Reviews are synced to your site, can be synced to facebook, and other systems like Klaviyo. We've been able to gather over a 1000 reviews for products on our site over the past couple of years. > > **Cons**: The first major issue is the user interface. Making modifications to automation flows, email styling, etc is not particularly intuitive. You can't actually test whether certain functionality is working unless you pass a test order through your production site. The product also hasn't improved significantly over the past couple of years. There's a lot going on, and while customization is possible, it's not always easy. Integration is usually straight forward, until it is not. Some features are underdeveloped compared to the core set of features.
