We've had a really positive experience and I would highly recommend. The help-centre is informative and when I've needed to contact the support team, they've always been quick to respond and super helpful.
Pros
We've been using Survicate for just over 3 months, and have been overly impressed with the entire platform.
It's straightforward to set up and sync/integrate with any CRM. I love the ease of being able to send ad-hoc surveys out at different touchpoints of our Customer Journey. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate, and the reporting tool is ace.
Cons
I haven't come across anything that I've not been happy with or found a workaround for.

Survicate checked all of our boxes
We had a wonderful experience with Survicate from start to finish. We really enjoyed the customization and ability to record partial responses. Being able to gather this kind of data and make it easy and fun for clients to provide feedback had a huge impact on our user experience and product journeys and roadmap plans. We were able to easily connect data to our Salesforce account as well as download reports directly from the website. There were also improvements and new features added regularly and the new insights feature is a wonderful addition to the platform. I truly have nothing negative things to say about the Survicate program and our experience.
Pros
The ease of use and capacity for customization. The support team is very responsive. We also appreciated that there were no limits to the number of surveys we could create, only the total responses, which allowed us to use the platform for several projects.
Cons
Not much to dislike, to be honest. We had 0 pain points with Survicate once it was up and running and integrated into our systems.

AI Driven Customer Feedback
The overall experience has been very positive and Survicate has provided us with a very useful tool in understanding what our customers think and acting on their feedback at a reasonable cost.
Pros
The survicate platform is really easy to use and provides us with customer feedback in an easy to digest format. The AI insight tools in particular have been incredibly helpful for us as a business allowing us to quickly analyse large volumes of customer feedback and pinpoint any issues with our customer experience that require action.
Cons
I don't have any specific cons and the platform is regularly adding new features which I appreciate. We did have a minor billing issue once but this was resolved promptly by the service team.

Creating and analysing surveys is easy and intuitive
Cons
To be honest, nothing comes to mind right away. I would like if in a workspace I could filter the date range of all my surveys in that workspace at the same time to view and analyse the results instead of one by one.

Top shelf service for a great product!
It's a tool I use daily and that I am getting to know more and more. It's valuable and delivers me data and conclusions as to how I deal. It feels like there are more options than I know of, but their customer service always feels close when needed
Pros
The service is great. You can get in touch easily and really fast, and the answers are always correct and brought to you in a friendly way!
Cons
There is a lot that can be done that did not feel intuitive to me. So it took me a while to find out that some options were available, and what they meant/did. There is a knowledge base and enought information on the website, but I did not take the time to dive in to that

Easily integrated tool for connecting surveys with our marketing services
Pros
Survicate has provided us with a quick and easy integration for implementing entry and exit surveys during our user registration process. This allows us to connect our own marketing tools with specific user responses, enabling us to analyze sign-ups and drop-offs on our platform and gain valuable insights to improve user retention and satisfaction.
With Survicate, we can also create advertising banners in very little time, specifying the target audience we want to reach.
Cons
For our business needs, it would be useful to manage multiple languages within a single survey, without having to duplicate surveys.
We would also find it helpful to have more options for button navigation to create different branching paths within the survey flow.

A great users feed-back tool
I use Survicate for every product we develop. By running campaigns to assess user satisfaction. It's very easy to use.
Pros
It's easy to create a survey, and the interaction from the user is great: the survey appears in the context of use. The dashboard and the templates library are great too.
Cons
I'd like more flexibility in the questions. For example, I wanted to ask users to rate their level of technology skills on a 5-point scale and I had to hijack a CSAT for that. Also, it would be interesting to be able to push a message or a link, for example to do some fake door testing.

Perfect tool for getting quick feedback from your customers
We started to use survicate to collect some user experience with our app and for the moment we are very satisfied with all the spectre of the features that survicate can offer us.
Pros
Good documented mobile SDK (and Web), ease of use and integration, great web interface for managing surveys, flexibility of creating surveys (so many options), integrations and automations with intercom (that actually was a game changer to forward the survey responses from unsatisfied users directly to the support through intercom), great and quick support (no bots!)
Cons
For now didn't found any reasonable problems, the SDK is under active development.

Intuitive and sleek

Very intuitive to use, possible to create good looking in-product surveys (compared to other providers)
Cons
We had some stuff which needed tech effort where it would've been cool to solve it directly in Survicate (e.g. triggering survey on a specific schedule)

Great product
Pretty good. Small problem with bugs and data display, otherwise the tool is really good.
Pros
Very cool survey builder. That side of the app is pretty good especially as a designer who can use it make "prototype" and test the survey before using it.
Cons
Impossibility to add multiple apps on the same workspace. Since each app has it's own Amplitude

you can use it as a web overlay on your website as well as a link you can share.
Cons
That if you want to create different kinds of surveys (web overlay + link sharing) that these have to be 2 distinct surveys instead of the same survey

Pros
Setting up new surveys is straightforward, whether starting from scratch, using their templates, or leveraging their AI tool. I appreciate the ability to quickly extract data manually or use their clever insights AI to categorise user responses into digestible outputs. As a CRO manager, I no longer need to spend hours digging through user comments to find bugs or optimisation areas. I particularly love that it can integrate with our A/B testing tool, allowing us to launch surveys and gather feedback across different experiments.

The mobile survey design could be improved.

Easy to use and amazing support!
Great experience overall, whenever we had a difficulty they were always there to help, and that's an extremely important piece for our overall happiness with Survicate

How easy it's to display the survey and gather feedback for our app + their support is incredible.
Cons
Used to be the date segmentation that lacked specific options "after this date", "before this date" etc — which they already improved.

Cons
If I need to send a survey to a specific group of users (let's say 1000 specific user IDs), I can't enter a bulk of IDs into Survicate. I need to copy and paste each individual ID which is impossible and time consuming. Please solve this issue.

Great survey software for product orgs
Pros
Easy to set up surveys and analyse them (with helpful visuals) and helpful and responsive user support & customer success teams.
Cons
Some of the options for building surveys could be a bit more sophisticated with logic & branching, but generally does the job for 99% of my needs!

Overall, great product.
Overall, I really like it. It is easy to use and really useful for user researches. I'm 100% recommending if you are working with multiple applications.
Pros
Ability to launch fast surveys with SDK.
Cons
Having to add spaces for every new application that we work. This is a huge additional cost.

satisfactory survey software
I had to get my user id transferred from a previous employee. In the meantime i had to use his account log in. Upon logging into his account, there was no data. I reached out to Survicate team for help, and they were able to help within an hour. They said it was because they had removed previous employees access to the company info.
Why not just delete him from the user base?
Otherwise, overall software works fine. It doesn’t have as many bell and whistles as it’s compettitors, but the functionality is there and pretty user friendly.
Pros
You can integrate contact forms directly onto your website with this software.
Cons
From an admin perspective, when you have a lot of continuous responses, the responses are hard to navigate on-screen. I wish there was a “view all” where i could filter responses by date range.
From a user perspective, pop up surveys are irritating to the user and a dated feature.

2. We're currently rebuilding the 'Survey analysis' part in Survicate. After we've done it, it will be easier to navigate multiple responses on-screen.
3. We're also planning to add in-line website surveys in addition to the widget website surveys we offer today.
4. Happy to hear we've managed to resolve your issue quickly! Just for the record, we're not allowed to remove user accounts without permission. When it comes to that particular user, we only removed their access to the account at their explicit request.

Easy to use, customisable
It's great to be able to launch website intercept surveys so quickly and easily, user-friendly interface. There are lots of customisation options in terms of who the surveys are displayed to, where and when on the website. The outputs and exports of data are also great, user friendly and detailed. Customer service has been very quick and helpful, functions that are not yet included in the software seem to be taken on board for consideration.

Cons
Delay between launching or editing a survey and it appearing on the website - makes it difficult to test and change

A feedback tool with many survey options already present
Pros
It reduces effort in creating feedback surveys with easy to understand placement options for the survey on a website.
Cons
The code for embedding is difficult to spot and quite hidden. it should be present either on the dashboard or in the launch step.

Horrible customer service and misleading company
Pros
I like the email integration with HTML. However, the Zapier Connection did not work with infusionsoft.
Cons
This company mislead me by saying that my essential plan would get me access to excel export features. Long behold when I tried to use it they said I had to upgrade my plan even though I had a screenshot that clearly says "your plan" has access to " export features". I showed this to the support team and they simply said not our problem you will have to upload to get access to this feature. I feel like this was a misleading bait and switch by survicate. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a company.
