100Hires Platform review

My experience has been exceptionally satisfactory. Unlike a lot of other platforms, this has been the easiest I have used in a long time. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Pros

It was very easy and seamless to understand and use. It made tracking the application process a breeze. Every feature was simple to use and not complicated at all.

Cons

I would like dark mode to be available, as I mostly use dark mode in most of the applications I make use of.

Wonderful interface and tool for busy recruiters

It’s clean and easy to use, as a busy recruiter, I appreciate it!

Pros

Ease of use and ability to communicate with high volume of candidates. I appreciate the ability to mass import w/o resumes as that is complementary to recruitment events.

Cons

Unclear if I could not add it - but as I am in the US, I’d like to be able to list several comp bands in USD but that would reflect different regions (NYC vs Salt Lake City)

ATS review

Pros

It helps in searching the candidates through different platforms, Job advertisement and It also help in maintaining the internal database, initial screening and scheduling interview. So, it is cost effective.

Cons

It can be more user friendly. Few features like offer release and upload can be added to maintain the record of candidates offer.

Great ATS with good features and overall reach.

It was a good experience using 100hires, one of the best in the market and good customer service facilities.
I was able to close my recruitment need on time and with abundant quality applicants for the pipeline and futures use.
I would recommend using 100 hires to my colleagues as well.

Pros

What I liked most about 100Hires is the functionality. In this ATS, it is simple to disposition candidates. You can also schedule interviews in the ATS as opposed to doing so through external means. Great software!

Great ATS!

I have no complaints - this ATS covers all the bases and eases the whole process with excellent, thought-out automations.

Pros

I love the ease of use of this product! Everything you will need to communicate with your internal team and candidates is here, and it will make your life easier with every step of the process with drag-and-drop features and every step available at your finger tips.

Efficient ATS

I had a very good experience with 100Hires, the support team was always available for any queries and the System itself is very well organized and user friendly. It gives a good overview of the candidate pipeline.

Pros

Able to progress candidates through all recruitment stages, very well organized, easy to use, finds suitable profiles

Cons

No cons, its a easy ATS to use
The ATS has a customization option which is a big advantage

100Hires - new great solution for recruiting

Pros

1. Straightforward and user-friendly UI/UX;

2. The system can automatically generate the Job Description based on the title you fill out when you create the new vacancy. It can be helpful to have such a template for companies that don't have any Job Description templates;

3. You can customize all the recruitment stages, add comments to the candidate card, attach additional files to the candidate card;

4. You can send emails via the system or send a message via your mailbox, and it'll automatically displayed in the system, which is super helpful so you have all the communication info in the system also, not only in your mailbox.

Make the recruitment process more accessible by automating and synchronizing different mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). There is a customization 100Hires can do especially for you in the system if you have some requests, which is also great.

Cons

There is always an opportunity to grow. At this stage, almost all the necessary functionality is in the system. Also, I think this product will develop and add some new features in the future.

100% very satisfied. Very easy to use!

Pros

Very user friendly and helps a lot! This give more source to us recruiters and more revenue for the BPO or any other recruitment firms. I like the connection of this with other platforms and the good automation and there a chat support for you be assisted for any other concerns you may have. Highly recommended ATS!

Intuitive, easy to set up system for Individuals or Agencies

Lightweight, automated, and powerful. I think that it can be a go-to tool for individual or freelance recruiters. It is convenient and affordable and you can start using it right away. It also has options to scale to accommodate the needs of an agency, or a bigger team.

Pros

It is a company AI-powered ATS. It is so easy to create a job posting and start adding candidates. I feel that the automation features for each step is really helpful, and they will help speed up recruitment processes.

Cons

So far so good, I have used it and created several different jobs. I would like to see what capabilities it has when I need to filter and search through different vacancies.

Smooth! It can develop to be a one-stop recruitment module.

Chrome extensions were helpful - foresee it can optimise operations time

Cons

As it is a developing software, there are still some features that are in the progress. Trust it can be a useful and one-stop recruitment module should these features continue to be populated.
