Satisfied and good value
Awesome, highly recommend
Pros
The workflows, being able to design a process and implement other team members is wonderful.
Cons
Contacting customer service has been painful in the past. I like having a dedicated phone # to call in problems with. Trying to find the problem in the list of issues takes time and its not always available in the list and then you have to email and go back and forth when a simple 5-10 min phone call could fix the problem.

Beauty in Simplicity
I have gone to three other CRMs in the last 5 years (not by choice( and I always come back.
Pros
It's simple to use. Anyone who has ever used social media accounts in their lives will pick it up quickly. The functions to inform one another about notes make working with virtual assistants extremely streamlined and efficient avoiding slow email-only communication.
Cons
The social media connections went away. Not a big deal but it was great to stay in one spot and review client happenings within your client base. Also, the email system is still not very flexible and dynamic like a live Outlook program is. I like the tracking but I couldn't get my signature to work right. I want to be able to select my fonts and make the emails look like they came from my Outlook. I also think they could improve upon the tabs for additional client information and make them easy to fill quickly. Makes me not want to really fill out detailed data on them.
Reasons for Choosing Wealthbox
Redtail is too expensive and too clunky to use. I don't understand why people use it so much, I guess they may have just shown up first. Salesforce was expensive and archaic. It's customizable but advisors don't need extensive customization to track notes and client details. I do think that the new Salesforce for financial services may be competitive now.Reasons for Switching to Wealthbox

CRM
Wealthbox has been fairly consistent and easy to use, however we feel as thought we took 3 steps back from the CRM we previously used.
Pros
Wealthbox is extremely sleek and clean looking. The calendar is simple and user friendly. I love being able to use the @ from my home page to input data into any client without being in that screen.
Cons
Mailmerge fields are limited, as are integrations with the other platforms we use. I am not a fan of the support being only through a help request, and not having a number to call to speak with someone. Many of the "upgrades" they make are only partially done that then need updates and fixes to improve and complete the intended use.

Good for small teams, would like more customizations
Pros
It's easy to navigate. Easily accessible on the go when you need to quickly check something.
Cons
Would prefer ability to change some of the field drop downs. Needs some more detailed reporting (If, then, and).

Great solution for all advisors
Wealthbox has been a great CRM system for me as a small business. It is reasonably priced, has good optionality and integrates with a lot of the other software I use with my planning clients.
Pros
Wealthbox is a great CRM system that is easy to implement and use. It connects with many other software providers to help aggregate important financial data in an intuitive way. The connection with Gmail really enhanced the value of the product as it reduces steps in the email process.
Cons
While the software is easy to use and easy to implement, it still had a few items that need work. I had used a software called Contactually many years ago and they had a great way of bucketing clients so that you could set up different contact cadences for the individual groups. It's a bit clunky setting up periodic reminders to contact clients. Also, if they had more pre-filled workflow templates, it would be a great help to advisors new to the system and the industry.

Wealthbox CRM - My favorite
I actually look forward to opening this program because it helped me organize my business and it so easy to use. My old CRM was not this easy.
Pros
This was the easiest and fastest setup of any CRM I used in the past. It matched my needs as I wanted something that I could tailor to meet my needs in a database. It is very easy to make changes to the CRM to add fields. I didn't need to pay a consultant to change the face, fields or integrate with other vendors. Note taking is very simple and I really liked the layout.
Cons
It sounds too good to be true but i did not have any cons with this software. At least not yet.

I liked the simplicity which in many ways matched Wealthbox but I couldn't change Redtail to meet my needs when entering data and connecting families or Relatives. Redtail is on a Template that cannot be tailored or morphed easily to meet my needs. I had to create many Custom Fields and that doesn't always work well if you have too many.- Industry: Financial Services

This software is a Wealth of ease & knowledge!
I would say of you're a financial advisor you should definitely give this software a consideration. I personally am frustrated with how expensive everything is related to our industry, it's ridiculous. WB is not the cheapest but it's also not the most expensive. So it's a lot more expensive than some non-FA types of CRMs but the specific features and the sanity-saving features are worth it [for example -- doing my annual ADV email and having WB do a broadcast email and also update that each client received the ADV on that day is just about worth the annual cost].
Pros
WB is super easy to hit the ground running. From day one it makes sense and is intuitive. Tagging clients for group emails is super-easy.
Cons
The 'opportunity' pipelines are hard to remember how to update. Seems like I spend a lot of time trying to remember how to update or delete them, probably the clunkiest part of WB.

If you can use a social media account, you can use WealthBox
It's been an excellent CRM solution for workflows, logging notes, setting follow-ups, and housing client data.
Pros
The ability to add custom categories and follow-up e-mails that are sent daily. It's a helpful reminder to log in to the software or simply review the items that are tagged in the e-mail.
Cons
I have to click on my notes to read the entire post.

Not a complex CRM
Overall, we have had a good experience.
Pros
It is easy to use. It allows client management and task tracking. I like the 'Tag' process.
Cons
Printing a selection is not as easy as it should be. There is a lot of less than and greater than information. This can get complicated. It would be easier to just have a selection of criteria available to pull into a text window and print from those criteria. It's a bit of a run around.

I love WealthBox!
I just love how easy it is to use and am very grateful to have found it!
Pros
It was SO easy to learn and implement. Entering client notes can be done quickly from the home page. I also love the feature that connects Outlook emails to the client contact registers. I can easily view all of my correspondence with a client!
Cons
When searching for a client it would be nice to have one less click to get to their page. It first pops up on the right side of the screen, and then you need to click on the name again to add a note or create a task. I also wish it would automatically enter client information when I create a client profile on my broker-dealer (Cetera) platform, AdviceWorks. I hate duplication, but it seems that just comes with the territory as an independent advisor. AdviceWorks doesn't integrate that way with RedTail either, I just don't think it's possible, but it would be awesome if that type of integration was made possible in WealthBox. :)

Great Wealth Management CRM!
Great replacement for Redtail! Far more user friendly and more intuitive with a better mobile experience.

Cons

Great for a solo RIA
It was good as a solo user. As my firm has grown I will be cancelling my subscription soon as I am going with another provider.
Pros
The features of Wealthbox are very easy to use and very intuitive. The UI is a clean layout and the mobile app is stellar.
Cons
There is a lack of automation within Wealthbox, as far as automatically kicking off workflows before or after certain events. Also, I always found it a bit of a headache that while you can search note content, it does not include searching replies to notes, events, and tasks.

Wealthbox Review
My overall experience with Wealthbox has been amazing. I appreciate the promptness of response from the technical department whenever we identify issues.
Pros
I am an administrative assistant and this software was in place when I started in my position. I had never used a CRM before and appreciated the ease of use and the ability to learn it quickly. The feature to save our emails to Wealthbox enhances our ability to keep complete records on our clients in the CRM. We are currently working on integrating our TDA and SEI clients to Wealthbox and excited to get that information shared saving us steps from having to log into their websites for current information.
Cons
The only feature I do not like is the "head of household" feature and how it displays the spouse and children.

Wealthbox is a great tool
Wealthbox keeps me in line. I keep track of all client data, all that I have to do for them, and all of their next steps too.
Pros
This product is very easy to use, quite intuitive. As a new CRM user, I was delighted to find a product that does not require much training. All features are easy to learn on the site. I can even personalize some field, and I find that very helpful.
Cons
I would like to add/edit the Additional Info area, but I don't think I can customize those.

Wealthbox is the hub of our business
Excellent, the most important tech tool for my business
Pros
A central hub to track everything that happens with clients. Integration with Albridge, Orion and other asset aggregation to tools. Integration with google/gmail. I don't know how I could operate my office without WealthBox!
Cons
Inputting addresses is not efficient. Householding is not very flexible for multiple generations. Mobile app is very limited in functionality.

Wealthbox - Ease of Use
Very good experience. My associate is really pleased. It makes physical chronological timelines irrevelent.
Pros
Although not too fascinated with software and technology, I've found that the Wealthbox program is quite easy to use. It is intuitive so it does not require massive training.
Cons
My least favorite aspect of the program is the "reconnect" that is necessary if I've been out of the office for several weeks and need to sign back on. Although quick, the code that is texted to me seems unnecessary to confirm my identity.

Great CRM For Financial Services
Pros
I've been very impressed with the ease of use of Wealthbox. It was quick to learn, and the customer support is top-notch. Along with this, the company seems to be willing to look into integrations with numerous partners, as each of my other software programs within my tech stack integrates into the platform. Very impressed and a daily driver of my business.
Cons
There are no major features that I feel are missing from the platform. In a perfect world, I may ask to group notifications or remove some items from my dashboard view. Still, these do not affect the use of the product and do not affect my recommendation.

Excellent Product
Couldn't be better. After my email, it's the first thing I open on the morning and I'm on it literally all day. It's indispensable
Pros
WB is intuitive and easy to use. I've recommended it multiple times. It's also cost effective
Cons
There's very little I don't like. No system is perfect for all users but WB fits our firm and the users about as well as we could expect. I'm sure we aren't getting the most out of the system
