Excellent tool with many options. Great even in the limited free version.
Excellent. I use it for contacts and to keep track of emails, and it is a great help. The integration with Gmail makes it very easy to save all the emails, and even to send emails directly from Hubspot. It is really a great help.
Pros
I love the flexibility it offers in customising some fields, including in the free version. It is a great way to start using and testing it before engaging in a more advanced use.
Cons
Some parts of the user management are not ideal, meaning that, for example, it is impossible to read a thread of emails.

The Goldilocks of marketing automation systems. Not overly complicated, not too limited, but...
I used many alternatives to Hubspot Marketing Hub prior to being hired for a company that was already using Hubspot. I didn't think Hubspot Marketing Hub would be as good as the other marketing automation tools I've used in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Pros
Very streamlined, efficient, easy to use, not overly complicated.
Cons
It's difficult for marketing to budget for the price of Hubspot Marketing Hub when the pricing is based on the number of contacts in Hubspot, and the number of contacts in Hubspot isn't controlled solely by marketing. We sometimes encounter limitations with email design in the WYSIWYG editor.

Hubspot isn't all good (or all bad) it's a Goldilocks fit (for some)
HubSpot Marketing Hub has a comprehensive suite of tools and easy interface. However, its expense, steep learning curve, performance issues, and limited customization options can be drawbacks for some.
Pros
HubSpot Marketing Hub's easy interface and comprehensive tools were a breeze to navigate and implement strategies with. From email marketing to content creation, the CRM integration was particularly helpful in tracking lead generation and nurturing. And, the automation features saved significant time and effort in repetitive tasks.
Cons
Expensive! I found that it can become overwhelming for small teams and anyone with limited marketing budgets. Another thing is the steep learning curve for advanced features can be daunting. And the customization options can sometimes feel limited. Additionally, for the price I was frustrated with performance issues and bugs, especially during critical campaigns.

Not sure why they have such great reviews
Our sales and marketing team find HubSpot actually quite hard to use. If our company was to switch from it, no one would miss it. Marketing has already decided to use Customer.io and sales is looking else where as well.
Pros
It's a fairly powerful platform, but when directly compared with Keap or Customer.io. It's not exactly better for the cost. They likely have more integrations than anybody else. That's about it. I feel like they stopped caring about their customers as much while they tried to sell their company in Google earlier this year.
Cons
Hubspot use to be the easiest to use all-in-one platform. But, these days allow their competitors have caught up and charge less. When you have a problem with the product or the integration you built, their service is not very helpful.

Marketing automation at its finest
Hubspot is more than a marketing automation platform, it is a community of marketers, an ecosystem of people with experiences that is willing to share to grow. The wealth of marketing content makes learning seamless.
Pros
Hubspot beautifully merges all the functions of a marketer's role into on comprehensive suite that is well integrated.
Cons
Hubspot does many things very well, but is not the best tool at any one task. It's a compromise but having a one-top-shop/hub is invaluable.

Positive overall. I've used Hubspot for over 10 years and very happy with it services and set of tools for marketers and businesses
Pros

Balanced Review of HubSpot CRM
solid CRM choice that combines ease of use with powerful features, making it a standout option for organizations looking to enhance their customer relationship management and streamline their sales processes.
Pros
HubSpot excels in many areas, some users might find its pricing structure and advanced feature sets to be on the higher side, particularly for smaller businesses or startups. Additionally, while the core functionality is strong, there may be a learning curve associated with leveraging more advanced features or customizations.
Cons
Depending on the service plan, but we experienced longer response times for customer support, particularly for those on lower-tier plans.

Top of the line marketing platform- but very pricey
We used Hubspot as our CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. All of our marketing assets were tracked and directed down our funnel.

Internal or External - Solid Email Management, Data Collection and CRM
It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.
Pros
It made using all of the elements under one brand/UX easier to manage. The email portion was effective and tied in with the landing pages we created which then sorted our B2B CRM. It was an effective tool.
Cons
It has a bit of a learning curve and there are plenty of features we haven't used simply because they appear to be complicated and not self explanatory.
Reasons for Choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
I'd used the three separate services in different ventures in the past. Someone turned me onto HubSpot and showed me I could do all three in one.Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub
I used them before, but someone showed me HubSpot could do it all, including the email part. That was the biggest selling point.- Industry: Legal Services

Perfect CRM Platform
HubSpots software is amazing for my team/company, as it allows us to collect and store all the data we need.
Pros
Versatility and functionality of the software. I love the fact there’s so much you can do and ways to do things on the CRM. We are able to store data and visualise to show certain members of our team.
Cons
Sometimes the navigation can be confusing for people who haven’t used the software before. Takes some time getting use to.

Hubspot has been effective
Overall, it’s an effective tool for driving marketing success.
Pros
HubSpot Marketing is a powerful, user-friendly tool that simplifies inbound marketing efforts. Its all-in-one platform makes it easy to manage everything from email campaigns to SEO, landing pages, and social media, with a strong focus on automation. The integration of analytics provides clear insights, allowing businesses to track performance and optimize strategies in real time.
Cons
It’s particularly helpful for small to medium-sized teams looking to streamline their marketing activities. However, the cost can be a drawback for smaller businesses, especially as more features are added.

Great platform for automated marketing
Many of the materials that support our content are created using the HubSpot Marketing Hub software. Mostly to simplify the process of setting up landing pages, forms, and parent email campaigns. The reports that marketing and data analysts receive are of a high standard and can be as thorough or as brief as they need. The lead generation process is automated, and our sales reps have real-time data on their top leads. All in all, we're pleased with the user interface and the helpful information it provides.
Pros
I love how easy it is to use the HubSpot and how I can schedule emails and reuse existing ones. This allows marketers to collaborate on improving the lead generation process. I can trust HubSpot Marketing Hub to keep my important assets safe.
Cons
The design elements were the most challenging aspects. It relied heavily on pre-made templates and required familiarity with CSS or HTML to customize. It took a while to get the desired effect after making adjustments that didn't stick, such as trying to center an object or change the font.

The only marketing CRM I'll ever use
Pros
It's incredibly user friendly and HubSpot has the best support and help center.
Cons
I don't love the new navigation/toolbar! I don't think it's super intuitive. Maybe I just need to get used to it since I used the old nav for 7+ years, but it could use some improvements.

All encompassing marketing solution
the marketing hub allowed us to handle inbound sales much easier from a variety of sources (email campaigns, paid ads, display ads, etc.) and makes it easy to track engagements that lead to no where previously.
Pros
The marketing hub takes a lot of disparate systems and brings them all together nicely.
Cons
The cost is a little much, where you can get the same (or similar) function from a set of other products.

Easy but expensive in the long run
Pros
You may pick HubSpot as your first CRM and email marketing tool and learn very quickly. It's powerful and easy to use at the same time. It has an extensive list of integrations.
Cons
In the long run, it can be quite expensive. The offer many things but are not included, they are add-ons. Like SMS, toll numbers, and dedicated domain.
