HoneyBook is the best.
I love this program. I'm not sure if there is anything really like it on the market and I don't care to look. This program has everything I need to keep up with the day to day in my business.
Pros
I love this program. This is great for photographers and event planners. Likely could be good for another business as well, but as an event planner this program allows me to get inquiries, navigate them through the pipeline stage of booking, invoice clients and send contracts, process payments and build task management and automations all in one place. This program does so much, and connects to QuickBooks which is a huge bonus for me.
Cons
There isn't really much about the program that I dislike. I don't like that the automations now have two types of files (legacy and templates). They are basically the same and it really makes no sense to me why they exist separately, but it doesn't impede on using the software. Also, the reporting is good but it doesn't really make sense as it's not as functional as I'd like. You can't look at a report in the program, you have to download every time, but, I make due with what's available.

Arranges financial claims workflow, documented records, standardized forms
Pros
HoneyBook ensures credibility for all parties involved in the invoice. It enables us to create digital invoice forms and link them to customer records and email with ease. I liked its ability to track the invoice from sending to payment, as it documents all of that in the records with date and time efficiently.
Cons
There are not many negatives to HoneyBook, all the tools are easy to use, records are always up to date, notifications are excellent and all transactions are documented efficiently.

Pros
It was easy to use honeybook as a new business owner
Cons
It didn't have the features I needed for the internal side of things when delegating to other contractors or staff

It's good for the user that wants everytning in one place and doesnt need to customize much. It has potential and room to contend with others down the road.

HoneyBook is Sweet
My overall experience with HoneyBook has been mostly positive. There have been so many updates recently that it can be hard to keep up but all the changes have been very welcome.
Pros
What I like most about HoneyBook is that you can have your scheduler, contracts, products and checkouts all in one platform.
Cons
What I like least about HoneyBook is that there is no way to add a global discount code to a product or all products.

Cons
It’s not as good for booking group classes for clients compared to other websites. I will use the other website is set more...

Really professional contract management
Pros
HoneyBook seems to do many things, from sales presentations to contracts but what we are using it for is contracts, and it is very good with that. So much less complicated for our staff to create and sign them through a flawless (also beautiful) system, and clients are impressed with the system as well.
Cons
Haven't found anything yet, perhaps as we go along. We are considering expanding our use to include invoicing and billing and will update review at that time.

HoneyBook Review
Overall, my experience with HoneyBook was positive. The platform streamlined my client management processes and helped me stay organized and efficient. The ability to centralize all client interactions, from initial inquiry to final payment, in one place was a game-changer. The platform's user-friendly interface and customizable templates allowed me to create professional proposals and streamline my workflow. While the reporting and analytics capabilities were somewhat limited, the overall experience with HoneyBook was excellent, empowering me to deliver a seamless client experience and grow my business effectively.
Pros
One of the things I liked most about HoneyBook was its all-in-one platform for managing client interactions and business processes. The ability to streamline and automate tasks such as client communication, project management, invoicing, and contracts was incredibly valuable. The intuitive interface and customizable templates made it easy to create professional-looking proposals and streamline my workflow. Additionally, the collaborative features, such as the ability to share files and communicate with clients in real-time, enhanced the overall client experience.
Cons
While HoneyBook had many positive aspects, one thing I liked least was the limited reporting and analytics capabilities. The platform provided basic insights into my business metrics, such as income and project status, but I would have appreciated more in-depth reporting and analytics features. It would be beneficial to have access to more comprehensive data and visualizations to gain a deeper understanding of my business performance and make data-driven decisions.

Honeybook review
I was trying to think of a better word but I'll just come out and say it. We run a weird business.. It's hard to find things we can use sometimes. The big thing Honeybook has going for it is that it will probably fit any business model. It's not just for experts from global enterprises. Any regular Joe from down the street could use it with a few minutes of reading.
Pros
The big item on my pro list is user experience. Straight from the beginning it was fun and Honeybooks team will help anytime. The guy I talked to solved my problem in like five minutes when I was ready to sit and wait for at least half an hour. Some of the things Honeybook has are project tracking, workflows, invoices and payments, schedule manager, CRM.
Cons
It stinks that Honeybook costs more than the other small business CRMs. It's got the extra stuff, yeah. But I wish they could bring it down a little. The other thing is that I wish they would let more outside apps integrate.

HoneyBook has been an essential CRM platform for me and my wife's side-business ventures
My wife and I run a small business off to the side that focuses on piano recital tutoring for young people. Much of our business has come through ad-hoc contact development, and we initially had a time working without proper customer interaction and proposal tools. We started using HoneyBook relatively recently, and it's definitely changed our approach to our side-small business by making bookings, CRM, and proposal development much easier.
Pros
I personally love how easy it is to access previous customer communications and interactions. Sending over contracts and delivering payment collections has also been fairly painless and easy to administer through HoneyBook. Lastly, we've more recently experimented with the proposal creation tool, which offers very visually attractive documentation.
Cons
For the moment, I don't feel that anything with HoneyBook is missing at all.
