Easy, inexpensive, efficient.The customer support was outstanding—responsive and helpful, showing a genuine commitment to satisfaction. You can start a company with all around service within a day.Especially if someone has no experience or legal knowledge (like me) this solution is an absolute time and money saver.They also have a huge knowledge database to read.

Cons

The website templates could be improved, there is not much choice and they are not truly customizable, Website builder and business card template could also need refreshing.

I was looking for the easiest, highest quality, yet budget friendly web design company and I found it in Tailor Brands! I was not tech savvy at all but I was able to figure out how to make my own website with ease thanks to tailor brands! Plus they offer everything you need in one place! I got my business email, registered my LLC, do my own graphic design and business cards through tailor brands. It couldn’t have been easier! Thank God for Tailor Brands! I couldn’t be happier with their quality services and affordable prices! I’ll never even look at another company for my needs because I am so happy with my experiences with Tailor Brands! I’ve been using them for almost a year and they’ve sent me all the business/legal reminders I need, plus they offer personalized help! Thank you Taylor Brands for all that you do! Best company out there!!

Nothing really. There were a few times I was confused about how to use the software but I eventually figured it out, and I got help from the tailor brands team too.

Reasons for Switching to Tailor Brands

Tailor brands offered everything I needed in one place and I can imbed other services like PayPal if I want to. It really simplified Everything for me. Tailor brands was also the easiest one to use, especially for website design. I couldn’t figure out how to use squarespace so I was happy when I found tailor brands. I also believe the price for tailor brands is the best out of all the other companies, especially since I can do everything on I need to do on tailor brands.

Tailor Brands is unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.

Cons

I strongly advise against using Tailor Brands for any business services. I paid $1,557 USD for various services, including EIN processing and LLC formation, but received nothing but frustration and financial loss. Tailor Brands failed to obtain my EIN, leaving me to deal with the IRS myself despite charging me for the service. The support team has been contradictory and unhelpful; some members said they would process a refund and provided a small $99 refund, while others claimed they could neither issue a refund nor process the EIN. This inconsistency and lack of accountability are unacceptable.

As I've completed this process with other companies without any issues. The delays and lack of transparency have caused significant damage to my business. To make matters worse, their response times are abysmal. Despite being promised contact on July 4th, no one has reached out.

Tailor Brands is unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by going elsewhere.

They just charge and charge, without really helping you out. They rather leave you with a lot of problems and they are not very helpful when it comes to solving them.
They offer 3 numbers (which I was able to find) and one email to reach out to them.
They tell you they will answer in 24h, but it is just an automatic email and that is it.

I asked them multiple times for dissolution of my LLC, many times sent an email to give me exact details of how it is done saying I would like to dissolve my buisness.

They just see "I would like to dissolve my business" and just try to charge you immediately.

On top of it all, I proceeded to pay for my LLC dissolution and of course I was charged for something else, not even notifying me about it.

I called all three number, sent email and no response.
For my email it hasn't been 24h, but the phone number don't even try.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!

They automatically hang up....

Setting up my website was very easy and the customer service is great.

Cons

I'm not good myself at SEO so I have not been able to make that work. But, I have hired an SEO company so it's about to get better.

Reasons for Switching to Tailor Brands

The process was a walk-through to create the website. Very user friendly.

Pros

The software provides many options so that you can get the best result, also and very intuitive making it easy to use. The software provides many models, colors and fonts thus having gigantic possibilities for your brand logo and if you do not like the result you can change it and add what you want to it.

Cons

Even though it is almost impossible not to like the end result, the software can be difficult to access for many people, since the amount to be paid for your logo, brand is a little high.

I DID NOT GET A PRODUCT THOUGH... Just another payment 3 times the original payment with "maybe" a promise to get my LOGO, but with this company, it's probably hidden behind another PAYWALL.

this company is the worse company, they are thief, 4 weeks and no LLC, they told me they put the application, I spoken to the Delaware Gov they don't have any application in file! they charge me another 558 dollars for a company i did not even register! they said it was a mistake, I'm still waiting for my money back! do not touch this company!!!!

they create a false sense of security by scaring you into thinking there will be fines and penalties if you don't opt for their overpriced services. it felt easy at the time, I later realized that I could have done it all myself and been totally fine. at one point I actually got a letter from the secretary of states office warning of a scam they had just pulled on me.

Relatively easy logo maker. That's it. There's nothing else to commend them for.

Their entire business model is geared towards selling upgrades that are generally not needed. Worse, they will not notify you when your subscription is due to renew and, even if you have not used their services in that time, will refuse to issue a refund. I have now taken the matter to Paypal.

Horrible company charged for a yearly subscription I was not aware of and they will not refund you even though the day it hit my bank account I canceled they do not send you an email reminder they only send an in app notification and if you don't log in all the time you will not know.

TailorBrands has enable me the ability to utilize my time to acquire employees and focus on business relations knowing I have everything I need in 1 place. In this industry time is your largest customer. TailorBrands has given me that peace of mind.

I started with Tailor Brands completely from scratch. What I like most is how easily I was able to start and complete everything as a first timer not knowing what I was doing. They literally walk you through every step of the way.

The only Con I could think of would be during the trademark process there was an error that was with the initial form. It had been pushed through by the company they're partnered with. I received an email back a couple days later saying that something was wrong and I'd have to pay extra for the form to be resubmitted. I feel like it was it scanned over quickly before pushing it through by a professional it could have been caught on the front end and avoided the small hiccup. (Since there will be first time business owners that won't quite know what to place where in some cases) Other than that the ENTIRE process was flawless.

Tailor Brands has been helpful in starting my own business for tattooing, arts, crafts, comics and hopefully soon animation. They are also helping me with my annual tax reports for my state which has been really helpful. It is an all in one source to help you start your business.There are a couple of hard things to manage, but I’m designing my website from scratch. They did warn that this is a more difficult way to get a website started, but I needed the freedom to make a large website with multiple pages available. I just wish there was a way to make a “turn page” feature for my comic.

Some parts are a little confusing, but the customer service does help with that. Website building is a little on the hard side if you need more than just a template website. I wish they had a webcomic widget for the site building portion, as well as the ability to let the site know that I already have an established bank, and email for my business.

I have started 4 business in my life. This is by far the easiest one to start, thanks to Tailor Brands. They helped me set up my LLC. They helped me get a logo that I am please with set up. Then they provided a website space for me. The website was the last of the things I needed to do. They could have set it up for me, but I wanted to do it myself. It was so easy to input the information needed.

I looked everywhere to try to find a price for setting up my brand. I did not like it that I had to enter so much information just to get the price.

While I like the business card, logo, and website tools, I would like them to be a little easier to use. For example, I would like to be able to delete saved logos that I no longer like to reduce clutter. I would like to be able to hand-pick my logo fonts. I would like to be able to use multiple colors within my business name and/or tagline. I would like to be able to change the background color when making a logo, etc.
