Simplified Data Collection with ProntoForms.
Pros
ProntoForms is a mobile-friendly platform that allows for quick and easy creation and customization of forms. With just a few taps, data can be collected and submitted, making it convenient and efficient. It serves multiple purposes including inspections, audits, surveys, and more, catering to a wide range of needs. Additionally, ProntoForms offers seamless integration with other software systems such as CRM and ERP, enabling smoother workflows. To ensure the security of collected data, the platform employs industry-standard measures.
Cons
ProntoForms pricing can be costly, particularly for larger businesses. However, the platform offers a diverse selection of pricing plans, allowing businesses to choose one that aligns with their budgetary constraints. Although ProntoForms provides ample customization options, it does have certain limitations to be aware of.

Perfect for form submissions with picture integration
The support has been excellent, and they appear committed to evolving and enhancing the capabilities of their software.
Pros
The ability to take pictures and efficiently organize submission destinations, including renaming images, creating folders, and sending automated emails, was a game changer.
Cons
The 20 MB submission size limit can be restrictive, especially when dealing with large image files. While email limitations are understandable, the low submission size on SharePoint seems unnecessary. However, the TrueContext support team was very helpful in resolving this issue and finding a suitable solution for us.

Data Collection Company, nothing more.
Not fond of the system. It is time consuming to keep up with all the data being received by our users. I have to then transfer this data to another service to get some usable numbers that I can present to our executive group.
Pros
There aren't many positives if any I can say about True Context as it sits now. It is a data collection center. For an upcharge there are other analytics capabilities that other companies roll into one standard price.
Cons
Smart logic works less than 50% of the time when you have long forms that require a lot of smart logic. The analytics you get is practically nothing. You have to build a power BI or another spreadsheet to decipher the data collection, so in theory, you are paying for multiple services that could be done with one provider. (Safety Culture and Predictive Solutions are two that are one-stop shops for data and analytics).

Redline Gear Cleaning - TC Review
Our organization has been using TrueContext for a couple of years at this point, and we have had a largely positive experience. Design elements and updates have been very helpful in the improvement of our inspection processes.
Pros
The customer service has been pretty helpful. Overall, I would say the ease of use for the mobile platform has been most enjoyable.
Cons
Restrictions pertaining to the design of some fields/tables.

Administrated TrueContext for two different employers
Overall, I’m very impressed with TrueContext. Their tech support has been consistently helpful over the years, and I hope it continues to be. With various form requirements, we've successfully created complex and customized forms for our teams.
Pros
I appreciate the tool's functionality and capabilities. Over the past 10 years, I have not only introduced it but also administered and created numerous forms for two different employers.
Cons
There are two key areas I’d like to see added or improved. First, it would be great to have a video capture field feature. Second, an easier WYSIWYG tool for creating custom outputs would be very beneficial.
Reasons for Switching to TrueContext
I chose TrueContext because it solved a lot of our needs when it came to developing custom forms for our Field team and installers.- Industry: Oil & Energy

A lot of potencial but still a lot to improve
Overall it is a good tool but for sure it has a lot to improve.
There are basic features or options that are no possible to use yet, but I believe it can easily be implemented.
Pros
The amount of input types that can be used in the forms.
The possibility to link it with Salesforce Servicemax.
The fact that it has sections and sub sections for the forms.
Cons
Limited use of the templates. Does not allow to change the resource image used in the template. Same resource image for every question using the template.
Too many steps to create a resource image.
Lack of options to apply some settings to multiple objects.

A cost-effective mobile forms platform with features that most other products do not have.
We have been using ProntoForms since 2016 and have over 400 active Pronto Forms for Sales, Safety, Construction, Inspections, Warranty, Mileage tracking, and Customer forms, all maintained by just one forms administrator in our I.T. department. That part of their job does not require all their time therefore they still have time available to perform other functions in the I.T. department.Support from the ProntoForms team is excellent. Sometimes you have to push a bit to receive higher level support for help and training with more advanced features, but overall support is very good.Construction: No more hauling around bins of customer and construction documents to have signed and often out of date. Everything is up to date, pulled from our ERP system, and ready for customers to sign.Sales: No more paper documents. All sales documents, including price and cost calculations, are done within the ProntoForms coding, and handled by an internal administrator/forms developer within our I.T. department.Warranty: Customer inspections are handled via ProntoForms. Dispatching the completed and signed inspection form instantly to the Warranty department and the customer, keeps communication together, up to date, and the Warranty department can start handling the issue right away rather than having to wait for signed paperwork to be brought back to head office.Environmentally Responsible: No driving back and forth from job sites to the office to hand in paper work.
Pros
1) Simple to use, but many other mobile forms products are also simple to use.2) Customizable forms: Conditional logic, repeatable sections, and ability to perform math calculations makes ProntoForms also suited for use in Sales Forms.3) Enterprise Edition features: Using web-linked forms, team form completion hand-offs, specific types of form dispatching & data routing, camera to text conversion, and workflow settings...are all fantastic to save time and money.
Cons
1) Web-linked forms cannot pull from data sources (yet). They are working on this.2) No integration with DocuSign, and not enough features built-in to replace DocuSign (however we have not found any other mobile forms platforms that integrate with DocuSign, so this is more of a feature request than a dislike). We use ProntoForms for many departments including having customers sign sales contracts. We need the ability to send a form to a customer for signing. We look forward to the day we only need ProntoForms and no longer need to include a separate electronic signature platform in our sales process.
Reasons for Switching to TrueContext
ProntoForms can pull from just about any cloud or local data source with a bit of customizing work. It is easy to have staff in the field with up to date forms field information having local data uploaded into ProntoForms refreshing as quickly as every 5 minutes. The ability for ProntoForms to perform math/calculated output from base numbers in the data source is a crucial feature to which we have not found a competing product.- Industry: Oil & Energy

Good experience with construction forms
Overall it is a decent platform with plenty of features that can be applied in numerous ways, depending on user's creativity. Low entry threshold allows for immediate start and first simple deployment in a matter of minutes. For advanced users however, it is also not difficult to quickly hit the limits of TrueContext which can bring a bit of a frustration. Nevertheless, we mostly managed to build what we needed, one way or another.
Pros
Very easy to implement, start with the design and deploy first form. Superb documentation - with a bit of patience it can solve most of the issues. Great API and decent amount of connectors for painless integrations.
Cons
Conditional logic might be quite annoying and requires a lot of workarounds to achieve desired outcome. Customer support rarely solves those more challenging problems.
Still many features are missing like e.g. ability to dispatch attachments that could be submitted with the form.

Excellent tool for vehicle insurance inspection
In general terms, my experience with TrueContext has been fairly pleasant. This software has really improved the speed of vehicle inspections while increasing accuracy for my inspectors in the field. Yes there are small synchronization glitches but when compared to efficiency and customizability, such issues seem too insignificant.
Pros
What was really appealing to me about TrueContext was that it’s pretty user-friendly, with customizable forms. This makes it easy for the inspectors in the field to use it at their convenience, thus enhancing data collection in an organized manner that improves precision and speed of vehicle inspections.
Cons
On the other hand, what I have not liked concerning TrueContext is that occasionally, data synchronization can be a bit slow particularly in areas with poor network coverage hence leading to delays in information processing.

Practicality and functionality on a single app
Since I work in customer service, the app has been really easy for me to use since the search bar is very helpful and provides precise information. Also, the account creation, is simple and the instructions are clear.
Pros
What I like the most is how easy to use and practical TrueContext is.
Cons
This isn't related to the functionality of TrueContext, but some of the blank spaces that aren't required to be filled (for me at least) ask for some information unknown to me.

ProntoForms time saver!
Paperwork used to be a huge issue getting it to our shop weekly for billing and payroll. Now with ProntoForms we save time with forms instantly getting to the shop once complete. It has helped with workflow at our office as well as saved money in fuel cost driving paperwork to our office.
Pros
Easily submit paperwork from the field and get the information we need to both our office and customers.
Cons
Refresh does not always work as it should, paperwork gets "hung up" in the sent and does not get submitted on time without the user having to reconcile.

Form automation is very easy with the help of this
ProntoForms is an exceptional company that not only provides ongoing learning opportunities through a user portal, but also through regularly scheduled webinars. Additionally, their Customer Success Managers regularly check in with customers to assess any difficulties or provide assistance with new features and functions. The platform is continually evolving, offering new features and enhancements on a regular basis to improve the user experience.
Pros
A user-friendly software that enables the creation of forms and workflows is available to eliminate the need for manual data recording. The software seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, serving as a system of record, and eliminates the hassle of tracking down paperwork or deciphering illegible handwriting. Additionally, customer signatures can be captured directly into PDF reports, simplifying the process of providing reports to customers. This all-in-one platform provides full integration, streamlining the process and increasing efficiency.
Cons
Although it may seem daunting at first, our organization made the initial setup of ProntoForms overly complex. However, ProntoForms has recently launched ProntoForms University, providing users with the opportunity to learn at their own pace and gradually increase complexity as they become more comfortable with the software. This allows for a smoother transition and a more user-friendly experience.
Response from TrueContext
Hi Subham!
It's great to hear that your company has been using the software for over a decade to manage your field service teams and that even staff with limited experience using smartphones have been able to use it easily.
Regarding the cons, it's unfortunate that the maps integration in your area on ProntoForms is lacking. I appreciate your feedback on the maps integration and will forward it to the team for consideration.
I am also glad you find that our tutorials, articles, and support make learning and using new features more accessible. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to working with you even more!

ProntoForms has excellent features
ProntoForms enables us to streamline our operations and provide our customers with a dependable service that meets their requirements. By minimizing administrative tasks such as filing and paperwork, the platform saves us valuable time, allowing us to concentrate on the actual work at hand.
Pros
In my role as an administrator, I find ProntoForms' Form Builder to have a simple and intuitive interface, which makes creating forms a quick and effortless process. The seamless integration between ProntoForms and Salesforce has proven to be incredibly valuable to our team, as it enables us to easily transfer data across multiple sites and centralize all available information in one location within Salesforce. Moreover, the platform's ability to generate a PDF version of the completed form upon submission is a highly sought-after feature among our customers, which only ProntoForms is able to provide.
Cons
My experience with ProntoForms has been less than satisfactory due to the limited capabilities of its standard reports, which necessitate the use of its integrated BI tool. Establishing data sources on a question-by-question basis can be time-consuming and laborious, making it challenging to merge various questions in one go. Although the process becomes easier with practice, the documentation provided by ProntoForms for these inquiries is unclear and lacks adequate explanations.
