Give Google Forums a Try!
My overall experience was good. The free version i used offered almost everything I needed to get my survey donein a quick and easy fashion.
Pros
The security features offered by Google Forms are some of the best i have used. Everything is encrypted suring transfer and there are virus protections included also. I also was happy to see that its connected to Google Cloud which made any transfer of certain info so easy.
Cons
The prices can be kind of high. So i only had access to limited options on how to design things. The free version also only comes with a smaller amount of storage about 30 GB which can get used up quickly.

Easy to use and nice visual format for results
Google Forms is a really easy option for basic surveys. I like how it integrates into other Google products such as Google Sheets so we can do our own additional analyses of the data
Pros
It is really easy to set up a simple survey and see the results in a visual format
Cons
I wish there were better options for exporting the results into a separate document. The formatting of some multiple-option questions can also be difficult to read on mobile devices.

somewhat helpful
It was somewhat helpful, but for what I needed to use it for, it was a little time consuming because the form templates I needed to use were not readily available
Pros
It is nice being able to collaborate with others in forms
Cons
I think it would be a more useful application if there were already fillable templates included, instead of downloading side apps to have them available

Excels for quick and simple form's projects
My experience setting up forms and collecting responses is fast and efficient. For surveys, quizzes, event registrations and other straightforward data collection tasks, it's the best option from Google Workspace ecosystem.
Pros
I think it's an intuitive option, as well as beginner-friendly, allowing anyone to create surveys or forms quickly.
Cons
There’s little room for creating truly branded or visually appealing forms. Also, while it offers basic conditional logic (e.g., skipping questions based on responses), it lacks more advanced branching or personalization options compared to tools like Typeform or JotForm.

Quick and simple informal survey tool
Very happy with what I use it for, it is quick and simple for informal internal surveys among a small team. Would not recommend it for very formal processes though, as some of the data analysis tools are lacking.
Pros
Google forms are quite simple, which depending on use-case is a good thing! I primarily use Google forms for getting quick feedback or ideas from small-medium teams. There are enough question 'types' available to make the forms versatile and applicable to different situations, and the resulting reports/data are easily analysed and turned into graphs and visualizations.
Cons
Ironically, the same point as the pros: google forms are very simple. If you need to deep dive into the results and want to be able to correlate certain pieces of data to come out of the survey, this is either impossible, or takes a lot of manual work.

Google Forms is a Great Resource
Overall, I like the features and functionality of Google Forms
Pros
I like the feature that allows you to keep a record of all of your responses. You have the ability to create a graph of the responses. You also have all of your forms in one area.
Cons
What I like least is that when you print the document, and you want to print only on one page, you have to change the settings with each printing. The printing is also very small and sometimes hard to see the content.

Free, Easy to Use, Wildly Simple Compared to Competitors
Great! 10/10 recommend--especially when first getting started with forms.
Pros
As the title says--free (included in Google Suite / Google Workspace), wildly easy to use, and much more user friendly than some of the more complicated survey, form, and questionnaire builders out there. If you're looking for a survey builder and publisher that you can pull together and share ASAP--this is the tool for you.
Cons
N/A -- honestly, there is nothing we don't like about Google Forms. If you need incredibly complex form development and design--probably go elsewhere. That said, if the face of the form/survey can be relatively simple and the weight lies in the data collected and post-survey analysis, exporting and transferring to Google Sheets and then running Excel analysis will do you well. (For free.)

Forget every other platform - use Google Forms and have it all in one!
I love Google Forms and use it for so many things!
Pros
I can share and make copies to send out. I use Google Forms for my business and in courses I teach. It is an amazing thing to click the excel document and you can view all responses, layed out as nice as can be. I have taken Scentsy orders this way, clicked the excel doc and have everything in one neat order. I love the intricate options for creating the form. The guidance is also very helpful in the support section if you need help.
Cons
I haven't figured out how to change the background but that would be my own time. The only thing I'd maybe like to change would be an easier way to have the buttons at the top for ease of access.

Fantastic tool for collecting feedback and data. Highly Recommend for All.
My overall peak of experience with Google Forms is that it is user friendly and efficient tool for creating surveys, questionnaires and other types of forms.
Pros
What I like most about Google Forms is about some common features that us users enjoy like customizable Templates, real time response tracking and the ability to easily share and collaborate on survey and questionnaires.

Amazingly Easy Software
Excellent experience overall using Google Forms. I feel more proficient in my work and like I can get more done in a shorter amount of time. I think that is due to the simplicity in use and structure in Google Forms. Everything is so easy to learn and use. The company I work for has had great success using this software. You will not be disappointed!
Pros
Google forms, like most Google software, is so easy to use. It has all the same tools as the higher end software like it but at a much lower price point. The ability to share and access documents is so simple and concise. You can also have real-time collaborations with others which can be great for teambuilding. Overall great program!
Cons
There are some limitations when it comes to Google Forms. For example, you cannot exceed 500 KB in text and the limit for image uploads is around 2MB. Other than that, though, there isn't really anything that would deter me from continuing to use this software.

Good free option, but there's better out there.
It's useful, but we've had to rely on other software to make up for the shortcomings.
Pros
It's a free easy solution that allows any team using the google suite to pair a survey to a spreadsheet.
Cons
It's not super adaptable. It only has it's basic features

Pros

Cons

Google forms. A teachers best friend
I've used Google forms to create job applications. Tests, and get feedback it's so nice!
Pros
Google forms is simple to use and that's amazing. But it's simplicity can easily turned into a depth filled long form or interaction with the consumer. It's so easy to use and really good for anyone needing feedback.
Cons
Truthfully there's not many bad features. The only ones you could think is maybe the lack of color design you get. Other than that it's mediocre in cons.

Easy way to conduct research
The last thing I used Google Forms for was to create a survey about a dating app. It allowed me to easily ask both multiple choice and short answer questions and I could click "responses" to view the responses one by one or by charts or graphs. Google Forms is an easy and free way to conduct surveys and other research!
Pros
- Free
- Ability to customize your form OR use a pre-made template
- Ability to ask multichoice, short answer, or check box questions
- Ability to ask multiple types of questions in the same survey (for example some multichoice some short answer in the same survey)
- Ability to export responses into a Google sheet
Cons
I don't have anything I dislike about Google Forms!

Good for surveys and forms, especially for personal or non-profit use
Overall, I have a rather positive experience with Google Forms - they do the job well, and although they might lack some customization features I've had good completion rates using this tool. It also helps that people are used to google tools.
Pros
They work out of the box and most users have some google account so it is easy to start if you just need to make a quick form or survey. Also, you can collect feedback easily or share the forms with the respondents in an easy way.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to customize it fully to your need and it can give away a bit of lo-fi aura to potential respondents if you are a bigger organization since there are so many personal forms made with this tool and the users are used to get this form from their friends or family, or small organizations, and can expect more custom solution from a bigger organization.

Review of Google Forms
I use Google Forms a lot and I love using this software. I use it to quiz my flag football referees. I look up the data to make sure they got everything correct before they can ref a game.
Pros
It allows me to gather any information I am looking to get. I can ask questions, have people take quizzes. The best thing about it is it's FREE and anyone can use it.
Cons
I would say that the forms looks boring and outdated.

Easy to set up and utilize
Whenever I have to quickly deploy survey forms and questionnaires at zero cost, Google forms is my immediate go to without fail
Pros
It is easy to set up, easy to customize - it serves as a baseline that many other apps and CRMs can be integrated into, it is easy to modify, and the backend data can easily be imported or exported as required, and analyzed
Cons
The design output leaves much to be desired in terms of aesthetics and it cannot be used for mid-level complex form requirements without the integration of external paid apps
