Reaching out to patients for reminders, appointment changes and quick check ins is simple and quick and everything is documented. Managing schedules for multiple providers is streamlined, I can add multiple deposits at once and keep track of any outstanding collections easily, no need to hire additional support staff to keep track of daily clinical tasks. Any time we have called support for a quick question they have always been SO helpful and quick with their response time, we really feel well cared for. > > **Cons**: Small con, but because it is a cloud based software there needs to be internet for it to function. Support is a simple phone call away, rarely do I have to wait long for an answer, especially if I email a questions to them. Super user friendly and intuitive. Reports are easy to generate to track everything. I am quite content with the fee I pay, it is reasonable and significantly less than the last cloud based program I used. There are no "add on" fees for 3rd party platforms either (ie. online booking or online forms). I've trained multiple front desk staff on this program, none had prior dental experience. They all picked it up very quickly. > > **Cons**: I would love to see a way to add units of time to planned unbooked appointments. That way patients can book an appropriate amount of time for online booking. I also use another platform for imaging as i find the xray filters aren't as crisp as I would like.
