The overall functionality has been a real blessing for keeping our workflow organized, and their service and support have been excellent whenever we’ve needed help.

> **Cons**: The platform can feel a bit limited without significant customization, and some of those customizations (like building out KPI tracking and custom fields) require additional costs. While not a dealbreaker, it does mean you need to invest more if you want to go beyond the core features.

It was one day late and in order to get my data, I had to extend one membership for a month. Not great service, talking about 150 USD, but I defo won't come back.

One of the standout advantages is the analytics module: you can build almost any report you need in a simple and efficient way.&#10;&#10;Bottom line: the system saves time and money, is very easy to use, and is priced fairly. Highly recommended for independent headhunters as well as recruitment agencies.
