Pre SendPro Online Experience
Pros
Prior to signing up to SendPro, I was using another product which continually failed and left me unable to post shipping on a daily basis which is important to my company. A couple of features that I would like folks to be aware of with SendPro 1. No need to save new entries to address book, SendPro is smart enough to add entries of new recipients to your address book. 2. I was able to import all my previous addresses from my previous vendor, and SendPro was able to do a data comparison to allow me to delete multiple duplicate entries what were brought over YAY! 3. Additionally I can create a batch of postage, printing later so I don't need to print with every order and stop fulfilling the orders. 4. Address completion and verification - with smart lookup technology I can have SendPro complete my addresses based on street number and name - SendPro will match city, state and zip AND if I currently have an address in the database incorrectly will offer to automatically correct it and update it.
Cons
Latest upgrade requires running on Chrome, not a first choice as a Mac user and I would prefer to be able to use Firefox.

Quality Product for All-in-One Shipping
If your office produces enough in-house mail to require an efficient postage or shipping solution but not worry about a piece of postage machinery, PSP is your way to go. It is a more cost-efficient solution than a postage machine.
Pros
The software is easy to set up and use, making it a more suitable option for among various staff and office locations. The transparency of shipping options, requirements, and costs has made it simple to use the best service for a given mail piece.
Cons
I am a promoter of the software in full, and recommend it heavily. I do not see any cons to cause us to seek other options rather than provide recommendation for enhancement. PB has been receptive and responsive to feedback for PSP.

Highly Aggetated
Down right shitty. Highly unprofessional to try and shake down a loyal customer for more money on a fake required upgrade.
Pros
Equipment did not always work properly. Had to constantly tinker with it.
Cons
Pitney Bowes employee called me up and said I had to upgrade my folder/inserter then tried to raise my payment up almost $400 more. Apparently the lease is not up until end of 2025. When they wanted to go up I sought out other options. Now they want me to pay an early termination fee. This will not happen without a judge being involved.

Very User Friendly

Pros
I love using PitneyShip - it saves our customer's money on products purchased. Its very easy to use. Set up and use is a breeze. I have been shipping for many years and find the service had us users in mind.
Cons
I wish I didn't have to enter my email address in every order but that is the only con.

My experience with PirneyShip has been very satisfying
Pros
It is convenient in home solution; avoids lines at the Post Office and is slightly cheaper that USPS. I like the fact that you are reimbursed if you get the postage wrong.
Cons
At times it is difficult to update software which seems to be quite often since it is now an online version. I liked the other way.

Very Good Time and Cost Savings
HUGE savings on first class shipments because our items tend to be small and relatively lightweight. USPS.com (Click N Ship) software has multiple problems and breakdowns when generating labels. The savings realized in wasted employee time is wonderful for US shipments. Indeed, I would rate SendPro Online 5/5 in all categories for U.S. shipments except that USPS is still responsible for tracking and accurate delivery. Due to USPS system failures, it is too easy to "blame" SendPro Online for problems that have nothing to do with SendPro Online.

Cons
The date search feature is cumbersome. Lost international shipments means USPS denies all claims for lost/misdirected USPS shipments. No proof of label generated on international USPS shipments unless you set up a massive pdf file system for all labels. Guaranteed USPS denial of lost international claims since labels not generated though USPS.com
Something changed in the most recent software update. Saved address and new address entries we blamed on our computer system and computers was not eliminated with faster transmissions and all new computers which we implemented after switching to SendPro Online
3 different account types and terminology was VERY confusing and easily misunderstood. Entirely too many calls to customer service trying to understand unclear names of 3 account types. After 6 months, finally reached a representative who delineated terminology and account types associated with need for only 1 account.

Great Value and Easy to Use!
My overall experience has been really positive. I used SendPro at my previous employer and implemented it immediately when I started with this firm.

SendPro is incredibly easy to use and a great value.

I do wish that I could edit a label without requesting a refund when a client changes where they would like their package sent.

Easy to use and saves on shipping costs
Overall, our experience with SendPro Online has been a positive one and saved us money on our shipping costs over using the USPS website.
Pros
The product is easy to use. Pricing is very good. We love that you can set up defaults for packages you send a lot of. We also like the delivery refund guarantee you offered last December.
Cons
We find it a bit annoying that the emails you send to us about a particular shipment only contain the street address and not the whole address.

Great Tool for My Small Business
I can more easily track when I send material to the taxing authorities or to the client. It really is a timesaver during the never ending tax seasons.
Pros
I like the fact that I can set up delivery templates, that I can export a database to the program and that it works well! You can arrange USPS pickup from within the program and that is a huge help!
Cons
I have not really experienced any disappointments with the program.

Great Model but too expensive and lacks compatibility
It was a great service while my company was getting started but without the compatibility with e-commerce sites it made shipping orders of new customers a lengthy process due to having to manually input shipping addresses. There are better services that cost less. This service is ideal for start up companies.
Pros
Loved the ease of use, ability to save contacts for quick shipments, line of credit options and prompt shipping notifications
Cons
The cost was too much compared to others since you have to pay for the service monthly. No compatibility with e-commerce sites which made shipping orders a major hassle. Software crashed at least once a month and if it was after standard business hours including weekends you had to wait until the next business day to talk with customer service or tech support. Wouldn’t recommend for companies that set same day or next day shipping expectations with customers.

Perfect Small Business Shipping Solution
I just want postage available on demand and without a he cost penalty. SendPro is great service and actually saves money. I'm a fan.
Pros
Postage machines were expensive (there always seemed to be extra unexpected charges) and clunky. I did not enjoy my experiences with the old Pitney Bowes. Stamps.com is a decent online service but has fewer features and costs more. SendPro has worked smoothly and economically.
Cons
There were initial problems setting up, primarily because of legacy information from the days when we used a postage meter. The tech support was patient and got the job done, though. Merging the UPS feature was another hiccup but only because our zip code is registered to another town. (Once I quit trying to register using our actual city, the problem was solved.)

Good Customer Service, Not My Favorite to use
SendPro is great when is functions properly. I get frustrated with the amount of updates the machines needs to run through.
Pros
SendPro's customer service is great. Every time I have an issue they are able to help me resolve it quickly and pleasantly.
Cons
Our machine tends to have a lot of updates and then it freezes not allowing me to use it. Every time I call customer service they are helpful and polite.

A good package solution
Pros
Managing postage and shipment for multiple locations in one central place has been positively effective.
Cons
There is a learning curve for the online system. Training is necessary as the platform is not very user friendly.

Hate the changes to SendPro. No longer “Free”
No longer pleased. Trying to push me into a subscription service that I pay for monthly. Customer supper has not been helpful. I have supplies that I can no longer use so I’m out of money on it and there was no forewarning before I purchased these. Disappointed.
Pros
At home printing of stamps on my QL700 saved many trips to the post office
Cons
Since changing to SendPro, I can no longer print stamps on the roll. If purchased several rolls of the die cut stamp rolls and now I can’t even use these...and customer support has no timeline on when this will be fixed. System now prompts me to “upgrade” to do what I’d previously been able to do for no extra fee.

Good Product, TERRIBLE Customer Service
I like their products and services but their customer service is atrocious and is the only reason I will be leaving them, quite frankly.
Pros
The software is beautiful, easy to use, and functions well. It makes sending packages easy
Cons
Two Words: Customer Service. Try calling them for anything and you'll either be on hold for 3 hours or be bounced around to 187 people.
