Great Option For Swim Schools
Very positive experience with iClassPro overall. Easy setup process and information transfer with help of customer service reps. The cons for the system are minimal compared to the pros. Cloud based system keeps information safe and available from anywhere.
Pros
Constantly evolving and improving and adding features. Wonderful customer service. Comprehensive solution for scheduling lessons and birthday parties, customer management and online access for parents and staff.
Cons
Notes are difficult to work with because there isn't one simple place to see or search for them for account related information, student information, enrollment information, etc. There isn't a designated option for managing private lessons. Mass text messages can't be sent from the 'classes' page and filtering specific classes or days is cumbersome at best in the 'family' and 'student' pages and that is important for contacting specific classes for cancellations, make-ups, etc.

GREAT SWIM SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE!
Overall it's positive. But when things dont work right, or as they should & customers are getting upset at you for something you can't control it's frustrating

Easy class scheduling, parents app access and dashboard, website integration.
Cons
New features or changes to system arent announced. So sometimes there's a new learning or we have to change how we used to do things.

Iclasspro is the best software hands down. I have tried most of the others.
Amazing. Always easy and helpful. Product does what I need and then some.

Customer Service and the features they release regularly. They listen to what their customers need and are always trying to make the software better.

[sensitive content hidden] would call me on my cell when he needed me but the ONE time their server was down for multiple days and I wasn't able to contact through support for several days I called his cell to find out what was going on and he told me to never reach out on his cell again for support to use the site (Which was down) Showed me zero compassion for my business being dead in the water for multiple days because of their software. Love Love Iclass Pro!!
We have been using iclass for about 2 months and I am still working on finding out all the things about it.
Pros
I love the customer service and how knowledgeable everyone is and willing to not get upset with us for not knowing.
Cons
To be honest at this time I do not see anything that I think is a con.

We love iClassPro, and all the support you get with it.
Pros
We love the ease of use. The reports feature is a plus, as the financial reports are my favorite because everything is one place.
Cons
The quickbooks integration feature is great, but it does not break down the individual families and their payments. It is hard to track without inputting all the information into quickbooks.

The appointments function needs to have more functionality - we use another app for customer self service booking for our services that need that functionality.

Suits gymnastics well

Everything is in one spot. Most reports are already set up for you
Cons
Having to go out of screens to find out information and then go back in instead of being able to click within the screen you are in. E.g. In a student's file and parent's ask a question about another class and you have to leave what you are doing with them to find the information and then come back in - so time consuming

10/10 Software
Wonderful, genuinely an enjoyable experience.
Pros
iClassPro is probably the most intuitive software I have used. Most, if not everything, is labeled well or has easily understood symbology. Any kind of creation or editing is easy and can be done in mass as well. The couple of times I've found bugs or things not work the way I thought it should, the issues were resolved quickly.
Cons
There are some intricacies that are a mild frustration to get around, but I think this is usually just for our use case.

Would sign up again and again
Pros
I like that they do webinars when they release new features to show clients how to use them. I like that they have an easily accessible support team via online chat, email or phone. I like that they have a way to request features to add.
Cons
I don't like that the chat is sometimes offline during business hours. I also don't like that it sometimes takes years to implement a new feature request.

Great support, if we need something there is always someone who reaches out right away, so we know they received and that they are working on a solution.

Ease to learn and navigate, there are a multitude of reports we can produce, they are always evolving and improving systems. Listen to their customers and make changes and updates as needed.

Amazing class management software
In my opinion, iClassPro is the only solution for gymnastics/sports clubs which works with the way clubs actually run their businesses. It saves us hours every day. I looked at moving software when GDPR was introduced but no other software came close in features or ease of use for the end-user (parents). I was so thankful when iClassPro became GDPR compliant. I can't imagine not using iClassPro. The customer support is super and they actually solve your problems!
Pros
New features and improvements appear daily. The skill tracking feature allows all staff to see your school's curriculum and follow accordingly with video demonstrations. Parent's feel engaged with your business and the App brings together all of the stand-out features to report absences, make-ups, view progress and enrol in additional camps, classes and events.
Cons
Focus on iOS with the apps (staff portal, check-in kiosk) when Android devices are a cheaper alternative for businesses. Initial set-up can be confusing. Needs more automation for repetitive tasks - daily/weekly reports, email/marketing for new customers or lapsed and the skill tracking notifications to families.

iClassPro was the only solution that appeared to be designed around gymnastics/sports clubs. Nearly all the other alternative products didn't cater to children or families - just adults. If they did it was clunky and an 'add-on' or work around. iClassPro was also the leader in the field with the other software copying and providing a sub-par feature. iClassPro has the best graphic design and user experience for staff and customers (parents).- Industry: Sports

I like the ease of use and how easy it is to connect with service representatives at any time. I also love the way that we can do everything ourselves and do not have to wait for someone else to update it like other systems.

Pros
I like the ease of use & how easy it is to train staff on the system. It's very intuitive.
Cons
The reporting feature of iClassPro is very detailed, but it can be extremely difficult to pull what you want & can take a long time to figure out what some of the filters mean. I wish there was more reporting on email open rates as well. More reporting for Sales & Marketing would be very helpful as there are really only a few reports that directly relate to marketing.

Great product
Very positive! I recommend iClass to many colleagues pretty regularly.
Pros
Their customer support is unmatched. If I have a question about a feature or an issue with something not working, their customer support team is always very prompt in assisting me and resolving the issue. I like being able to automate tasks also and not have to manually register every student in classes.
Cons
Cost of processing card fees, the inability to record time sheets on the nearest 1/4 hour when each employee clocks in, some of the settings are hard to find and you have to know where to look to find them

Best app for educators
Pros
The best feature about this app is that, we can add students online through online registration feature, user can also add music, gymnastic and other activities reports and results of the students. Overall it is best app for the schools, institutes and other educators.

Mostly Ups But Some Downs
iClass Pro has overall met our needs at the right price. We hope to see the ability to upload documents as well as digital punch cards for drop in functionality for our business. Marisol, the consultant that helped set up our program, was wonderful. I prefer to call with my questions vs search the database for answers and I can tell the customer service folks are not always interested in helping me. Just about a week ago I had to call with questions about our anniversary fee and got incorrect answers from a girl that did not seem to want to deal with me.
Pros
Relatively easy to use and I see updates that are useful.
Cons
Not able to sort as I need in every aspect or contact people in every way in every aspect. The reporting part can be a challenge. ALSO - creating an account is not very easy and we often have folks walk in and create accounts on the spot and it requires an email with a code and they do not always have their phones or access to their email accounts at that moment and it holds up the process. Also, we had trouble with the app on our ipads and it would freeze at final step and they had to start over on a laptop. It would be wonderful to have an easy way to charge clients (with a card swipe device attached to ipad) and have them create accounts quickly. I asked about the kiosk and point of sale but customer service didn't have too much info and said it would not apply to what we need, basically. I'm not sure but don't enjoy calling them. Not being able to have families upload their forms directly in their accounts is also a problem. We need medical records for children to attend our camp and it could be more streamlined with an uploading aspect. I have suggested it to customer service in the past as my boss was considering having us leave iClass because of this.

Has some holes, but would highly recommend!!
Overall we are satisfied with having chosen iClassPro.
Pros
It is very comprehensive and covers most of the bases. It is extremely convenient to have all of our enrollment, client communication, billing and more all in one place. The customer support is excellent and they are frequently updating, fixing problems and adding new features.
Billing and payment processing is highly effective.
Cons
There are a few holes that we would like to see filled that would help us better serve our customers. We would like to see a private lesson scheduler as there is currently not a user friendly way to set up single, one-on-one sessions with an instructor (we currently use the camp section but it is tricky and presents several issues.) There is also not a way to sell (book and charge) for a single class or single day of camp (you can set up a POS for these things but it then doesn't record the enrollment or attendance.) It would be nice to set up a price per day in camps (if there is, we haven't figured it out.)
We are anxiously waiting for the kiosk app to come to Android, but are told that it is on the way.
The merchant service processing fees feel a bit high, but in the end it is worth it. Would be nice if they offered reductions for long-standing or high-volume customers, but it is most likely the same anywhere. Being able to integrate a card processing service of choice would be nice, but understandably unlikely.

iClassPro Review
The time we save using iClassPro compared to our old manual avenue is incredible. Being able to quickly access current data has made our lives and the lives of our customers much easier. There's no way we could go back to our former processes - I don't know how we did it without iClassPro!
Pros
We went from manual registration on a monthly basis to online registration on a rolling basis and it has changed our business. Our office manager has more time to work with our customers and complete tasks rather than wasting it taking registrations, verifying rosters, and re-entering similar information each registration cycle.
Cons
Sometimes features are promised in the forum that either take years to appear or never become a reality. There are some very clear loop holes in the system that don't seem to be difficult fixes, such as not being able to email families on wait lists from the class page like active enrollments or have noted allergies/medical issues appear on the rosters.
