360Learning is a great LMS
My overall experience with 360learning is that is great! It gives our company a platform to make our own training sessions that conform to our learning needs and processes. You can split into Groups and then into Classrooms. They also give you a place to right what you want to learn in a separate area.
Pros
What I like about 360Learning is we are able to upload videos into a classroom and then anyone on our Team can go in and watch the video and answer any questions that are there to answer. You can also mark feedback right in that same video and.
Cons
I have no general complaints out this system

360 Learning is great for basic employee on-boarding / learning
360 Learning was great for basic on-boarding learning for new hires, however the customizable features were not as complex as I believed they would be
Pros
Offered collaborative learning, which build relationships between new employees on-boarding together
Cons
Not as many customizable features that I expected to allow for complex trainings, not easy to reach customer service

Excellent LMS for all kind of projects
Pros
I used 360Learning twice for two different social organisations, and it was fantastic. We were highly helped by their team to put in place our projects. And the platform is highly easy to use both as an administrator or as a user.
Cons
The fact that on my former LMS project, I didn't know it was so great to use 360Learning and I instead used Rise Up, and we had a bad experience with their commercial team.

360Learning makes course and path creation a breeze
By using 360Learning, we are able to devote more time to our external and internal onboarding and training initiatives. In addition, it promotes individual agency and pride.
Pros
Our favorite features of 360L are the product's ease of use and the speed with which it can be implemented for internal and external training.
Cons
The degree to which this product is streamlined and tailored to our needs is difficult to classify, though, because I have never utilized a competing solution. Additionally, like with any SaaS, there is always room for enhancement, and the scheduling can be annoying at times.

A learning system that I would recommend
The deployment of the platform went very well, the 360Learning team was very responsive and present throughout the project.
Pros
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Users can navigate quickly and easily to find their training courses.Different possibilities are offered for statistics monitoring at different levels. Especially for the manager who can see at a glance the training of his team. The platform offers the possibility to create content quickly by yourself, a huge advantage to encourage knowledge sharing internally! Finally, several functionalities are proposed to allow the exchange between learners and trainers, or between one learner and another (comments, discussion forum, reaction sharing...)
Cons
A tool that has many advantages but it can sometimes be limited for the administrative management of the training (automatic repetition of some trainings is not possible for example, admin role by population, translations of the training titles that is integrated in an additional option).
Reasons for Choosing 360Learning
The tool that was not intuitive enough and did not offer a positive enough user experience.Switched From

Easy to implement, easy to deploy, ease to manage
I found it really easy and fun to transform boring slideshows into fun learning programs. Learners are really happy about this new way of learning, far from boring presentations and that they can take and stop whenever they want.
Pros
I like how easy it is to create contents and to assemble them into learning paths
Cons
This LMS is so powerful that it takes some time to really understand and play with all its functionalities

360Learning Exceeds Every Expectation
360Learning's interface stood out for its intuitive design and ease of use. They also provided us with a personal contact. This dedicated support ensured that we weren't just using the software but were optimizing its full potential tailored to us.
Pros
360Learning has been an instrumental partner in revolutionizing our employee training programs. Their learning management system has facilitated our efforts in training our employees and managers in vital areas such as customer service, sales, and leadership. We've also had the privilege of regular consultations with our personal contact from 360Learning. Her insights, suggestions, and hands-on assistance have helped us better utilize the full potential of 360Learning. The frequent updates, which we've noticed come in every few weeks, are a testament to the commitment and passion of 360Learning's development team. It's refreshing to see a tech partner that listens and rapidly innovates.
Cons
We're eager to see even more advanced analytics features in the future. In some ways, it's difficult for two co-authors to collaborate simultaneously and remotely on a single course for our learners (a feature you can often find in software like Microsoft Excel). But given their track record of frequent updates and genuine commitment to excellence, we are confident the needs we have will be met sooner rather than later.

Powerful and easy-to-use LMS platform
We needed to deploy training on a large scale for our customers in order to allow public authorities and design offices to benefit from our expertise. 360Learning allows us to bring our knowledge to our customers for a low cost and strengthen our economic model.Internally, we do not have an easy-to-use platform to easily share the knowledge of our staff.
Pros
360Learning is an easy-to-implement LMS for deployment teams. The support by 360Learning is effective and close. For the staff, the handling by the trainers and the learners is fluid. The environment is user-friendly. Through this easy deployment, everyone is involved in training and can share their knowledge. For the business, the easy deployment to a large clientele makes it possible to gain in profitability while offering a modern image.Regular updates are a guarantee of quality and responsiveness.
Cons
Nothing to report in particular, we are satisfied with the deployment

360Learning plays a key role in the transmission of skills
We use 360Learning to train our people on different subjects, operational and strategic. Our people can be user and benefit from the courses, and certain can be writer and transmit their know-how.
Pros
It is a digital tool very easy to handle, on the administrator side as well as on the user side.
Cons
The delay to obtain white mark, i.e 3 months (difference timing between the access to platform on website and on the app)
