Fully customizable system if given enough time to work on.
Overall good. Has been a good experience with some technical roadblocks along the way. System works as configured.
Pros
Platform can be completely customized as a user needs. Can build templates, workflows, tables, apps, etc. Work well as a cloud app as to not be affected by company firewalls/servers. Most of the design practices make sense across the apps. Ability to add mass amounts of data works well. Admin panel & audit features are a great plus. Great error/troubleshooting logs.
Cons
Depending on your company needs, some apps require much more customization than others. Design speeds depend drastically on which version a user is on. Some on screen errors don't allow for much interpretation or troubleshooting. Site can sporadically log users out.

Great value for the money
As a high-tech startup building our QMS from the ground up, we needed a software solution to integrate all of our processes and people. Intellect enabled us to leave behind our disconnected islands of information and documentation that was scattered across our Sharepoint server with no central control or visibility. The Intellect customer support team has been by our side every step of the way, ensuring a smooth “out of the box” launch and helping us through the ongoing configuration changes that have given us a great value for our investment.
Pros
The robust workflows keep all of our critical QMS activities moving forward with clear management oversight.
Cons
The no-code approach to maintaining and developing our applications is great, but there is still a learning curve for configuring the applications.

Robust and highly customizable, but it may require more investment
There was no established QMS or process repository. Documents were not standardized. If a user left, the documents were lost. There was no process for approving and reviewing documents. Each department had its own document management. Complaint management, CAPA management had no follow up.There were no well documented audit plans with good follow up. With Intellect, we resolve this.
Pros
The site is robust and highly customizable.A well-structured work team. Good customer service from instructors and programmersAn training material is included with our site, and also they have a support platform.
Cons
A single customization could require multiple alterations across various tables and processes, which increases the the possibility of errors. The OOTB package is not clear. It is important to define if Intellect will help us to configure and see if it is possible the configurations that we request, since at the moment of the sale everything is "YES", however, it is important to define it beforehand to avoid surprises.

Best scaleable no-code EQMS platform on the market!
My overall experience with Intellect has been highly positive. Their teams are very knowledgeable, helpful and highly responsive to our questions and concerns. They offer a great deal of flexibility with choosing the right 'package' to meet your organization's needs and budget. The professionalism and level of support (and patience) is unmatched!
Pros
Intellect is a fully customizable no-code eQMS system with all the applications you would expect, including Document Control, Employee Training, CAPA, Audits, Risk Management, Vendor Management, etc. The introductory package comes with multiple applications; the client can choose which ones to start with. After implementation, the client can create applications or purchase additional ones configured by Intellect's first-class team. Best of all, the system can be managed internally by a designated Administrator with or without IT involvement. It is highly scalable, and the options for using and expanding the system (even outside of QA) are endless. The start-up and implementation pricing is highly competitive, and training is included for the applications chosen and the design functions.
Cons
Although the system's initial cost is much lower than most, the user licensing and support fees can quickly increase, especially for smaller organizations and if you need to open the system to all employees (for training and access to SOPs, etc). I would have liked to have had in-depth System Administrator training. If you have only one or two people configuring and managing the system, you will likely need professional support services at an additional cost, as we did. The Intellect team is very flexible and accommodating to our unique needs and was able to scale the pricing and licensing options to meet our budget. The out-of-the-box QMS applications are geared toward manufacturing, but they are customizable.

Intellect QMS – takes care of the quality of your business
Intellect QMS has had a significant impact on our quality department and those who work with it. I like that the platform is customizable, giving us the freedom to make modifications that precisely fit our business needs. It's a real game changer as we can do it without long development cycles. This adaptability has made our operations more organized and efficient, perfectly aligning with our specific requirements.
Pros
I've been able to use Intellect QMS for some time and one standout feature that I really appreciate is its flexibility and the AI integration that their team has integrated lately. Unlike many other software solutions that require businesses to adapt to their system, Intellect allows us to configure your software to fit our unique processes. We were looking for a solution that would not disrupt our existing system that works well, this has saved us time on integration issues and staff training.
Cons
Something that could be improved is the interface, in my opinion it should be more user friendly.

Best Platform for all QMS needs
Pros
Easy to use, Easy to develop own applications. Training and customer support are amazing. Implementation team coordinates very well, and go out of their way to help in customizing the app to tailor the organization needs.
Cons

Customizable, Easy to Use, and Scaleable
My experience is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this EQMS
Pros
This product is incredibly scalable and customizable. As long as you are willing to work on build-out, you can build your own modules that work best for your company (they can also help with build-out for an additional fee). The implementation team is great and offer amazing training events. My customer success manager is very responsive and is willing to move forward with me as soon as we are ready for the next steps. I enjoy the layout of the system - it is user friendly once you learn how to navigate it.
Cons
I dont think there is anything I dont like yet about Intellect.

Doc Control that is flexible and fast
The current trainer for both users and designers is excellent.
Pros
Intellect's Document Control delivers as promised. Our SOPs are organized, secured behind our firewall, available internally (unavailable externally), and only the latest version can be checked out for modification. No more stacks of paper waiting for signatures. No more confusion on which version contains the latest modifications.
Cons
We are an on-premise installation with Windows server and Mac clients. Some of our regulations required changes that were unique to our installation. Working through the installation took significantly longer than advertised. However, once installed Intellect does deliver on the advertised functionality.

A powerful and adaptive solution.
I have been impressed with these applications, they are intelligently designed and have enabled me to make significant improvements to my quality processes from day one.
Pros
My experience has been very positive. It has allowed me to have a quality management system that is perfectly aligned with my operations and has given me greater efficiency and effectiveness with my processes.
Cons
What I liked the least was the time it took me to learn to fully use all the functionalities and features of the platform.

Intellect QHSE Review
We are only limited by our resources in the current environment. Intellect can address so many business operations processes from large, complex integrated applications to day-to-day, routine, small but necessary automations. It's wonderful to be able to tell a department, "We can create an app for that!"
Pros
We created several applications from scratch so we were able to customize to our specific requirements by non-programmers.
Cons
Initial training should be separated into an Overview/End User training for key stakeholders and then training for Designers and Administrators. Since this is geared to non-programmers (in our case), the importance of process design and planning, documentation, system administration, etc., should also be included with the actual creating applications training.

Intellect is highly configurable and easy to use
I was able to implement 10 quality applications within our company during the first year by myself and one Intellect Implementation Lead. Since we purchased a contract for dedicated support from a senior level specialist I had the pleasure of working with the same Intellect specialist for the past 2 years. This provided seamless support and continuity from someone who knew my companies needs from the start. Some of these apps used out of the box functionality provided by Intellect, some with some small/medium amounts of customization, and even one application was built from entirely scratch.
Pros
There are so many ways to configure and customize your applications in Intellect. Use an application right out of the box, create an application from scratch, or anything in between for the applications your business requires.
Cons
On the rare occasion you do run into an issue, the trouble-shooting tools available may not clearly define the problem and you may need to request support.

Great quality eQMS
We have solved our problem with a lot of paperwork and consolidating our quality system. We are a manufacturing company with implemented restrictive quality system. We needed support in improving our QMS and help for us to grow.
Pros
Easy to use, intuitive eQMS system. Lots of configuration options, easy-to-use app creator. No code platform means you don't have to be a specialist to create new apps, all you need is proper training and you`re ready to go! System is affordable for small and medium companies.
Cons
The mobile app needs improving. Looks like it is left on its own and it needs some modifications. Sometimes doesn`t work properly on Android and IOS devices. Needs support here.

Having implemented multiple EDMS/LMS/QMS systems (Veeva, MastroControl) my experience with Intellect has so far been the most impressive in regards to cost, service interaction, and the ability to configure for all my current and future needs.
Pros
I loved that I was not cornered into buying an OOB configuration because purchasing the White Glove Service to go live with my current processes was a reasonable price, especially when compared to the more well known systems out there. Configuration of the LMS was completely custom and purchasing the validation package was also well within budget expectations. The possibilities with this system are endless and the staff/support during the validation process has been beyond exceptional.
Cons
Just waiting for Intellect to complete their ISO certifications, which they are in process of.

It is a love/hate relationship! (software is hard - not limited to Intellect). Implementation [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and tech support [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are all-stars. Above and beyond type team players.

Customizable to be in alignment with existing Quality Management System structure/procedures vs. revamping our procedures to be in alignment with OOS software
Cons
Everything is a rabbit hole with troubleshooting and it is very time consuming, even with support from Intellect. Audit trail feature is poor, at best.

Great customer support and easy to build applications for non programmers
So far we've been usign for quality purpose, mostly document control and training managment. However, we have just implemented, therefore the benefit is yet to be determined. Nevertheless,I believe the applications will help to us ensure compliance, reduce paper and at the same time increase efficiency.
Pros
Intellect (QMS) comes with out of the box workflows that can be modified according to your business needs. As it is very user friendly it allows people without programming skills to modify and create applications, workflow processes and reports.
Besides that, the customer service is very good, they are vey responsive, patient and understand our needs.
Cons
For someone who does not have programming skills, it can be quite annoying configuring some items every single time, in different templates and different parts of the workflow, such as email notifications. A tool such as 'copy and paste' would be wonderfull.

Very customizable platform, excellent customer service
The customer service has been excellent. We have a dedicated rep and he's very dedicated. He's really gotten to learn our business and helped us customize the platform to our specific needs.
Pros
We've been able to customize this software to do everything we need to do -- and some things we only dreamed of being able to do.
Cons
We do need assistance from customer service when we've tried to set up some functions and for those considering the platform, it's probably a good idea to budget some add-on hours if you are not particularly tech savvy. Once the system functions are in place, it's very intuitive. I don't think any platform is turnkey and some have real limitations. Intellect has the capacity to do everything we need.

Better than most of the other options out there!
The people have been great, and our employees are coming up with a number of additional uses for the Intellect Platform.
Pros
I love the flexibility of the software... In combination with the native quality modules, we have built out a complete set of modules for our sales team, giving them both CRM functionality as well as an integrated look at what is happening with their customers, having all the information in one place.
Cons
It would be nice if there was a richer report designer, for the creation of professional looking printouts / pdfs.

Shifting a praadigm
SO far mixed as outlined above. There was good momentum in implementing and now has stalled. I need assistance to get back on track and no extra finances to get there

With some basic customization, I like how easy it is to build what is needed and even OOTB the guidance given was intuitive and in line with the requirements of ISO 9001. I also like the attention and the support paid by our assigned rep who held our had through the process.
Cons
Unfortunately we lost our lead support for the software and no it falls on me to continue which I have yet to do. I do not know where to start. But we have an investment that must bear to fruition and I am hoping that this week I will be able to seamlessly continue where the former left out.
What i like least that it was more difficult than i thought to just pick up where was left.
