Very positive ,its the type of thing that its so reliable and consistently good that you end up taking it for granted,so i cant imagine not having it as part of my daily routine.

Pros

Simplicity and reliability ,plus its part of the google family so its a package really .

Cons

Truth is for an email box service there isnt really any room for dislike because I get all that i need from it,it separates my emails in categories, notifies me whenever important emaisl arrive on the inbox,i have a calendar,a cloud storage,etc..

google all the way

i love gmail! ive had it over three years and use daily. two accounts one personal one business my only issue is and it may be only on free accounts, but gets annoying to have to erase constantly. maybe offer all users an option to delete old or unread msgs after a month, and ive noticed, especially when i got hacked, security has stepped up and that is appreciated. can not go wrong with Google.

Pros

ive had free version forever now. the add ons do cost you, so watch out when you set your account up. i use gmail for my business and personal, seperate accounts and love it. i know being free, cant really complain. but tryin be honest here

Cons

i wish once i spam or block a incoming message they are blocked forever and also erase messages both older than 30 days, or unread after 30 days and id be a hundred percent gmail. just gets annoying to have to erase constantly and at 50 msgs a click takes a while ill change my actual rating should these issues get resolved.

Gmail.. receive ALL your emails within one app!

I've been using Gmail for over 20 years and have enjoyed the upgrades overtime. The fact that I can check my AOL email as well as others all on one interface is definitely a plus.

Pros

I like the ease of the interface and the fact that I can have all of my emails in one place. I'm able to receive and send emails from my AOL account as well as my Hotmail account by using Gmail. I love that everything seems to be up-to-date at all times & I actually receive email notifications throughout the day on my phone.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that sometimes Gmail does not filter out the spam emails the way that I feel it should.

Super easy, the standard for email

Super easy email client that I know will just work. Haven't had any significant issues, ever.

Pros

Gmail makes email management and writing easy. I don't have to think about configurations, though all the tools are still there. I always have my email with me, no need to set up an email client.
The features like snoozing an email for a time and send undo are super useful.

Cons

Gmail being web-based is great, but I do sometimes wish I could have it as its own program, outside a browser tab.

Alternatives Considered

Reasons for Switching to Gmail

Gmail with workspace was just an easier email client, and I didn't need to go through the headache of actually setting up an email server or anything. Just worked right out of the box in a client that a lot of people already feel comfortable with, not requiring additional bespoke apps or tools to access.

Gmail is a Superior Application

Gmail is a superior product! A system central to our business operations. I use it throughout the day, more frequently and efficiently than any other application.

Pros

Gmail's search function is extraordinary, I am able to easily find older emails, as well as emails with similar content from disparate sources. But even more impressive is the simplicity of the system in terms of organizing emails, attaching files to emails, etc... Our agency uses Google drive and gmail for all internal critical communication and documentation.

Cons

At times the search function is too sensitive and pulls up too many emails, perhaps AI will help improve the instructions one can input to reduce irrelevant emails.

Gmail wins everytime when it comes to email management.

Gmail is an excellent user-friendly tool with numerous email organization options that connect well with other Google apps. While it is free, it can also host accounts with custom domains for a cost.

Pros

Amazing UI ,unlike its competitors, Gmail has a fairly "clean" design with a variety of themes. I like the option to label my emails and then easily find them, something other email management solutions do not provide. I also enjoy how we can establish areas for working and communicating together. It is also a tremendous advantage to having a hub of other products at our disposal, such as the entire Google Suite. Documents, contacts, and common folders may be simply linked, tagged, and maintained.

Cons

The one thing I don't like is that when I issue calendar invites, I get responses in my primary inbox. Even if I alter the label to anything else, Gmail does not learn or remember. I have to do that everytime.

Alternatives Considered

Yahoo Mail

Reasons for Choosing Gmail

Outlook allows you to label emails, but you can't find all of them in one spot. As a result, the labelling serves no use. Additionally, the UI is not particularly tidy. The sync between Outlook's calendar and emails is likewise not easy to use.

Solid Since Day One

My overall experience is an efficient email platform that is super easy to use that's fast and reliable. Many people don't care to see the ads, but I like seeing them because they're tailored to my needs which allows me to learn about different types of software to help run a business.

Pros

I've been using this email platform since it was created when you had to be invited to use it. Back then it was surprising how fast it loaded because others failed in that regard. I like the intuitive nature of Gmail. I like that it allows me to sort find and organize my emails into folders or star emails I want to access quickly. It also has a strong spam filter if you take the time to set it up properly, it eliminates junk with ease.

Cons

There's not a lot of space for storage now that Google has combined all your storage into the workspace software, so you have to stay on top of reducing storage.

Gmail Review

Gmail is a cloud-based tool that facilitates email-based communication within enterprises. Professionals can use its drag-and-drop interface to organise emails into new tabs and classify communications in their inbox.
Businesses can encrypt information by prohibiting unauthorised access and specify an expiration date for messages by utilising Gmail's confidential mode. Managers have access to an integrated calendar where they can check the schedule of forthcoming meetings and build personalised accounts for their employees. It also provides mobile applications for iOS and Android smartphones, enabling users to handle numerous accounts and get email notifications automatically.
With the application programming interface (API) that Gmail provides, businesses can customise the platform and combine it with a range of external services. The product is free to use, and assistance

Pros

I highly advocate using this solution as it is completely free and secure, and I have had tremendous success with it.

Complete and simple email service

Extremely complete email service. I have been using it for several years, both from a PC and a smartphone, for both personal and professional use, and I can consider myself largely satisfied. Very simple and intuitive to use, the integration with other Google features is also very convenient.

Pros

the anti-spam features are very good, I liked that it offers all Google services for free, the advertising is small and non-invasive, it allows you to manage different email accounts including certified email by dividing them into folders so you can easily recognize their origin. The spam and phishing reporting function is excellent. It allows multi-factor protection that requires an access code every time you use a new device and automatically blocks all access, notifying you of a suspected violation that you can easily verify and proceed with access.

Cons

Read and delivery notifications are missing, it is not best configurable on the desktop, it could become a bit intrusive.
