Simple Review
The ease of use is nice even for the non-computer savvy technician and we enjoy the convenience of the mobile app. The tracking of material usage and ease of reporting on spend and equipment usage.
Pros
The ease of use and that it encompasses multiple modules to collect data for a complete picture.
Cons
The reports. I find that the reports are the weak link in that they usually do not pull all data. I need to learn more about analytics to see if this improves the issue.

The team is great, there have been issues but all can be resolved with good people.
Pros
The support team is the best. We have been using the software 2 years and now have a good solution.

The CMMS process is difficult and any CMMS system is time consuming and tedious,

Buyer beware, review your contract.
Pros
it works for what for the most part, you get what you paid for.
Cons
You are tied to a yearly contract and they can change terms at their convenience without proper communication. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone unless is to sell you the software, customer service is lacking. They say you can change the number of licenses but try to downsize and you have to wait a year. If you try to cancel it has to be 90 days before your renewal (it used to be 60).

Amazing CMMS and Highly Recommend
My overall experience with Fiix has been amazing. The customer service that is provided is second to none and is why I believe Fiix has set itself above the competition. They are quick to respond and stay with you until you are satisfied with the solution. One other aspect that I appreciate with Fiix is how they continue to evolve and add new and exciting features to the CMMS. They do their best to offer cutting edge technology to help each customer make the most out of their CMMS. I could not be happier with my time and experience with Fiix.
Pros
Fiix is very easy to use for our mechanics which has been great for us. Our mechanics are not overly computer savvy so having a system built where it does not take a lot of mouse clicks to open a WO, update it and close it has been tremendous for us. No longer do we have to use pen and paper to find and sort through our old WO's. With all of our maintenance records stored in one easy and accessible location our speed and efficiency has improved drastically.
Cons
The reports and charts are a function where there is opportunity for Fiix to grow. There are some simple charts (like specific assets out of specific locations) that are not present, and it is not easy or intuitive to build these myself.

Fiixers are great people who work towards the success of their customers
My experience with Fiix has been a very positive one. The Fiixers are very knowledgeable and take the time to understand your need and help find solutions
Pros
The people! Great bunch to interact with. I like the application as well as it is easy to configure once you understand the logic behind the configuration.
Cons
I wish there is more flexibility in managing fields in the different screens. While I like the Localization, ability to add custom fields, and to rearrange fields, there are some limited capabilities.

If Fiix can't fix it it can't be fixed.
I am utilizing Fiix to capture and track maintenance and repairs at multiple locations.
Pros
The workorder process is very user friendly and can be used with very little training involved. The ability to utilize Fiix from my mobile phone is amazing.
Cons
TBD: I haven't found anything that I do not like about Fiix.

Great, cost effective solution
Fiix has allowed us to be fully compliant with both regulatory and professional practice in relation to maritime maintenance, at zero cost. Traditionally, maintenance records had been handwritten and risk being lost, damaged or presenting difficulties in quick access if required

The pricing and what features were included in the basic free package

I appreciate that the analysis tools are in the paid package, but it would be beneficial to have some very basic tools available in the free package as well

Great for large buildings
Even with the cons, I would still recommend the application. We never encountered an issue with crashing or work orders not reaching the maintenance team.
Pros
Cross platform was a huge win. We were able to use the application on phones, tablets and PC.
Cons
It did not have who was assigned the works order, time stamps of orders and comments.

I recently switched to Fiix Software and it's been a breath of fresh air for me. The software is incredibly user-friendly, intuitive and saves me a ton of time. It helps me stay on top of my maintenance tasks with ease and provides detailed reports on the go.

There are many Pros of this software but till now I didn't face any issue with the software that's why their is no any cons of the software till date.

Very satisfied with everything FIIX can provide
Unlike other applications with fixed or not very flexible formats, FIIX allows several possibilities for editing parameters, which in my opinion makes the application very flexible and adaptable for different sectors and sizes of industries, from the simplest to the most complex.
Pros
Several parameters are editable and can be customized according to the specific need.The possibility of communicating with external systems and the entire help library available online.
Cons
The analytics is slow when applying filters.Impossibility of sharing information between different administrators, even if they belong to the same company.

Im very happy with Fiix. it's quickly become the most used tool in our Maintenance department.
Pros
the open API and Cloud based app made implementation super simple, Allen Bradly integration is a nice addition to the already feature packed software. at the time of purchase it was the most feature packed CMMS with the smallest price tag.
Cons
Implementation is a bit of a bear. I dont know how it could be streamlined, but it would be nice for future iterations.

I really like how easily FIIX manages our inventory and maintenance needs. The Request for quote feature is so easy to use and helps us to keep track of all of our purchases.

Great for communication across silo'd departments!
Within my role at my organization, I verified work orders regarding ongoing asset maintenance and regulatory requirements. It was a great tool to verify work completion and tracking compliance with our regulators.
Pros
Easy communication, streamline and efficient. Allows users to attach documentation that could be communicated across different levels within an organization.
Cons
The functionality is wonderful. The software is intuitive and does not require much critical thought.

Best program for the cost I have used so far
I have machine breakdowns that where in the days range down to an average of 2 hours
Pros
Ease of use and setup make this a easily used tool for those who like to keep track of machine and equipment needs even on multiple sites.
Cons
Would like to have a setup with non-concurrent users in addition to our concurrent users, but it is not offered.

Good Experience With Fiix CMMS
Fiix CMMS software helps Bariq a lot in the following :
1- Evaluating the assets performance weekly in terms of availability and productivity.
2- Based on the Annual Analysis out from Fiix software, we could set our upgrading plan for 2020, by focusing on the biggest downtime assets.
3- Using Fiix software we could manage successfully the Preventive maintenance program.
Pros
In my opinion, the most powerful points in the software:
1- The Preventive maintenance module, is very organized.
2- The work order page includes many important data, makes the the reports very descriptive.
3-Many kinds of reports, meet many aspects of study.
Cons
The most annoying points:
1- The Arabic language data does not appear in the report.
2- The customized reports are not easy to be shaped and need to be more flexible for selecting the presented data.

Fiix... 4 years in.
Gradually getting away from individual databases and "personal" information stores.
Pros
Once all users are onboard with all sections it does become a "single source of truth" for all equipment within a business. Easy import of existing databases, easy to move assets between sites and have all relevant data follow the asset.
Cons
1.Limitations and complexity of the reporting module. example:- I want to create a report that lists run times, power generated, and fuel usage for our generating plant but this does not appear to be possible.
2. Some important data does not automatically populate between sections. example:- We have compound equipment made up of multiple assemblies (Think, television camera, with a teleprompter, mounted on a pan and tilt head, all on top of a robotic pedestal) if a work order is created for the pedestal (which is "part of" the complete camera) and we look at the history of the complete camera, the pedestal work order doesn't appear.
3. No multi-site project capabilities without "tricking" the system by transferring assets between sites.

Great for IT Asset Management and Upkeep
Pros
I love the search feature. There's been several times, since we manage a large number of assets, I have able to pinpoint exactly where it is, user detail, and device specifics. Also, importing and exporting data is convenient. The mobile access is also nice to have when across campus and away from my computer.
Cons
I don't have many complaints about Fiix. The customer service has been top notch for me; however, some of my colleagues have reported some not so great interactions with Fiix customer service reps.

Best Engineering system
Fiix MACMMS is very reliable and easy to use in our hotel especially our engineering department. Beforem they are using Excel to record all work order until work completed and it's very hard for us to trace the work order because of this manual system. But after deploying the FIIX, our job makes easier and the response time to attend to our guests' needs is now very fast.

The FIIX is a very useful system not only for Engineering department but for all department in our hotel because this system has an inventory system and purchasing module. very user friendly and easy to setup.
Cons
I wish we could also add/change a logo to our company logo under basic plan because it's not applicable to our existing plan.
