I absolutely love the ability to answer clients, check schedules and book them wherever I am. Tonight I worked from the sauna at the gym. In addition to being so versatile it also much cheaper than the outdated software I was using. It has been easy to customize, and when I set up my initial account they helped me port all of my client info over. The owner's have been extremely responsive to me whenever I have had a question. I am addressed very quickly, and thoroughly. They have walked me through quite a few things that I needed to learn, and taught me ways to make things easier on myself. I chose the monthly billing and have had zero issues whatsoever with it. The security has been great. I have had no doubts at all that my account is safe. > > **Cons**: The only thing I can think of that would be a fun addition is color schemes and templates, but it doesn't affect the program in any way. > > I am very, very happy with this software, and the owners/employees.
