They did not honor the promise their sales rep made during initial call about being able to cancel the subscription. > > Unethical company, unethical sales tactics. They will do everything in their power to lock you into a year contract, and then when their software underperforms and is virtually unusable, they will tell you it’s your fault for signing the contract. The sales rep also said that during the call we could cancel if it isn't working out. It is recorded in the video logs, however customer service says they will not void the contract due to the error their sales rep made.
