Highly recommendable software for clinics and groups of clinics

Superb

Pros

The specific reason for which I selected Pabau is that it has an excellent scheduling feature for multi clinic operations. This was an essential feature for me and is working flawlessly.
After that, the training is excellent, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been spectacular to help us get into the software.

Cons

So far nothing really; I would make the CRM section a bit more comprehensive, nevertheless, as we can customise it, it is not an issue at all.

Very happy so far!

It’s been good, any problems I had were quickly resolved

Cons

Need more functions on mobile particularly android although they are implementing new features all the time

Avoid like the plague

It could not be worse, customer service is appalling. This software has cost our business tens of thousands of pounds and hours of stress

Pros

Absolutely nothing. I really cannot expand on this any further

Cons

It’s difficult to choose just one. Very poor functionality, issues which will detrimentally effect patient safety and the success of your business

Not something I would choose again

All a bit rubbish and disappointing to say the least

Pros

Functionality - low number of steps to navigate

Cons

Promises a lot but doesn't deliver - Lots of glitches - very poor customer service - mega expensive compared to market leaders like Cliniko

Zanda (formerly Power Diary) and Cliniko

Practicepal was old tech trying to support too many add on functions and it became mega slow, crashed frequently, and lost data.

Because Pabau assured us that switching would be fairly simple and only take 1-2weeks max

Pabau switch success

It has been a good experience and it's great there is always someone you can contact

has all bases covered and continues to develop

Cons

There are still some features in development.
I would like more free marketing as this is another expense that other systems do not charge for

Pabau is an excellent software

Excellent software; it will make my life much easier because it contains all the features I need to run my clinic smoothly plus superb customer service and support.

Pros

Excellent software and support from purchasing the software until the last configurations tailored to my needs. The staff is super helpful and provides outstanding customer support and online training on all aspects, such as setting up an account, configuring Pabau to my needs, helping with Stripe integration, uploading my templates, marketing advice, tips for my practice, etc. Pabau is easy to use and offers numerous useful features. I am exceptionally pleased about Pabau 2, too. It is a good value for money.

Nothing so far; I am pleased to purchase Pabau.

Great for small - medium sized businesses!

Pros

I like that Pabau is cloud based and easy to navigate. The training videos are really helpful and customer support is straight forward and quick to respond.

Cons

When the portal is open and being used by multiple devices, it does not update unanimously on each device until the page is refreshed. Once you know this, you get into a habit of actively refreshing the page before booking someone in to avoid double bookings.

Everything you need on one CRM

I like Pabau as there is lots of support

Pros

There are many features and I am still working my way to optimising all of them. Pabau has literally thought about everything.

Cons

It can be a bit tricky in comparison to other interfaces but the more you interact the better it gets and the more features you find

Good booking system

Pabau’s invoicing and payment processing are seamless too, helping us keep our finances organized and professional. We also use Pabau’s automated reminders, which clients appreciate and reduce no-shows significantly.

Pros

Pabau has allowed us to focus more on delivering exceptional service to our clients by making our backend operations much more efficient and professional.

Cons

One minor area of improvement would be the learning curve; there are a lot of features to explore, so onboarding took some time. However, their support team has been responsive and helpful, answering our questions promptly and even offering training sessions.

Not for medical businesses

Software is ok but I don't think it's suitable for a serious medical business. Sometimes they mix up data so there is GDPR issue.

Pros

Lots of features
covers everything that you need for marketing
Reports are very good and flexible

Cons

Takes ages to load
Lots of features but lots of them breaks and not working properly
Support - it takes ages for them to understand your issue and ages to reply. They ask same questions again and again,
Too many technical issues at the moment and they are struggling to fix

We often find that 'issues' are 99% of the time caused by staff not going through the full academy, via academy.pabau.com so please encourage everyone to do so.

Pabau Review

The set up and implementation was extremely easy and smooth. Customer Service has been great so far.

Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved

Pros

I liked the Calendar feature, REcords Management feature, Templates are handy, Marking for Botox etc are compatible, Notifications are well designed.

Cons

The least I liked is their PRescription feature which is complicated to use. Also the birthday templates are not fancy. Customer review template is also not up to the mark.

Better execution of the basics, customer service very good

Pros

The customer service is great, I am on the chat most days and have an answer to my questions within a couple of hours. The reminders, pre care and after cares are excellent and the desktop is lovely to use.

Cons

We use the app and it just does not keep up with Pabau on the desktop, which is a shame as it is what we use the most and this was explained to the agent when Pabau was sold to us. The basics don't always work as they should, clients haven't been getting reminders for over 2 weeks now. Get the basics spot on before implementing any other features I would say.

Poor customer service

Overall Pabau does what it needs to until it doesnt. The software glitches and customer service is appalling. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have not been able to see my schedule for over 7 weeks and keep being told that it is in the process of being rectified by 'x' date and it does not. I can not speak to anyone and I am stuck. Find a company with better support!

I had used it at a different practice and wanted to stay consistent

Pabau has THE WORST customer service. Do not expect to speak to anyone. There is a standard response and issues routinely take 6-8 weeks to rectify. I have had 2 issues in the last two years and both incredibly frustrating- there is no contact person and there is no accuracy to when they will fix a problem. There is no apology and no attempt to help the situation.

The nature of development is some issues take longer to solve than others based on priority and how many clients are impacted, we are more than happy to deal with clients and work with them to make the system better , but when faced with nothing but lies from someone who supposedly understands how reviews can impact a business it’s surprising you have taken it upon yourself to not only give an inaccurate review, but may put others off by the fact you have downright lied. Enjoy using Pabau

Pros

Makes scheduling , EMR easy. The automated features are great too.

Cons

In the journey from the Pabau App. When it’s time to choose a consent form and you mistakenly click on the wrong consent form , it can’t be corrected. There is no provision to go back and select the correct consent form. This needs to be fixed asap

It's great if you know how to navigate it.

It's relatively simple and easy to use, with the help of customer support they make solving problems easy.

Pros

Everything is integrated into the software. Features that are coming are why I purchased with Pabau and am anxiously waiting to be able to use them.

Cons

There are multiple steps you have to take in order to accomplish one goal, for example making a member available for online bookings.

Appalling customer service Avoid

Initially found Pabau very useful but since the latest software update have experienced a plethora of problems and I would not use them again based on their complete lack of customer service or support .

Pros

Cannot comment as we are experiencing multiple problems with this platform

Cons

Recent software update has been an utter disaster.
No notification received that this was happening
Made online booking inoperable
Patients could book into dates and times we weren’t open
It would take random amounts from patients payment method despite us completing the settings
Absolutely appalling customer service
There is no phone number no one would answer emails
Absolutely awful experience which is still ongoing .

As a long term user of Pabau and knowing you personally its a shame that you have felt the need to leave a review given how well Pabau works for your business. The online bookings were commuicated, but often setup was not done well by the user, which caused problems.
