Brevo offers what others do not free or at very reasonable price.
My overall experience has been smooth and very useful. I was able to transform a clients entire cold calling marketing to well organised and segmented email campaigns using only the free version.
Pros
Comes with huge benefits
1. The free version has everything for contact management, marketing and sales that a small or medium business needs. No other CRM offers this.
2. The paid subscriptions are very cheap and the cheapest of them has tonnes of extra features, but costs very little.
3. Well organised and self explanatory, the tutorials are well-written and chat support is good.
4. Calling rates are pretty low and you get call recording with transcripts, a number, voic mail and other features at a very reasonable price
5. I love the automation page and I could build complex automations very simply using drag and drop tools.
6. I love the email templates and the many ways I can customise the different email fields.
7. You can add tasks, send email, add deals and see all interactions from the contact page. It is easy to add different types of fields to the contact page also.
Cons
1. I would love inbuilt translation and soell-check

It's kinda ok but there's room for improvements
It's nice but lately I'm getting too many suspensions just after registering on brevo. And support did not respond to my request in a week.
Pros
Overall good quality, good integration of the tool.
Cons
Missing crucial features. Mainly the company management feature is overly compicated. E.g. I invite a client as an expert. My clients have to register and then invite me back and give me permissions again.

Long way to go for the products
It has been very challenging to do simple tasks.
Pros
The price is okay. The support team always picks up the phone without long waiting times. (they should be trained technical part of the system more because always end up creating a ticket.)
Cons
Trying to offer 360 marketing tools but only trying... Products are being launched without being fully ready and the support team is not even aware of features of new products as well. The CRM is missing very crucial elements such as automatically connecting the contact in the CRM, it needs to be manually assigned. Not having a proper plugin for WordPress. Users cannot submit their form to trigger the automation system. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. So many other things that I can't put all here.

Great, needs to proceed as such in the future
Generally very positive. I'd like to see the ecommerce section functionality expanded more.
Pros
The newsletter editor, and the UI in general is clean and functional. If there are implemented features, they are usually comprehensive.
Cons
I'm not exactly sure if Brevo follows the needs of us, its users, when introducing new features. There are more e-mail oriented features that would be welcome. For example, darkmode e-mail client management.

The experience our company has gained over the past two years since using Brevo
In overall I am satisfied with Brevo. I have used Mailchimp before, but the interface wasnt that easy to manage.
Pros
What our company loves about the Brevo application is its user-friendly interface. We can easily manage our email campaigns, as it remembers all previous settings, allowing us to effortlessly access any of our past email structures. Database management is also a crucial aspect of running email campaigns, and Brevo makes this easy to handle. We can simply upload data in CSV files, enabling us to efficiently import a large number of contacts.
Cons
I am not sure if it is possible to delete a large database on contacts in bulk.

Brevo gets the job done, but can get expensive when you grow your list
Brevo offers a wide range of marketing tools, including email and SMS marketing, live chat, CRM, and automation. While in my experience it has good deliverability, I find its customization options are limited when compared to other platforms I've used that are popular. Probably the biggest drawback is that its pricing is steep for larger lists. Also, occasional technical issues can also be frustrating. However, for many businesses, Brevo provides a solid, all-in-one marketing solution. So if that is what you have experience with, then just stick with it.
Pros
Generally has good email deliverability rates. Wide range of features: email marketing, SMS marketing, live chat, CRM, and marketing automation.
Cons
Customization options are limited if you've ever used other popular services then you might be disappointed. There were occasional technical issues that are annoying to have to deal with and try to get customer service help on. And most of all it can get expensive when you scale your list.

Value for money and easy to use
Hassle-free and effective. Meets our needs and beyond.
Pros
It is easy to use, and cost-effective. A large volume of functionalities are opened with both the free and paid version - this allowed us to sufficiently explore the app, before investing.
Cons
There is nothing I don't like. It would be great if we could do all of our layout work in Canva for design purposes and link it to the mailer templates.

Solid support and growth potential for independent business owners
I'm very happy to stay with Brevo as my emailing platform, despite the minor issues I've experienced. Customer support is quick to respond and always does their best to understand the problem and offer solutions - even if there is not always an easy resolve. I appreciate the fact that the platform is always improving and takes feedback into consideration. There's a good supply of self-help articles and easy channels for submitting a ticket or chatting to Customer Support. The Dashboard can sometimes be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate but on the whole it is user-friendly. Mostly I appreciate the fact that as a non-paying customer (at present, with hopes to grow a subscriber list so that I can afford a paid account) I have not felt marginalised, and feel equally welcome and supported on the platform.
Pros
Brevo offers a range of options for both free and paying customers to communicate effectively with their clients/subscribers, and manage their contact lists. As an indie business owner, Brevo has made it possible for me to establish a reliable reputation with my subscribers by offering information in clean, fresh designs and with good deliverability rates.
Cons
I've experienced most challenges on Brevo with the automation system. As far as I know, this is constantly being worked on and upgraded - unfortunately, it has led to some deliverability issues, 'broken' chains in the automation flow, and made it necessary for me to find manual work-arounds.
Reasons for Choosing Brevo

An excellent alternative to larger brands
We made the switch to Brevo from a well-known large e-marketing platform and we found the ease of use better, the design capabilities better and the quality of customer service better, it was also 1/10th of the price and allowed us to expand our contacts further than the bounds of our previous subscription. Despite it having some way to go in extra features, it is a good starting platform and the customer service team are excellent and efficient.
Pros
Value for money is excellent, the customer support is great and it is really easy to create excellent-looking campaigns, the templates are nice and there is room for lots of customisation.
Cons
I wish they had more functions to separate mailing lists, with the ability to create different brand libraries and have them assigned to certain lists. I run multiple campaigns with different brands and having to re-do the brand library every time is frustrating.
Reasons for Choosing Brevo
Cost, capabilities and design mostly. We were paying lots of money for mailchimp but felt like we weren't getting the level of service we needed. Brevo having no contacts cap and a wider range of design options made it the ideal choice for us. We are a small independent company and value the customer service we get from brevo.Switched From

Email Marketing Made Easy
Really easy to use, i've used Mail chimp in the past and I found Brevo so much easier to use with lesss limits on the free version. Happy with my experience so far and would recommened to others for sure.
Pros
>Simple to use platform
>Quick response from support when I had a question
>Reporting and dashboards are really good
>Social shareing
>Help tips everywhere incase you are unsure how to do something.
Cons
>Doesn't have tracking on social shareing yet but they said they'd let the developer team know so it may be coming
>The Social shareing link is huge, would be good if it could be shortened

Affordable, User-Friendly, and Efficient: My Positive Experience with Brevo
My experience with Brevo has been extremely positive. From the start, I was impressed by the platform's competitive pricing, which offers excellent value, especially for small businesses like mine. The ease of use was another highlight; the intuitive interface allowed me to start creating and managing campaigns quickly, without any prior technical experience. Additionally, the ability to schedule campaigns efficiently helped me automate and optimize my marketing efforts, ensuring that messages reached the right audience at the ideal time.
Pros
Interface is very easy to use, the price is quite competitive, and it includes advanced automation.
Cons
The email campaign editor could include more features, and the advanced automation features are not very easy to learn.

Beware! They will terminate you withour notice, if your customers dimply don't open your...
bad, unfair, false accusations, poor customer service
Pros
The low price, great discoverability, other than that I urge people to stay far away. There are more ethical platforms out there.
Cons
We uploaded a modest list of valid customers and 100% opt ins and sent an annual holiday email. Deliverability was great (better than our current mailer Pabbly, thats why we are migrating) and our open rate was great for us, there were no spam complaints, but after three emails for around 500 customers each, they not only suspended my terminated my new account, without any ability to appeal! I am an 18 year old A+ BBB rated company, been using Pabbly (Mailget) with 0 spam flags for about 6 years- and I am presuming that the open rate wasn't high enough for them, but it's the holidays and I presume people are getting inundated during cyber week. *This does not make me a spammer* nor did I break their TOS in any way. I pleaded 5 times to allow me to prove that each customer was legit, even giving them credentials to my "mailmunch" opt in to confirm my list and some young student from India replied and confirmed my termination without reason or discussion, other than "we don't disclose why..." I have never in 18 years been treated like a criminal and spammer, this was insulting and unfair, and there in no sane person there to speak to, once they drop the guillotine, STAY AWAY. Where else have people gone, my list is about 13k, and we send mailings quarterly, any alternatives that treat ethical customers better?
Response from Sendinblue
Hi Dawn,
Thank you for your review. I completely understand your frustration.
Upon checking with our customer experience team, it seems that your contacts are non opt-in. However, as suggested in ticket #3903436, please help us with some additional information on the contact collection practices so that we can review your request further.
Thank You

Great tool to send our marketing campaigns.
We're happy using Brevo, we've been using it for more than two years, and for us it's a must-have tool.
Basically we use three functions: sending marketing campaigns that are generated in our system and sent via API; the synchronization of clients and users that is also synchronized via API; and finally the use of transactional emails, all emails sent from our website are monitored with Brevo.
Pros
It's easy to use, very intuitive, and with a good looking interface.
We've contacted with the support team a couple of times and they gave us a quick answer and solution in both cases.
Cons
Recently the price has increased, and some functions that where in our plan are no longer available.

A solid all-in-one marketing platform with only minor compromises
Overall it's been good, support is quick to reply and the platform isn't missing anything I can't live without.
Pros
The all-in-one nature and ease of use. Automations are super easy to set up which I love, and it's really nice being able to look at a contact and see the whole history of interactions across different channels in one place.
Cons
The CRM party (Brevo Deals) unfortunately doesn't have multi-currency support, and when managing client accounts as a web agency I need to pay for and upgrade my email marketing plan if I want my team to have access to a client's email marketing which makes no sense to me.
Reasons for Switching to Brevo

My First Email Campaign
I ran my first “bulk” email campaign with Brevo and had a 10% open rate, no clicks but just the fact that I get real time info on how well my campaign was going and it was positiveish, It put a BIG SMILE on my face.
Pros
The UI is very intuitive. Usually, before I use any Saas platform, I watch a short YouTube video on how to do use the basic features just to get an idea of the tool. I did so for but for Brevo, I unconsciously dived into it, started checking around and within 10 minutes I got a hang of what it does and how it was perfect for my needs(which is a mailing service that allows at least 300 emails per day) - this feature, is the number one reason I’m sticking with Brevo as I cannot afford a paid service YET. The UI is great, so far I’ve only used the email campaign feature and the list importing, segmenting and exporting features but so far it’s an awesome app to use… I just know I’ll be sticking with it for a long while
Cons
When I tried exporting a contact list I had fine tuned, it didn’t inform me it would be send the link to the exported CSV to my email… I thought maybe there was an error and I kept exporting and exporting until I randomly checked my email and saw my inbox “spammed” with Brevo messages - This was partly my fault for not receiving notifications on the email too(I had to put on notifications for my mail on my iPhone immediately after… apart from this slight error I had with Brevo, no other problems

Easy, reliable, affordable.
Reliable, customer support could be improved, and it could offer more training to make certain features more intuitive.
Pros
Brevo is an extremely comprehensive email marketing platform with interesting automation features. It offers very competitive pricing, allowing you to scale over time as both the number of contacts and functionalities grow. It pays great attention to email deliverability requirements, which is crucial, especially for accounts that send to large contact lists. You can collect contacts by creating forms directly within Brevo or through plugins for the most popular CMS platforms, such as WordPress. The automation features are particularly interesting because they allow you to manage the database with internal actions as well as automate external communications via email or SMS. The e-commerce integration is also very compelling, enabling the integration of coupons, products, and orders with the shop.
Cons
The contact profiling could be improved, especially when it comes to creating and organizing CRM fields. The reporting section needs significant improvement if you want to monitor workflow performance and not just email campaign performance. Additionally, it offers a limited selection of actions and triggers in workflows.

Sales growth
It raised marketing to another, more modern level where it helps increase sales and where each function makes it easy to work on each process and more with excellent results.
Pros
It is a platform that has helped me to better manage sales with perfect follow-up to each client and more personalized attention. Email marketing has been key to sales growth where each campaign has been successful and well received by all clients. Its ease of use is what I liked most from the beginning because it was easy to learn all its functions correctly.
Cons
There is nothing wrong with Brevo, it has always been a good ally for me and I like all its features.

Best Value for Money
I used Sendinblue in the past for ecommerce transactional emails. After a few years of absence in ecommerce, I needed a new SMTP server setup again and naturally seeked out the same service I used and liked. I then found that they changed brands to Brevo and was very surprised to see that the service offereing is even bigger and better than before.
Pros
The easy setup and generous free tier for SMTP email sending campaigns is best in class, in my opinion. They also provide all the functionality needed to run successful marketing campaigns as well as transactional emails.
In addition to emails, you can also engage with contacts via SMS and chat.
Cons
This may sound artificial, but I sincerely have not yet found anything about using Brevo for my current needs, that I could do better with outher email tools.

It has been so helpful
We use Brevo every week at least and sometimes more. It's efficient, good delivery, and the ability to personalise emails and automate emails is a huge plus.
Pros
The ability to set up multiple lists without being charged extra is a big bonus for me.
Cons
I wish they wouldn't keep updating the interface and moving features I am used to.
