Acumbamail is good at what it does. The visual editor is good, though some polish is needed to usability (especially if you compare it to MailChimp).

Cons

Being a multi-lingual product, sometimes the languages don't show correctly at first (Spanish shows when I have it set to English). As others have stated, there are quirks to the onboarding process.

The price for functionality in Acumbamail was amazing. The account limits were generous as well.

It's ease of use, the many possibilities with newsletter, the possibility to have a template and customize it, smtp support

Cons

It doesn't have automations. Like almost none, not even chain actions. So let's say you want to give a certain amount of email to that segment and to another segment, in a numbered manner with conditionals, you can't.

Pros

Definitely a good choice to cover the basics and if you get the right deal, it could be worth the money. Templates are fine so far, however, I am curious if and what the team has been working on the past months as there is no investment visible into the product itself.

Cons

To have to reach out to technical support to enable SMTP is an absolute no-go for trusted clients that have purchased it via special channels and not via the website.

It's a one-stop shop, relay, SMTP, email validation, automation, transactional emails, email, and newsletter marketing, what else could you ask for?

I don't see any specific feature that is not up to the mark apart from a few styling on the mobile. Considering they are delivering and improving regularly few minors will be fixed pretty soon.

I get everything in this platform that I could not get in the previous ones. It's cheap too.

Pros

Whatever you can do with MailChimp, you can do it quicker. For me, a Spanish user, having the mail language on which the platform was built to be the same as what I speak, it is awesome.Its UI/UX is super modern and clean, which makes things easier.Also, you have a solid assistance and support to guide you however you want: videos, blog, chat or email!

Cons

It is so robust that, at first, you must play a little bit to understand the basics of the platform and where to find the different things you need. Also, when you buy the agency plan, you must contact support so they grant you access to those features, so I guess that's not optimal.

Most of the things I thought of before my purchase is actually what I am getting and in fact more. Overall I am really really happy with this platform. I have 3 other email platforms but I use Acumabail as my primary software. It has all the things like Template/Autoresponder/RSS/Newsletter/Automation/A/B Testing/API/Webhook/Link Tracking etc etc....which may break my bank if I use something like Aweber or Mailchimp etc.

Cons

The automation sometime fails and sends the same email template even when putting the condition 'When Open' - 'Not Opened'. Not expected from such a big platform

VBOUT is expensive and their UI I could never understand. It felt like I was working on a editor deployed in 1980's to be honest. Although, it works like a charm

0 Integration capabability, very low level of "automation" capability.
Does not work with Dates. Automation "IF this then That" does not exist in Acumbamail.

If you're bring contact info with Birthday or any other Date of Importance in the your sheet, Acumbamail won't work for you. You won't beable to automate import from Zapier, Albato, Make or any other automation softwares.

If person does not open, try again in 7 days is not possible, if a person clicks this link send to another campaign is not possible.

Pros

Ease of use is the biggest plus factor when using Acumbamail, it is simple in approach but as you use it you also discover hidden depths. The interface is very intuitive, with each step in the process being sequential and logical. I liked our previous Email Marketing Software but it took months to master its complexities and to get everything up and running. It only took a couple of weeks to fully transition across to Acumbamail. Importing of Lists and Email Templates from our previous platform was so simple and error free. Deliverability has also been very good so far.

Cons

Acumbamail is based in Spain and occasionally some Spanish words show even when you have selected English.

Pros

Ease of use. You learn to use it very quickly, and for 80% of users it is more than enough. Very high volume of emails and users. The customization and scheduling of mailings. And the verification of domains and SMTP. I really like the integration with third parties and webhocks.

Cons

Tagging users is very basic. This does not allow for elaborate funnels to improve conversion.

For simple campaigns I prefer Acumbamil because it is faster and simpler and above all, much cheaper. ActiveCampaing takes me a lot of time to prepare the campaigns and it is much more expensive and can only be used for campaigns with a lot of budget.

For ease and usefulness. Because for a very low price I can have thousands of users that other platforms do not give me. It is impossible to make big campaigns with AC for example because it is 10 times more expensive.

Mailchimp was both too expensive e overloaded of features for the use i planned for my company. Mautic was truly too instable and not usable.

Seems much more simple and straight to the point. Perhaps Vbout has some more features, but i was really looking for a simple and concrete solution.

What I like most about Acumbamailis the user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate even for beginners, its range of customizable templates that are visually appealing and responsive across all devices, and its advanced analytics and reporting features that provide insights into the performance of email campaigns in real-time.

I think that Acumbamail is email marketing software that can be extremely useful for small and big businesses.This software allows you to create and send personalized emails to your customers, thus improving the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.I find it very useful because I can create numerous landing pages, the templates are many and very nice, the ease of use is impressive, I have tried other software in the past that is much more complicated to understand, especially for creating automations.The integrations available are also excellent, with Pabbly, Konnectzit, Zapier, Integrately, Typeform and more.I like very much and then the cost is decidedly cheap , I absolutely recommend it,

With AcumbaMail's PRO tier, I can have unlimited subscribers, so, I don't need to worry about the place of my growing audience. Acumbamail offers 800+ email templates, so I don't need to write an email from scratch, it saves a lot of time. AcumbaMail also offers Agency account in its PRO tier.

I have not yet got a chance to explore all its features. I am exploring the features and till now, I have nothing to complain about. A few suggestions - improve the UI, provide more detailed analytics, and finally an android app.

I just started using a new email marketing tool and it's been a game-changer. The pre-designed templates are fantastic and the dashboard is super easy to use. I have some suggestions for improvement, like tagging for segmentations and the ability to copy email templates, but overall I'm pretty happy with it. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I've been using this software from last week onwards and haven't encountered any con at the time of writing this review.

I love the simplicity and the power of its editor. The application is really easy to use and you can send your first campaign in just a few clicks.
Servers are located in the EU (Spain), so the GDPR compliance is easier compared to those that only are available in US and force you to relay in SCC (Standard Contractual Clauses)

Cons

There is no information about what is underhood. We are very strict when it comes to acquiring software. We need to know what the technicals details are: Is there a recovery system? Are backups stored in other data center that is located at least 100 Km away from the main one? Are security test (pentest) run regulary? To which companies are you sharing my information?

If you ask support for any of these questions, you'll just get a standard email saying that they do not answer this kind of questions. The email just provides a cumple of links to the product page with no futher information.

In this context, I cannot recommend to use this software under any circusntances.
