We love we can add seating charts and allow consumers to pick and purchase the seats they want. > > **Cons**: Setting up the seating chart took a little time to figure out. Also, there is not really an easy way to add seats to an active box office. > > Overall they have been very good\! We had one hiccup with adding seats to an active box office that messed up already-sold tickets. We figured it out, and I know how to do it better next time.
