Great Software
Very good software, i have spoken to them several times regarding learning the new features and explaining how we use the software. They are very approachable and willing to listen to ideas for improvement and feature requests to make running a buisness easier.
Pros
It’s flexibility to our multi trade business it allows us to customise to sure each and every type of servcies, from regular window cleaning to one-off big construction projects.
Cons
I feel the limit on the number of users should be higher considering the amount you pay on the top tier plans. You can add additional users at additional cost which i don’t feel is priced low enough. I also feel that some of the new features they are implementing should not be additional cost and should be included as part of the grow plan.

Love & Hate Relationship with Jobber
The Software works for us. Does 80% of the tasks we want to accomplish for running the business. But at the same time, we wish there was some way to provide some feedback and get some improvements to the software.
Pros
Simple to use, good workflow, good mobile phone app, good technical support.
Cons
- Poorly designed 'user interface'. Not very intuitive.
- Lots of 'Bugs' and 'Bites" in the software. Many limitations too.
- Poor integration with QuickBooks online and Company Cam.
- No easy way to give feedback & recommend improvements

Good stepping stone software for home service businesses
Their support is relatively fast to get help or an answer. I was quite disappointed though that a Canadian company doesn't charge in Canadian dollars for its Canadian clients. That was something I was excited about when I switched to them but realized the rep for my demo misinformed me. Jobber was a good stepping stone for us, but ultimately switching to an industry-specific platform was a much better option for us in th belong run.

I do like that it is very user-friendly and easy to learn for all users

Lack of reporting available for managers/owners to look at and analyze data

I can't imagine going back to the time "before" Jobber.
It was really hard for my and my manager to fully learn and then immerse our company into Jobber parameters. We are there now and still finding ways to use the tasks, events, reminders etc to help us keep things running smoothly
Pros
Jobber enables my company to retain more information and service more client homes. With Jobber's help, we have been able to build 40% more business this year over last year. I don't think we could have done that without the software to manage it all. Payments come in quickly, we have less cancellations due to the reminder notifications. Tipping has gone way up with the tip feature in Jobber payments. We likely win more bids due to the professional appearance of Jobber. It has upped our communication with clients to a higher level. Integrates well with our reviews program in NiceJob. The request form is so valuable to us as we have it connected to our website and it funnels leads in the back door. The benefits are many and the pain points few.
Cons
sync errors with Quickbooks are many, automated job timers don't function for us so we can't use that portion of the system, sometimes the tipping function is hard to find for our customers and they end up not tipping, automated reminders cannot be cancelled or retrieved short notice, several other little things but these are on the top of our list

Pros
Jobber is incredibly user friendly. This can make it easy to train new employees and that is a plus!
Cons
I wish there was more customization available to make custom workflows and email templates for the custom workflows.

Jobber has been a great addition to our team. As Jobber continues to morph/ evolve, it is becoming more and more helpful as well as time saving.

Gallo Bros Power Washing
It’s been pretty good. I like it better than other crms because I do everything on my phone really. Plus your support team is pretty damn good. My brother and I in year 1 as a pressure washing business generated 400k and I can’t say we would have done it without Jobber. The invoices are super professional and I’m from the generation that uses chat gpt in College lol so it’s super easy for me to integrate that whether that’s in my line items or the confirmations Jobber makes accessible to users. I like how jobber is mobile friendly especially to my generation lol.
- We can create a request in a matter of seconds
- We can invoice on the fly
- Two way text messaging makes it easy when it comes to my client base
- Easy to get my clients a yearly contract on the job site
Cons
- They don’t have a area code for my Jobber number
- No text campaign “yet”
- When I click call it calls though my personal cell rather than my Google voice number.
- Need the ability to integrate any contact for on a website to go to jobber

Jobber is on the right track
Overall, I really enjoy the product. I found it easy to get it up and running. It also pairs well with Quickbooks.
Pros
Reasonable pricing for the features. Automation and easy to use. Overall the intuitive and easy to use modern interface is great. They seem to be adding things all the time that brings extra value.
Cons
The depth of quoting, and more so the products and pricing. It's also a bit difficult to search the right item you are looking for 1/2" 90 vs 1/2" Copper 90 you have to know the way you entered it.
It be nice if you could group things like service items, material, and then make assemblies ( Toilet rough-in -) Has 10 feet of pipe, 2 90s, 2 45s, 1 wye, 10 feet of waterlines. 4 hours of labour. Some way to update your labour or material and it helps update all of your assemblies pricing.
Be nice to have schedule of value invoicing for commercial projects.
Be nice to have some type of service agreements built in.
Needs to have better photo management with out having to need an addin.

I currently use contractor forman to help me with RFIs, Submittals, Project based invoicing, schedule of values, change orders and lots more for larger projects. There are certain parts that still frustratingly need developed further for it to become the full package - development is an ingoing thing within Jobber and it's mostly there so this definitely shouldn't put people off trying it

Would Recommend
Really good.
I am involved in a business coaching group and we hear about CRMs quite a bit from other similar industries. It does not seem like the grass is greener somewhere else and Jobber has my vote for what I think is the best for our organization and what we do.
Overall the CRM is going to be one of the most important pieces of a small business so... it's REALLY important that you gain a pro-level understanding of its functions & capabilities. Sometimes it's necessary to adjust your process to fit within those peremeters.
Pros
We have 20 employees and onboarded 50+ new clients in some of our busier weeks. We absolutely could not manage that without a great CRM. From new leads to quotes, follow ups to scheduling... Jobber allows us to manage our new clients, existing clients, and team to get the job done.
New features like Marketing and AI are some great tools we have been getting to know and implement. We have been especially pleased with some of the marketing tools that have allowed us to choose certain groups of clients from our data-base and email them. We've had a pretty solid conversion rate on those emails and plan to send out those emails every few weeks.
Syncing with Quickbooks is a huge value add and allows us to maintain a very small "bookkeeping" footprint.
Cons
It is somewhat basic in functionality, There have been a lot of small things that we wish we would have had.... ei more functionality in quoting, follow-up, and project management capacity - but the basics are there.
There have been a lot of new additions in the last few months that have really increased the value Jobber brings to the table, especially when it comes to quoting templates and AI for reporting purposes.
With the volume we deal with, its not realistic to think that any one CRM is going to check all the boxes, but with a couple of reports and spreadsheets, we can get all the information we need from New client channels, Conversions rates, team metrics, and financials. Jobber is somewhat limited in its ability at this time to have a detailed dashboard like the one we rely on.
They keep on adding new functions and capabilities which is nice, but there have been a few that should have been a thing years ago. The "leads" tag is one of these, We have had a new client lead special field for 3 years now only to get that as a standard option in the last few weeks. This is fundamental for a business to understand where leads are coming from and where to invest marketing funds.
I do like the chat team quite a bit as you are able to chat with a live person with questions. They can answer basic functionality questions very well, but often we have heard "We will pass that on to the development team."

First Year in Jobber
This is our first year with Jobber and we have really been able to move faster and get things done easier than our old program. We do not regret moving to Jobber and plan to stay with them for a long time. So far major improvements for us over our last CRM.
Pros
It brought all of the programs into one program. From invoice to Quotes and even inter staff communication.
Cons
The GPS integration is lacking and does not really help us track the fleet.

Jobber/ Small business owners
Jobber has been great! They make you aware of changes and maintenance scheduled coming ahead of time. I'd like to actually help jobber with a few items I would like to see and program for future use as a small business owner.
Pros
I went from using a large paper calendar on my desk top to jobber with weekly, bi weekly, monthly and commercial clients! It truly was a hassle to cancel white out and reschedule clients! I highly recommend jobber to everyone for small business!
Cons
Nothing really. They have updated and kept up with the most recent trends of what a business shall need.

Jobber Review
Jobber has served my business well these past 3 years, I dont see myself leaving it for another platform anytime soon. I will be opening another account for new business this next year!
Pros
Being able to provide options on quotes, with photos, is a huge perk. I get compliments from clients about the ease of the quoting/ payment process
Cons
The cost is quite high if im honest, I fortunately use it for a seasonal business where I dont eat that cost all year round. The cost isn't enough that I will leave for someone cheaper, but I definitely feel it could be more affordable.
Outside of cost, I cannot stand [sensitive content hidden] Jobber ads. Of all things, those bring me the closest to finding another platform lol.

Booked and Busy
This is the first platform we have used for our service business. It has worked out quite well, because it was easy to learn and it functions as we need it to.

Great Value, Great Time Saver!

The freedom it has given me with collecting cc on file, scheduling jobs easy and the automatic quote follow ups have been a huge success!
Cons
The review platform still needs work. It’s not quite there yet like its competitor NiceJob.

10/10 would recommend!!!
Pros
How good the program looks. It's seamless, easy to use, clients love the look of proposals. It's the iPhone of home service software.
Cons
The only thing I could say is that Jobber is a jack of all trades, literally. It works for plumbers, HVAC, cleaning companies, and landscapers like my self. They add features and integrations to help tailor the product to each trade.

Jobber from a fence company
We haven’t switched yet. As long as jobber listens to us and tries to make these changes we will stay.
Pros
Built in scheduling, CRM, invoicing, quoting, etc. it’s very helpful.
Cons
Not designed for fence companies. There is no drawing feature for quotes, the line item options are designed for the fence industry, and it’s hard to show a client everything without having to attach photos and drawings with details from a third party.

At in One App
I taught myself the program over 7 years ago. The help videos are a great tool and asset to learn what is needed to help your company run smoother. Plus the customer service team with Jobber is the best. They go above to help get any of your issues addressed. Best IT folks in the business.
Pros
The pros are being able to easily train your staff on using the app, scheduling, invoicing, and adding documentation and photos of work is important. Getting signatures from customers is added automatically to Jobber. It just makes sense the get the work done in a step-by-step process. We love using Jobber.
Cons
not being able to get some of the upgrades that others paying a lot more get, we are on the loyalty plan, been with Jobber for many years. We should bet some perks for being so LOYAL.

Service plumbing company thoughts
The system is great and make my life way easier. No need to ever sale plumbing, only present options for my clients and homeowners.
Pros
System is modern, clean and efficient. Multiple options for collection of payments and app to finance. The price book is just wonderful. My clients really appreciate the investment of the system and makes things so smooth to present to them. The internal processing is clutch and simplistic. Notes, photos to attach to jobs, invoices and requests. Hands down a great product. Must try for your business.

New start up service business can't loose with Jobber!!!
Really, Really love it!! There have been times I am in the field and finish my service calls with time to spare. I can contact my dispatch, see if another call can be added to my schedule, and I am all set to go!!
