No crm option. If I were in the middle of creating xyz I'd be able to give better details. But the amount of money we paid for the service was much too high, and although supposedly we had a “team” available to us, it’s no good if “team” members don’t respond to emails. Our small non-profit had big, big regrets about working with them. > > **Cons**: The most egregious behavior came when our small non-profit requested transfer of our funds. FlipCause promises 7 - 10 working days; it always took at least 2 months, several emails, phone calls to the CEO (Sean Wheeler), which were never returned, and threats to file a complaint with the CA Attorney General’s office. We did file a complaint with the BBB. > > They promised long, delivered short.
