Teamwork allows us to manage all your projects without problems
Collaboration between clients and service providers located in different parts of the world. The features of the collaborative software are ideal for kickstarting our projects. It's simple to assign responsibilities and monitor development.
Pros
Extremely nice interface and straightforward structure. Extremely open to suggestions and alterations. Manage the flow of work on projects and programs. The video production process at our company is intricate, including many different people and jobs, all of which are dependent on one another.
Cons
The only things that matter are tasks and projects. However, reorienting the platform to serve as a workspace app may prove fruitful. Even while feature-rich customer relationship management (CRM) systems are available, they cannot function without additional software.

Agency owners don't waste your money
We've been a paying customer for 2 years and have persevered because the pain of changing is much greater.
Through out this period though we have had no end of problems. As a business owner I want to produce reports so I can measure how effective the team is. Every. single. time. I went to produce a report for any financial meeting I would have to email the support because it wouldn't work. There is zero consistency. What worked one week doesn't work the next and I waste hours turning buttons on and off until it magically works.
The final straw. We have a team member going on maternity so I requested a refund for the seat we are no longer using. They have refused to refund us because we paid annually. Which we had no choice over.
Businesses flux, how can you forecast team size, 12 months in advance.
Pros
Teamwork is ok for the simplest of functionality like the ability to add tasks and track time. Basic stuff Asana can probably do better and cheaper.
Cons
The platform is very buggy. Reports work one week and don't the next. This means it's difficult to use reliably for forecasting because the data is collected and presented in different ways each time. The logic to produce these reports is also not useful to an agency. There is no ability to use the reports consistently and as a business owner this is a problem.
The UI is also really confusing and basic elements like responsiveness struggle to perform well.

Best project management system for digital agencies
We've tried many other project management systems, including Monday, Basecamp, Trello, and Wrike. I don't think any of them compare to Teamwork for our needs and how we operate.
Pros
I run a digital agency. Teamwork is crucial to managing our projects and keeping track of everything in one place. It's flexible enough to handle different project types, from flat fee to hourly billing. My clients often comment on how much they like using Teamwork for communication and collaboration.
Cons
I have been using Teamwork for about 10 years. I really like the improvements they have made over time. My only complaint is that we used to be billed based on the number of active projects. However, in recent years, they switched to a per-user license fee.

Quite Good
Overall we still really like this software as we tried monday.com for iur team and it was a really bad fit for ourselves and our clients so we went back to teamwork.
Pros
I like that you can have long task descriptions (unlike monday.com) and the commenting layout is very easy to read and follow (unlike monday).
Cons
I'm not crazy about the bew modern look and layout, it's difficult to view a task in full screen mode which is really needed because in our compqny we write very long task descriptions. And also the My Tasks view used to be better wherr I could see my tasks chronologically without the separators of "past due" "this week" etc. I used to just only see tasks within the next fee days instead of having to see all tasks assigned to me and after their updates that changed.

Inferior to other options
We have used Teamwork for some projects but found it inferior to other project management tools. Important updates got lost because of the structure of the tasks, and the team didn't find the tool intuitive.
Pros
Teamwork is collaborative so the whole team can use it.
Cons
Compared to other project management tools Teamwork is inferior. It's hard to organize tasks by category and sub category, and tracking changes or updates on a task is much harder than in other tools, making Teamwork messy for project management.

Teamwork review by Jen
Teamwork is an "in" if you don't have a lot of training or experience with project management. It's so easy to use that you won't be held back.
Pros
The product is very easy to customize during set up and very easy to use. Everything I needed was visible and well placed. Billing and invoicing are included which makes it a lot simpler to budget and track expenses, but it can be turned off if you don't need it. I like the project milestones too. They're helpful and keep us motivated. There is a free tier, called the "free forever" account. With it I can have two projects at once and four people collaborating with me.
Cons
As for the product as a whole, a built in PDF editor would make it better. The prices for each tier have continued to increase. They're still reasonable but that's important to know. The first paid tier is $12.50 per person per month but it requires a minimum of five team members. If your team is three or four people you'll have to pay for a ghost member. With the free forever account, I don't like the complete denial to project templates. I think it would be reasonable to grant access to a few basic templates. The file storage limit of 100 MB is very hard to work with. To access the free forever account I had to start a free trial and then cancel to downgrade.

Works well but has a lot of glitches
Overall, it worked well for my team at my last agency but I don't feel like we used the platform to it's full extent. There were a lot of extra features we could use but weren't using. I would say it worked well for task management and housing projects but the constant glitches got annoying and there were even days where it went down for long periods of time or commenting functions wouldn't work, all necessary for our day to day.
Pros
Teamwork.com had a lot of functionality and it was easy to manage tasks in bulk.
Cons
It felt like there were always a lot of glitches or outings.

Great task and project management tool, lots of integrations makes cross system collab easy
Pros
Teamwork's project management capabilities are super easy to use, even a first time user can quickly figure out how to start using it. The UI is thoughtfully laid out and easy to setup. I love that I can integrate directly into our Google cloud features so we can easily link and update documents and sheets. Being able to track project and task schedules on my calendar is super helpful.
Cons
If not setup and managed thoughtfully it can get messy fast. It takes someone being considerate about how things are being structured and which extensions are being used configured in order to get a smooth experience.

Avis teamwork
It's software that I highly recommend to all business leaders for project management and team collaboration. Only that there are sometimes some technical problems but that doesn't bother me at all.
Pros
It's a good software that I highly recommend to all professionals and business leaders for project management. It's just the calendar which is a little small on a mobile phone but on a computer it's perfect.
Cons
I sometimes notice some technical difficulties but it doesn't bother me too much.

Project Management Use
Pros
Teamwork makes project management much more efficient. I am able to track projects quickly and effectively, as well as disperse project information easily.
Cons
I am still tinkering with the workflow planning options. Many project I work on extend for a bit of time and may even have pauses, so the workflow is not always 100% accurate.

Pros
I use teamwork daily to log my hours across projects and to ensure that I am managing my allocated time effectively. The visuals are great and mean I can get this information at a quick glance. It really helps me to see snapshots of how my hours are adding up and where I can spread my tasks out.
Cons

Teamwork makes the dreamwork!
I love using Teamwork. I've used other platforms, such as Asana, and I really liked Teamwork.
Pros
I thought the user-interface of Teamwork was simple and effective. It was easy to manage my tasks/projects and know exactly what I needed to do and when.
Cons
There aren't as many features as the more robust platforms, but I didn't necessarily see this as a negative. It had what I needed.

Efficient for project management and task management
Pros
The price of the software is unbeatable for all of the features that are included. I also like that each user can customize their experience. The time-tracking feature is useful for our management team, and the interface is clean and not overwhelming for the user.
Cons
Some of our project managers did not like that there is no 2-step verification when signing into new devices and this was a security concern for them.

Great way to keep track of a large team and projects
Pros
My first time using Teamwork.com and it was a great way for people to keep track of their own projects as well as their teammates. It was great for seeing what was in progress, what is being currently completed, and what has been completed.
Cons
It has a bit of a learning curve and can get confusing with lots of team members.
