Mobiwork Field Service Platform Review

Mobiwork has solved our centralized quoting, scheduling, and dispatching problem by providing an easy to use and learn system that has enough customization and flexibility to perform the tasks that would normally require a far more expensive platform.

Pros

Mobiwork has allowed us to process requests from quote through dispatch and completion to invoice without the need for more expensive platforms that cost many multiples compared to this program. Ability for a small staff to perform all needed functions for quoting, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing in one package

Cons

Existing process to add parts, services, customers, etc can be improved to allow for new assets or parts to be added directly from the workorder page.

Reasons for Switching to MobiWork

Mobiwork offered the most complete package of services at a reasonable price point for a small organization.

MobiWork in the transportation industry is the best choice.

I've worked with MobiWork for a few years now. We've integrated using their API, and we use the application on a daily basis.

Pros

MobiWork has a product that works well for any dispatching or scheduling organization. We use it within the transportation industry to dispatch our technician quickly to emergency breakdown. Everything works in real-time and is easy to use from portal to technical mechanics out in the field via the mobile app. Our customers use the customer portal to eliminate the need for telephone interaction.

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons to share.

MobiWork Review

Pros

The picture taking and being able to relate it to a job is really important.

Cons

Software lags a lot, scheduling and job management was not easy. Set up was easy but no help with integration into the company and we were left to our own devices.

Comprehensive cloud software that completes a business from Field operations to the office!

Going from Microsoft Outlook we wanted something that would connect our Field Techs with the office real time from scheduling to forms. MobiWork takes it so much further with their list of features that can be used in so many different areas. We are a unique business and were able to have MobiWork build custom features to meet our needs.

Pros

The MobiRules are super helpful in configuring your behind the scenes system and how you want it to function.

Cons

I would like to have access to see some programming strings in the back ground that could be used for some of their built in features for pre filled forms etc.

Super helpful staff!

Pros

The work order management and dispatching systems are exactly what we need. Also, they helped us with integration for invoicing with Quickbooks.

Cons

Excellent solution for property management maintenance and construction

We manage a lot of units, commercial and residential. Mobiwork is crucial to being able to manage maintenance and service calls and billing for the work needed. Easy to use interface for techs in the field, tracks all their time, locations, and schedules. Has improved our response since techs are alerted so quickly when a work order is assigned.

Pros

Excellent work order management and dispatching. Easy to set up and use. We have hundreds of units and Mobiwork makes it easy to manage service calls, maintenance, and construction/renovations. Billing/invoicing is easy to manage.

Cons

Can't think of anything. Any features we have asked for have been made for us.

Reasons for Choosing MobiWork

Corrigo was not willing to update their software with the customized scripting they had set up for us initially. We had specific rules needed for billing and charging out and we were on an old version and got left behind as they updated the software. We needed a new solution that was easier to use both for admins and field users and still have the custom rules implemented in billing that we needed. Mobiwork was the easy choice for us.

Services Manager Review

So far its been a great experience, as I am new to this platform i will review after a full year. The support staff have been more then accommodating and are eager to assist us with any issues that arise.

Pros

I like the ability to use this platform not only for work order scheduling but also for asset management. It has been vital to our success as a Biomed Team.

Cons

Any issues that we have been experiencing, are issues that all first time users run into. Change is difficult, even if its positive change. In time everything will be running smoothly!

Great Support & off-line work order functionality

Recently the business determined they needed to track customers using MobiWorks “Category” field. This also required new QucikBooks Online reporting. We requested assistance from MobiWorks Support, and they provided a solution to synchronize the MobiWorks “Category” to the QBO “Customer Type.” This solution is performing as promise, they did an excellent job.

Pros

We have been using MobiWorks for over a year. One of the most important capabilities (a real differentiator) this product provides, is off-line work order functionality. Even when technicians have no network or cell coverage, technicians still have the work order information on their mobile devices and can continue with their work.

Cons

Documentation could be better, they have been adding and updating over the past year.

MobiWork Review

My experience with MobiWork has been favorable. One of the things I liked most about MobiWork was its mobile-centric approach to field service management. Revolutionizing our industry

Pros

While integrations are never "easy," the team at MobiWork goes above and beyond to understand your business, needs, and unique use cases to help create a comprehensive solution. This platform is helping us take our company into a new era: driving efficiencies with smart route planning and dispatching; setting up unique alerts for managers to monitor possible problem sites; expense management; invoice management; the list goes on.

Cons

The software is extremely customizable, which is a great thing 90% of the time. That being said, it is so customizable that it can at times be a little difficult when training new users and keeping things simple. All in all, I'm happy with what the customization allows versus any minimal headaches.

This software has made my life easier when it comes to jobs that I lead in the field.

It has been great, a lot better way of scheduling vs. our old way using outlook calendar.

Pros

When I'm not able to be at a job I'm leading for the day, be seeing real time what other technicians complete on my job, I can view filled forms and see exactly what they completed with pictures. Makes it easy to know where they left off and what I need to accomplish my next day!

Cons

I like the offline mode however this doesn't work when you trying to load a document. We use either google drive or our PDF Annotation side which all requires service to see your documents. I've found a work around by trying to load it before hand but if I'm in PDF annotations and back up, I can't reload it.

Accountability

Once the team learned to include it in their normal operations it became an extremely useful tool. It give my eyes at all our locations and the ability to see what might need my attention in the field.

Pros

It is easy for our team to do check at multiple locations and for manages to hold them accountable remotely.

Cons

As an in the field manager at times I wish I had more of the capabilities of desk top version on my mobile device.

Service Tracking Software

Awesome customer service and very patient customizing it to our needs.

Pros

We are now able to track our service engineers locations and work completed with all team members having access at all times. Mobiwork even created custom reports for us to track critical processes that we need to track daily.

Cons

There was a learning initially but know we have all the information that we need at our fingertips with the help of the great training team at Mobiwork!

Visibility is key to accurate work especially in tight time lines.

Pros

I really like being able to see the previous users filled forms. This allows me to see exactly what was done with pictures so I know where to pick up and keep going from. This is huge especially the time I save making phone calls trying to figure out what work was completed.

Cons

I wish I could download documents in the offline mode.

Historical Equipment Data

I was involved in the initial setup and data population.

I create maintenance or service work orders and dispatch to my technicians. If they get caught on a jobsite I can easily drag their work order to a different time or day.

Pros

The ability to drill down on equipment history was a must. Our customers wanted to see all maintenance and every repair that had been completed.

Cons

I wanted a basic, basic system but could not find one. At least MobiWork did not require me to build multiple modules that I didn't need just in order for the system to work.

Accuracy in the field is essential, MobiWork gives you a direct connection with your company!

Pros

The ability to update my delivery location was huge. Many times a new construction sites address is not in the system yet, being able to add a pin drop for future deliveries for our other drivers has been really helpful. Also being able to add contact and change contacts is very helpful!

Cons

For our company we can choose our route based on our day, it would be nice being able to arrange our work orders from the App with a drag and drop to reorganize.

Cons

Would like to be able to set custom work order lengths per customer to be used for route optimization/creation. Similar jobs take different lengths based on size of facility.
