices, invoices. I need to be able to create an invoice. It's very trying for me to take the data and build an invoice. It should be a click of a button. That's your biggest downfall. Without an invoice if you could at least let us delete that information (I mean old information that's no longer pertinent) to keep track of what is due. Clients are confused when there are changes and it confuses me at times as well. I don't have an hour to put into correct and everything to make sure it's 100% right.

Takes a while to get your money out for tour operators
We were approved and signed up with WeTravel, spent countless hours building our tours and launching them on the platform. We told them upfront that we had a sister brand that did Cuba Tours. They said it was not a problem we just needed to sign something. Thinking all was good and approved I acepted bookings through the playform. But there was another process I wasn't told about, that was signing up with Stripe. Stripe has pinged me or bloack listed our company because we have a sister company that does tours in Cuba. Hence our money is stuck in WeTravel and there are no other ways to get it out.
Pros
The booking engine seems nice and the staff was nice at first.
Cons
They weren't clear about who their payment processor is, Stripe. It take a long time to get your money out. Not very efficient for a travel company.

We Travel, the chargeback criminal
Very unsafe and unclear. Also some CSR guys are pretty aggressive on the emails.
Cons
I would not recommend using We Travel, I have used them for a year and moved over 100K, and when there was a chargeback from an unhinged client of only $1000USD, I asked for help on how to make the case, but they didn´t help or provide any support over the phone. They will treat you like a thief and threaten you a legal action immediately if you don´t pay for the chargeback right away, no matter what.
So you are paying them a big percentage of your earnings and they are not even helping you, the emails from the complaints department were never signed, no name on the email you don´t know who you are speaking with. They have blocked transactions already on the way to the bank, denied me information from the bank where the dispute was done, sadly I had to file a report to the FTC and now taking legal action. The person who made the chargeback is committing fraud and the person using the services and then because very violent on our premises, that´s why she was asked to leave.
In the beginning, they will even find a representative that speaks your language to get you to get their services, this person will promise you everything and support you all the time in all ways possible, even WhatsApp audios and such. Later on, they won´t even allow me to have a phone call with them as emails are quite limited for something so serious.
They never cared to give me their opinion on the material I was sending, it´s like they don´t care to have a chargeback and the way they work is all sketchy.
In my opinion, We Travel takes advantage that people are in different countries and laws don´t apply across countries so they can´t be held to the authorities so easily.
Look if you have a company go to your preferred bank and ask for the payment link service, it´s much more efficient and cheap and you can make claims in your own bank with your own laws. This company is really not trustworthy, we travel is very unsafe actually.

It has been an amazing experience especially after being hacked on PayPal 2 years ago! They have the worst customer service ever. Wetravel has AMAZING customer service! fast responses and real people available. You have one agent for your company and thats priceless.

WeTravel freed up so much of my time managing our groups we take overseas. It also helped free up my mind since I had an acccurate way to receive traveler details and upgrades. Cons
Complicated when it comes to changing or adding banking info. Support contacts are not consistant. There can be multiple responders across the US so continuity is cumbersome when dealing with the few issues we experienced.

WeTravel is an absolute game changer!
My biggest pain points in selling group trips were online booking and payment processing, and in those two arenas, WeTravel has completely solved my problems and revolutionized my business. The customer service has always been top notch, not to mention the personal conversations that make me feel like a valued customer. I so appreciate that you guys ask me what I'd like to see, and then you actually implement improvements. It feels good to align with a company that is so progressive and wants to keep getting better, which is exactly how I feel about my business too, and WeTravel is helping me get better!Also just for the record, it was horrible when you froze funds during Covid - I hope you never feel like you have to freeze our funds again!

The online booking and payment processing functions are the real highlights of WeTravel for me. I love the easy integration of the direct to checkout button, payment plans and tracking, low processing fees, money transfer options, and payment and customer database management.
Cons
I wish there were a real function for a full customer database (for example - in the current database, when more than one person is included in a booking, the second person isn't reflected accurately like they don't exist). Also it'd be great if I could customize fields and other info in a database, like how many and which trips a customer has been on (even before I used WeTravel), etc. Perhaps an integration with Wise as well, to easily send money internationally straight from the WeTravel account.

The best guest management software!
My experience with WeTravel has been great. From product demo to on-boarding, then support along the way. A standout feature of having a subscription is having my own personal rep at WT ([sensitive content hidden]) for support. Although I haven't needed much assistance (since the program is so intuitive), the few times I have, [sensitive content hidden] has been very accessible and helpful. I can't imagine running my business without using WeTravel as my registration software.
Pros
WeTravel makes the entire guest management process simple (on both trip producer and client ends). I'm a sole proprietor and using WT is like having a fully staffed back office for all my administrative needs.

I have yet to find anything I don't like about the WeTravel system!

Complex to easy
Our salesperson [sensitive content hidden] was absolutely diligent in her sales approach, I would give her delay, delay and call me later tactics. I just didn't want to go through yet another integration software, portal, reboot and scrap my online booking system. We tried for months to get comfortable with our old system, just could not get the office staff to warm up to the complexity of the system we had. Our WeTravel sales agent went through multiple presentations, emails over a year of trying to convert us and finally it paid off.
Pros
The integration is as easy as the sales team at WeTravel claimed it would be.
Cons
I prefer not to have to promote the name WeTravel when possible. In the past when I was using Peak 15, I didn't have to use the name or logo of Peak 15 on any of our communications. However, if I have to partner with a great company with great reputation and awesome product hen none better than WeTravel

All of this for free?!!!!! YES!
We were able to implement WeTravel pretty seamlessly (and quickly!) into our existing website. [sensitive content hidden], our Account Manager is incredibly responsive and solves all of our problems on the rare occasion we encounter one. Our salesperson, [sensitive content hidden], still checks in on us. I know they're a big company with many clients but we feel like we're the only one.
Pros
You can do SO much with the free version of WeTravel. The primary way we use WeTravel is for trek registration and payment activities, and we can do what we need with the free version. It saves us so much time and stress. We love WeTravel!
Cons
We're a small business and the annual cost for the Pro plan is more than we can justify at this time. Being on the free version means - understandably - that not all of the cool features are available to us. That's a bummer.

It was super easy to get it live and our customers have so far had zero issues making bookings or payments.
