My clients can have their own accounts and check their service history, invoices, and book appointments on their own. It saves me a ton of time and keeps them happy because they feel more in control. Also, the automation features are a lifesaver; no more chasing down payments or sending reminders manually. Everything just flows smoothly, which lets me focus on what I do best working on cars instead of drowning in admin tasks. The level of customization is another big plus because I can make the system work exactly how I need it to. Overall, SuiteDash helps me stay organized, professional, and stress-free\! When it comes to understanding the system and implementing it, it's easy but I advise everyone to use the suitedash manual OR hire someone else to create a crm to their liking. It can be a time-consuming task because you really have to learn the system but once you have it set up is so worth it\!
